Hotels All-inclusive in Adelianos Kampos

Good food choices in the main restaurant but in the al a carte restaurants unless you upgraded there was an additional charge, even though I booked All Inclusive Plus, in actual fact it doesn't exist

We'll definitely be back! The hotel is clean, everyone is smiling

The Aquila Rithymna Beach is rated as a 5 star hotel possibly because of the proximity to the beach, waterpark and children's facilities, it's an ideal family hotel, however in my opinion it isn't suitable for couples or single people

There is also a free kids buffet every day for lunch that is fabulous. The new water park is also just great! The lifeguards are attentive. There is also a snack bar with pizza, ice cream and drinks

We stayed at this hotel for seven days and had an amazing time. A lot of the included restaurants have amazing food, breakfast is really great in choice

And the kids’ world!! That was something we had never seen before. Wow!! The amazing team, the activities, the kids’ show, the design and atmosphere- everything, absolutely everything, was outstanding

But services very good, meals delicious, plenty of fruits, vegies, great pool and pool bar and absolutely pure water in the sea

Perfect hotel. The food is so nice and full fill my expectations for this level. Luxurious feeling. The beach is nice with some rocks.

There is a restaurant called a'la carte but you need to pay for drinks. Even for water, but like in the restaurant supper took us around 2. So you need to think if you want

The meals were delicious, but the time was horrible. Also in the luggage store room you need to pay 2 euro for lockers every time you want to open it

We have little bit trouble with the air conditioning. The staff was perfect, mainly men in the bar. They were very nice and did great drinks

Food is very different, so everyone can get something to eat, but every day breakfast is the same, some different meals at lunch and some days supper was with fishes. At pool after 11 o clock you need to pay for a drinks

The less desirable parts - the food is okay. Kind of what you’d expect from all inclusive (although the baclava they offer is fantastic definitely try it). My main issue really was with the drinks in the all inclusive

The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point

there was a shuttle to the beach and the staff where lovely The only semi issues where that cocktails where not included in the all inclusive (however they where rather cheap)

Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring

Same food over and over again. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! Very limited drinks included

It was a lovely place🌴🥰🍹, the rooms where clean. The food is good and tasty 😋 The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling🤗(Demis😉💛). The hotel is located on a hill, near city centre and beach🏖

The whole experience included excellent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; a wonderful beach & pool location; a wide range of drinks for everyone’s needs; friendly staff; only a 15 minute drive to the main town which is great for all ages

This is a lovely hotel, which is run by lovely people. From the really friendly welcome to the day to day excellent staff, it really stood out to us as a well managed hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable

Food is all buffet, but it's an excellent buffet with really good quality food and cooking. Drinks are OK and the bars were run by two excellent ladies

Location is good on a lovely beach and a really nice, historic town just 10 minutes away. Clientele was mainly couples of near our age, with a few younger couples - it's not really a place for kids

Part of your holiday to me is dressing in your new holiday clothes and going down to dinner and enjoying your meal but I just didn’t get this feeling sat on plastic chairs on concrete tiled floors

So I gave this 4 green dots because my only criticism was the restaurant which wasn’t really like a restaurant but more of a canteen/cafe

The beach is excellent with included sunbeds, which are all new and very comfortable, adding to the aesthetic appeal. The food also deserves praise – there is something for everyone, and everything is fresh and delicious

I had the best time here! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super clean, and the food is so tasty. The pool is big and perfect for relaxing I spent so much time just chilling there

Absolutely amazing)) Our Favorite Place Ever! We’ve been coming to this hotel for the third year in a row, and every single time it completely exceeds our expectations! Everything here is just perfect – from the incredibly delicious food to the warm and professional service

Bed is also really hard, but that was not a big problem for us. Really hard working and always smiling. Food was good! I only disliked omelet, it had weird consistency 🤣 but everything else was super good and tasty

Currently staying at the hotel and loving it. Perfect for families and couples. Food is amazing, great bar and the staff are super friendly. Everything is immaculately clean. Pools and gardens are beautiful and relaxing

We had a very pleasant stay at May Beach Hotel. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The pool and rooms were great! The food 10/10 freshly prepared and a huge variety. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

The hotel is compact, but cozy. The rooms are small, but neat. The only thing missing is a playground, at least a small one. If you are looking for a quiet family vacation, I definitely recommend May Beach Hotel

The town itself is really nice and has a great selection of small restaurants bars and taverns

For the price it is a really great hotel with great food. We enjoyed it, especially the plus is that they have a tennis court and you can get all of the equipment at the reception 🎾 Very close to the beach 🏖️

The hotel staff is nice, the food is delicious, the pool is a bit shallow but suitable for swimming, the hotel's location is excellent, there are many places around the hotel where we can eat various delicious meals, there's also a supermarket nearby, and the beach is practically right under the hotel

They say this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff was super nice and friendly, food was great, reallyclose to the beach and many interesting places to visit by foot. I wish i could live there, can't wait to visit again

So, while the hotel facilities are probably worth 3 stars, rather than 4, the location makes up for a lot. If you are looking for a great location, and don’t expect too much luxury, I would recommend this hotel

The bed was so comfy, the room cleaned everyday, and I loved my wall seat out on the balcony! I received late at night, received a complimentary lemon drink on arrival, food saved for me from dinner, and also complimentary snacks in my room

The food and drinks were amazing, the pool was lovely to sit by and swim in, as well as the other two pools situated in the annexe! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 nights in October. Very good location, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. A little walk to the old town / port

She was calm,, kind and efficient and within minutes of arriving at the reception had organised a pharmacy to give me a tetanus injection, and a taxi to take me there, wait and bring me back to the hotel

the beach is 80m away the hotel restaurant is excellent, the food is fresh, tasty and varied. a large selection of fruits, salads, cheeses, cured meat products, pastries, fish, seafood, meat, cakes and pastries

The food and the selection was of the highest quality and the restaurant was very clean and well laid out with enough space between the tables. The rooms were serviced everyday to an immaculate standard

I have been here for the restaurant and the outside bar with the live music that was really good. The atmosphere is very nice and the music from Sofia & George amazing

We raised this with Guest Relations, and to her credit, she followed up later in the evening. But the only option offered was to stay in the suite for an additional €144 per night — which we understandably declined

We personally didn’t use the pool areas but they are small and congested as other users have stated. What Worked Well: • Rooms were clean (though a bit dated). • Staff were generally friendly and helpful

The room we eventually ended up in for the week was fine, it faced another building which didn’t bother us. The room was big enough and clean to a point. The bathroom was dated and well worn

Not unclean but as clean as could be. The shower water pressure is really good and it can be made hot; not that you’ll want that after a day in the cretan heat

While the room was lovely, we were annoyed — we didn’t want to unpack and repack just to check out and wait around for another room the next day

If you want to visit local towns etc prepare to travel for long periods time. Hotel offers all you need to have a relaxing, stress free holiday. Views amazing where ever you put your sunbed

Main pool can feel busy, but does have activities going on through the day. So we went to the Phaethon bar with pool. Which was quieter but still busy. Great if you sporty lots to do too

we had our Honeymoon in this hotel and happened to have my wife's birthday. The hotel manager sent us a birthday cake and bubble wine as gifts

All the restaurants offer a selection of starters for sharing which consist of bread with dips and 4 or 5 other dishes, such as saganaki mussels, crab croquettes, calamari, prawn salad

Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day

This is an antiquated and ridiculous rule that needs to be changed ASAP. Special mention also to Nikki at the pool bar who was utterly fantastic- a really caring individual who loves her job a was a joy to be around

Good location and food was really delicious. For a week, there were plenty of options and enjoyed mixing the buffet for a couple of evening meals at the onsite restaurants

The whole resort is spotless and the staff are attentive but not overbearing. Special mention to Victor in the older kids club who was full of enthusiasm and really cared about his job

We were a little disappointed that the pool drinks service didn’t extend to this pool, considering the amount of extra money spent to stay in the Yali Collection we felt it should have some pool service

Our neighbour felt the same and contacted reception and to the hotels credit a member of staff visited frequently to take drinks orders (he was getting very well tipped by us and others which was lovely for him as he worked so hard)

Superb hotel and resort, with excellent restaurants and customer service. The pool areas are lovely and the beach is sandy with a beautiful, clear and warm sea.

We are approaching the end of our 9 night break at this hotel and we have had a lovely time. We booked a Petit Yali Suite which has its own private terrace with chairs and loungers and access to a shared infinity pool

And the guys who were there for us every time: Kalyopi, who thought us about the excellent Creta wines, Vasiliki, who, so nicely, was presenting the dishes, from the amuse bouche to the deserts, and George, trying to teach us greek! And Alexander, keeping an eye on everyone and everything and putting together the team that we called our "guardian angels"

It’s hard to put your finger on it but this hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff are all such wonderful people (kind, caring considerate, fabulous with children). We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived

Nice place it has 5 pools, good food but bad wifi connection. In the evening it is quite impossible to have internet connection. There is pool bar all day and in the evening also. Every evening there is a show

We had a good time here, there was a few issues with room but the receptionist sorted it out. Good food and drinks if ordered at the bar or pool bar was served in proper glasses which is nice for an all inclusive hotel

The food was delicious, with lots of variety and rich local flavors – special greetings to Chef Fotis for the incredible meals. Everyone working here makes the experience even more enjoyable

Beach is not the best but right next to the hotel which is nice. 30 minutes on the bus to the closest town, but there is plenty of restaurants and shops around

Main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner has insufficient capacity. Food is not seasoned enough and boring. Even on Greek standards, this is not 4 stars Hotel. Face better accommodation in 3+ stars hotel in Greece

Room service is without any complaints Pool bar is fine but should open at 10, opens at 11. Also closing at 17:30 instead at 18 as is in papers. You be lucky to get 4 drinks within 3 hours

We loved the crazy birds, specially between 9 to midnight…they are adorable to watch. The hotel is on the Main Street here so you will hear the traffic plus buffet service starts early so it got a bit noisy starting 7am

Good sports bar to watch football / Formula one. When crowded the language can be adjusted to the majourity. Good quality and amount of screens. Thats all

From Adriana on reception to the restaurant, bar staff and cleaning staff. The food as usual was of great variety and so much of it. An abundance of fruit and cereal aswell as cooked food

Best thing was the pool and the pool bar so pretty and clean. Plenty of sun beds and shaded area if needed. Staff were amazing so helpful. All in all a good very Greek all inclusive hotel

Everything was perfect the room was clean and nice, our bed was also comfortable, the food was amazing but my favourite part was the bar with the bartender marinos he made good cocktails and he became our friend also! We recommend this hotel and we will go back!

I wish the hotel management will take care and keep the hotel as nice as it is today. Simple design, but with some art decorations. Nice pool area and reasonable sea entrance. Close to restaurant, shops or car rentals

The sea beach is rocky, so you need sea shoes, and the waves were big, so it was not allowed to go into the water, but they got an own pool, where the kids can play. The daily room cleaning is really professional

The hotel is nice, new renovated and lies beside the sea, where the view is amazing. You can see the sunrise and the sunset from your balcony. The breakfast is good, the bar is fairly priced

Across the street there are several small shops, where you can buy anything what you need and also a taverna, where the dishes are really tasty and fairly priced

The location of the hotel is also really good, there is a bus station 30m from the main door

it's enough to browse internet, albeit slowly, but it won't be enough for any sort of streaming (YouTube included), except during the night ; - There could be a wider range of snacks during the day, or maybe it could just change? It's the same every day so it can get a bit boring ; - The drinks can be improved, whether we're talking about the sodas or the alcohol, I understand the need to keep expenses...

We got upgraded to a suite when we arrived. The stay at the hotel was excellent, the food was good and the all in inclusive selection was acceptable. Drinks outside of the selection were very fairly priced aswell

The CHC Imperial Hotel is a 4 star adult-only (16 years old minimum if I remember correctly) hotel that is only a few hundred meters away from the beach (I recommend going to the right side when leaving the hotel to avoid the rocks) that only works on an all-inclusive basis

Now, without making my review too long, here are the plus and minuses of the hotel, beginning with the pluses: - The staff is great ; - The rooms are clean, and get cleaned as frequently as you'd need/like ; - The bar serves free drinks and cocktails throughout the day ; - The hotel is honest about the drinks not being "high" brands (Coca Cola, Fanta, etc

) ; - The pool (there's only one pool and a big bathtub) is appreciated ; - Adult only, so no kids making a lot of noise ; - The food is overall decent, though it could be improved on some aspects (quality of the deserts, maybe with less sugar, or less watery cakes, as an example) - There are TV channels in all sorts of languages, it depends on whether or not you enjoy watching TV but it's a nice addition...

The service by the staff was extremely good, they were always friendly and accommodated all of our wishes. I forgot my gold chain inside of our room safe and the staff was very quick to answer me and go look for it

The place is very good, quiet, for familly with children - amazing place. The staff always smiling, polite and friendly. One thing - the could be more fruit variety

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful while the food also impressed us positively. Something that was also important and worth mentioning is the attention they pay to safety and hygiene due to covid19

A few weeks ago my family and I stayed at solimar emerald. We chose it because of its proximity to the beautiful city of Rethymnon while the sea is directly opposite the hotel

We were impressed by the calm that prevails throughout the day. The rooms are very large and I consider it to be one of the cleanest hotels we have ever been to

Very kindfull staff, everybody was so helpfull and the team at the reception gave us a very good feeling!

You absolutely have to have dinner at the Fine Dining à la carte hotel restaurant close to the pool area. Food and wines are delicious! The Caramel Grecotel is an excellent choice if you come to the Island of Crete!

This is the second year in a row I’ve sent my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law to Grecotel Caramel, and once again – they came back absolutely thrilled! This place is a rare gem that combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care

And both my wife and mother-in-law were able to fully relax and recharge, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, the sea, and the impeccable service

Fresh, bursting with flavour, with a completely new selection everyday. I've travelled extensively, and I can confidently say this was the best breakfast and dinner buffet I’ve come across

A special mention to Maria and Alexander, the hotel managers – their attention to detail, kindness, and constant support are truly exceptional

They anticipate every need and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Our little daughter adores this place – everything is thoughtfully tailored for children

The rest of the day you could spend on the beach, a simple lunch in the beach bar which offers friendly drinks service at you sun lounger !! In the evening, go up to the bar and get a great pre dinner cocktail and enjoy some modern Greek cuisine

Chose the hotel on reviews and the small size. We have stayed in large all inclusives in Europe before and wanted something smaller. The hotel did not disappoint

All staff knew the local area, places to eat and top tips! Huge thanks especially to Vallia and Ioanna who made my friend and I feel truly welcome! Vallia suggested we went to Goulez for a meal and it was phenomenal! So many great top tips! Fyi : Make sure you go to Taverna Vergina, a short walk away, great food and Greek dancing!

the first room we were allocated was not a superior and we asked for this to be changed so check what you booked) We were offered another room and this was fine. The rooms are not massive but you don’t need it to be

The hotel provided towels but only 1 per person per day so we took our own as well , nice to lie on a dry towel after getting wet. There was loads of choice for eating out

The service is really slow, you can wait up to an hour for your food but just order then go back to your sunbed ! They will bring it to you on your sunbed if you want

What can I say Wow what a great holiday my husband and I had , from the management to the chambermaids we were made so welcome nothing was too much for the staff specially John and Maria , we will be coming back 100% Miss Lou and Keith

Really good food in the evening. Every wednesday really good live music with a choice of fresh fish or steak (you also can choose from the menue if you like). Breakfast ok but room to improvement

The hosts are really nice, friendly and made a good Service. Air condition costs extra but it is ok if you need it. Location near by the sea and also a Pool and a nice taverne at the hotel

Near by many tavernes and shopping locations. We dont need more than we had and had a really nice vacation at this hotel :) big thank you to everybody that make it a great vacation for us

The room was newly renovated and very cute! The beach is only about a ten minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. My main complaint is the WiFi was very spotty and incredibly slow
