extremely pleasant service, people who work here made my whole experience. food is really good, rooms - clean and neat. the whole complex of little houses is really cute and has wonderful atmosphere. theres also beach near the hotel with few people and places where you can rent a car. if you want to just chill without worrying about anything, its a perfect place to do so:)
there are only two complaints, the first one being travel lunch which is just a cheap sandwich, an orange and an apple, the second one being bathroom doors unable to be closed

Amazing family holiday experience rooms modern and very clean pool area was second to none the hotel staff are incredible, from arranging buses to the town to giving us a later checkout to help with our two year old and storing our luggage until our transfer arrived, the food catered to all and the live cooking station was delicious, myself my partner and son Arthur had a blast we even got engaged while staying at this amazing hotel, special shout out to stavros for making the best cocktails and playing with our son Arthur who he now refers to as “mate” lol he really is a fantastic endorsement for your business, we plan on coming back next year

The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and every day there was something new to try. The rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. The staff was so incredibly nice and was always willing to help. The whole hotel grounds were neat and really beautiful. 100/10 would recommend 😸

Room was spotless with great view to the pool. The free breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Hotel also had an amazing restaurant with good food, warm and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Lovely relaxed environment. Pool is fairly small but large enough as the resort is relatively small in terms of occupants. Food is good quality and something for all tastes. Drinks are served in the main restaurant, Shihsa bar by the pool and also in the rooftop bar. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs. The staff are amazing and look after your every need. They work very hard to ensure you enjoy the hotel. Bedding changed regularly and rooms cleaned very well. Overall the resort is good value for the money. It's around 1 hour 10 minutes from the airport by taxi which costs around €90-100.

It's a great place to stay! The territory is small but very cozy, green and clean. It has a swimming pool with a bar and a garden area where you can chill with a glass of wine in the afternoon. The staff is very friendly. Does not provide a great variaty of food selection, but everything is delicious and everyone will find something for himself. The beach is only several minutes walk. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel!

The stay was okay, the sea and beach was not bad, it is nobut I would like to mention that the management in this hotel is not very good and understandable.
What completely disappointed us that the check out supposed to be at 11.00 am but we were not allow to have our entitled breakfast in the morning on the last our day, before going to the Airport.
At the meeting when we arrived at the hotel, the travel guide mentioned that we should have a breakfast box, if our flight is in the morning early, but the Receptionist with the Manager lady refused to do it. moreover said that we can not take with us anything out of the restaurant.
There were left a lot of food in the evening, but they closed everything and even the people who just arrived from the airport were not allowed to have some thing to eat., because they said I’d the time to close. That’s frustrating.
The same thing they were doing with other tourists when they were waiting for their transfer during the breakfast or lunch, and they were not allowed to have any thing to eat before leaving to the airport 2 hours. It is a shame! Very selfish and unpolitical people working in this hotel, what I have never seen before nowhere else.
The food and other services are poor as well. The bed sheets we had changed at the 6th day, before leaving.
I would not recommend this place.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations, large well maintained room, super clean, spacious, very modern with walk in shower and double size beds and large flat screen TV with numerous channels. The gardens and pool area were spotless and beautifully kept. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. All the staff from reception to the room service were helpful and always happy to help, we would recommend the Amnissos Residence without doubt.

A family hotel located in a peaceful region. What appealed to us the most is the friendly and professional staff! Also, the cleaning of the public amenities is frequent.We will definitely trust our stay to your residence again!
