The locatipn was very convenient, metros, trains and buses all within 10 minutes walk. The staff were nice and accommodated our needs to leave the luggage with them outside of our check-in times, however we booked the „romantic experience“ which we paid for upfront but was forgotten. After reminding the staff, we picked up the wine and chocolates ourselves which were average/poor quality, wouldn‘t recommend. The self service breakfast made up for it a bit because it had great variety and good quality products. The bed was comfortable but the shower leaked onto the floor and generally doors within the rooms have a 2 inch gap and you can‘t lock them. Generally we would go back because of the nice atmosphere and the good value for money (we paid 174€ for 1 night including breakfast.

Excellent location which close to train station but not really sound proof hotels as hearing noises from outside or even upper level of the rooms. Room wise was clean but just too small. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.

The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, and it's very close to the subway station. Our room was a bit small, but being on the inner side, it was very quiet.

The bathroom design was incredibly strange; the floor would literally become a pool of water after a shower! All it was missing were a few fish. Furthermore, one of the front desk staff members provided terrible service; she seemed utterly unwilling to answer any questions.

Our stay was amazing! Mohammed at reception deserves 5++ stars – he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Although someone else assisted with changing our room to a street view, the whole team was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect – right in the city centre and close to everything. Truly a great experience, highly recommended!”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. While the building is a bit old, it is clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming and polite, which added a personal touch to the stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, making it suitable for a short visit. Breakfast was delicious, though the selection was somewhat limited.

One downside is the lack of soundproofing—you can hear noise from other rooms, the corridor, and even the metro, which likely runs underneath the building.

On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, situated between two metro stations: Gare Saint-Lazare and Liège, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for a clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff, and you don’t mind a bit of background noise.

Unprofessional, greedy, and utterly disrespectful.

Hotel staff were dismissive and unprofessional — they literally sent me an incomplete email. I canceled within 5 minutes and wasn’t even in Europe, yet they kept nearly 400 CHF. Are you that desperate for money? Stealing from your customers now? Absolutely shameful. Never again.

We had a wonderful stay at Exe Paris Centre. Although there was a minor issue with our initial room assignment on the first day, the staff handled it very kindly and professionally. As a thoughtful gesture, they surprised us with some delicious macarons — they were so good that I only remembered to take a photo after eating half of them! The rooms are extremely clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris.
