The Aquila Rithymna Beach is rated as a 5 star hotel possibly because of the proximity to the beach, waterpark and children's facilities, it's an ideal family hotel, however in my opinion it isn't suitable for couples or single people. We stayed at this hotel for seven days and had an amazing time. A lot of the included restaurants have amazing food, breakfast is really great in choice. Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. I truly recomand this hotel! The food is really tasty, especially the sweets. The rooms have AC and the towels are changed daily. The pool is near to the beach, also it includes a bar. We highly recommend this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely, especially Anna. Everything within the hotel is perfectly situated and having the beach so near was lovely. I cannot thank the staff enough for making my mum feel so special on her birthday, from the balloons and fizz in the room to the birthday cake at the end of our meal. We will be back again for another week.

We went to this hotel as a quick honeymoon after our wedding. Couldn't have been happier with it. The staff were lovely and all super friendly. The drinks selection was great and so was the food. It is in a great location right next to the beach and near some great local restaurants and shops. The hotel was always very clean and tidy also. Cant recommend this place enough.

We highly recommend the Adele Beach. Not only a great location, right on the beach with a private area for guests, but close to shops, restaurants and cafes and a short bus or taxi ride to Rethymno which is well worth a visit. The strongest point was the meals, they were very varied and delicious. As for the location, it is also a strong point. The attractions in the hotel were varied, the layout of the relaxation area, the bar and the pool are also great. The only small downside is the size of the bathroom (superior room) and the air-conditioning was a bit outdated. Service at a high level.

Well what can I say. Good point was the staff are friendly and helpfull. We stayed for 7 nights only had hot water twice. Shower was waist hight, so difficult to use and dirty. Needs to be upgraded asap. We went all inclusive, my goodness, did it get boring. Same food over and over again. With only slight changes. Had the same pudding lunch and dinner for 7 days! Very limited drinks included...

It was a lovely place🌴🥰🍹, the rooms where clean. The food is good and tasty 😋 The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling🤗(Demis😉💛). The hotel is located on a hill, near city centre and beach🏖. This place deserves a much higher rating, it was a lovely place to stay, food was nice, the rooms where clean and where maintained everyday all with a balcony or porch area. there was a shuttle to the beach and the staff where lovely The only semi issues where that cocktails where not included in the all inclusive (however they where rather cheap)

We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! The place is very good, quiet, for familly with children - amazing place. The staff always smiling, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean. Food is very tasty. One thing - the could be more fruit variety. That's the only minus from us :) thank you for amazing holidays!

I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower. The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay.
