The lady in the Reception name SONIA needs a refresher 100% for someone who works in Customer service She was rude unwelcoming and unhelpful.

There was hair in the shower
The toilet seat was broken
Room was a decent size
Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.
I tried to explain to her and even showed her the receipt, but she refused to talk to me either in English or in French (the French part was with Google Translate).
After a while, she decided to walk away without trying to solve the problem.
We were lucky enough that there was a French man who saw us having difficulties and started to translate for us.
In the end, she made a phone call and found out that we had already paid.
Excuse me? Could you not make the phone call before you start to yell at us?

Aside all these, the room is not big but a decent size, and the bed is comfortable.
Also, great location, it's about 15 mins ride from/to the airport (with taxi/shuttle bus).
Having the shuttle bus is super convenient, it can be booked from a website.
So still, if it's not because of the front desk, I would like to stay here again when I'm taking a flight from CDG.
The room for very small, there was no facility to even heat up water for drinking. A better option compared to sleeping on the sidewalk.
