Actually its a 3star and average hotel
When I brought the issue to the front desk, the response was unsatisfactory. As the hotel was fully booked, I was offered the option to use a shower in another room and then return to mine—a solution that was both inconvenient and impractical. To make matters worse, the problem persisted on my last morning, leaving me deeply frustrated.
I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this price range and location. This experience significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure such issues are resolved more efficiently in the future.
Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Enjoyed the breakfast and spent time in the spa. You have to prebook and get 45 minutes, but the space is yours . As nobody booked after me, I chilled in the pool and sauna for over an hour.
