Great location, great food options, although buffet food a bit tepid. Local taxis, even those booked by hotel charge €95 for airport transfers yet hotel insists price of their taxi "partners" is €130. Our second visit to White Palace and our third using Grecotel. Cleanliness, good food and helpful staff are the key ingredients to any hotel and the White Palace delivers. I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar. Great staff, awesome food that was served 3 times a day and changed every time. Spa, pool, beach and 2 bars.

The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point. The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great. The only small downside is the size of the bathroom (superior room) and the air-conditioning was a bit outdated. Service at a high level.

Well what can I say. Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. Needs to be upgraded asap. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring. Same food over and over again. With only slight changes. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! Very limited drinks included...

It was a lovely place🌴🥰🍹, the rooms where clean. The food is good and tasty 😋 The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling🤗(Demis😉💛). The hotel is located on a hill, near city centre and beach🏖. There is pool for kids and a nice clean pool for adults. Good experience. I suggest families to visit. Thanks💛

This place deserves a much higher rating, it was a lovely place to stay, food was nice, the rooms where clean and where maintained everyday all with a balcony or porch area. there was a shuttle to the beach and the staff where lovely The only semi issues where that cocktails where not included in the all inclusive (however they where rather cheap)

Hotel itself is fine. Room service is without any complaints Pool bar is fine but should open at 10, opens at 11. Also closing at 17:30 instead at 18 as is in papers. Main bar complete disaster.
