Rooms are smaller than expected - but hey, they don't claim to be a 5-star service. More importantly, everything was clean and the bathroom had a modern feel and look. Well-maintained and everything was in order. Quiet and calm, despite facing a busy road. Prices are quite high, but as expected in Paris. Would go again when I'm in town for business.

Wheelchair friendly hotel. We stayed in the room on the ground floor. The room here was large enough. The bathroom is fully accessible. The elevator is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and goes to every floor. There is a ramp to enter the hotel. A comfortable experience unlike other hotels in Paris. Breakfast was nice. The employees are friendly. The location is suitable for walking everywhere

First many thanks to our dear friend Inzo at the reception, he was so friendly and helpful. Showed us the rooms first before booking and all through our stay was helpful and even on our leave we were going to forget all of our jackets and he brought them to us.
The rest of the stuff also are good, they all can speak English, french and spanish.
It was our family vacation and the guy we booked his flat was rude and didn’t answer and we found this hotel by chance.
It is Located less than 5 minutes walk from both the Liege and St Lazare Metro stations.
The famous Moulin Rouge is certainly a walking distance.
So close to Lafayatte, Alot of cafes, supermarket with nice guys, shops and even medical center in front of it.
The rooms are not big but clean and anything needed they will provide.
They told us that there will construction going on to the front of the building for 3 days and it was ok for us. WiFi was perfect.
Recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to go to Paris without using all the money on hotel.
Only the windows need to be fixed and small noise and vibration will be felt because of the subway

Terrible just terrible. Construction going on to the front of the building. We were not informed in any way pre arrival, plus the receptionists kept lying about the hours of the works. The said it would start at 10 or they dont have workers on Saturday. Well, workers started at 8 and they worked all days except Sunday.

The hotel is under renovation so there is a lot of noise from the workers in the morning who walk literally outside your room. The internet doesn’t work and the sound of the metro is every few minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Adding the photo of the worker next to my bed

Decent breakfast. Good room. Only problem I found was that they dont let us change the room temperature .

Hotel location is good, near gare saint lazare , near for lot of famous and nice streets. But for the room is small and no privacy for bathroom.
