I was there on family holidays with our 3 years old son. We enjoyed nice and clean room(cleaned every day) with aircondition, clean and warm swimming pools, tasty food and friendly staff. Thank you Axos team! We had a fantastic 5 days right at the start of the summer season. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with open arms. Whilst it’s definitely the people who make the place so fantastic, the rooms were bright and clean with everything you could want for a self-catered holiday. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool area was awesome. The location was near to the beach and there were plenty of shops and eating places nearby. After checkout I was able to use the pool area and there was a complimentary change area to use before we went to the airport.

the rooms are not nearly that size that advertiset. Standard room is max 16 squarmeters with shower room. Food is eatable but not very tasty. Beach is not as good as expected, yes above waterline sand, but in water stony, rocky and partly bedrock. Staff is nice and helpfull.

I would highly recommend staying at the Atermono Boutique Resort. Reception staff very helpful. Room immaculate. Cleaning staff came every day with fresh bedding and towels. Balcony to front of hotel. There was only one downside - Many of the guests were all inclusive so the bar did not open until 12 noon. This hotel was so cute and amazing to stay at. There is a small staff, but everyone is so friendly. I did not care for the beds as they are really firm. The owner Polyvios was so accommodating and made my stay pleasant and smooth. The food was always hot and fresh. And being steps away from the beach made the almost hour drive from Heraklion airport worth it!

Although our transfer arrived at the hotel late in the evening around 11:00 PM, the check-in process was quick and pleasant thanks to the excellent receptionist. Even later, when I approached the receptionist for information, they were always warm and helpful. To our surprise, upon arrival there were snack plates and fresh drinking water...

Overall, pretty ok hotel, but annoying guests. The rooms come with AC and a balcony, but the walls are rather thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway. Also the AC is poorly positioned as it blew cold air directly on my head while sleeping and thus I caught a cold on the first night. The shower is messy as it splashes water everywhere. Also, no shampoo or body wash was provided, and only clean...

The hotel fully met our expectations. There is something for everyone on a breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is tasty and it is regularly replenished. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There is a nice beach right by the hotel, you can listen to the sound of the waves all night if you wish. The hotel pool is big enough and equipped with about 20 sunbeds and parasols...

We are Greek and came from the UK! We booked directly with the hotel as we found a very good deal and wanted to visit our relatives who live nearby! The resort is huge! The staff is very friendly and welcoming to guests! They smile at everyone and greet you every time they see you! The food is amazing!!!!! we want to thank especially the manager Mr. Christos

Only day 2 but loving it here. Setting is beautiful and so quiet yet you are only a 2 minute car ride from the beech and various restaurants. The owners are lovely and lay on a top breakfast. Yet to sample the evening meals but there are 12 days to go :-) Just nipped down to the on-site al fresco bar for a swift G&T before bed ..... Loving it!
