A small cozy hotel on the very seashore, friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, the hotel has its own beach, the entry into the sea is not ideal, but normal. Of course, you need to understand that this is not five stars in Turkey.

Spent our honeymoon here for a week. A fine hotel, location is a 10min walk from the beach and a busier street for some nightlife. I was there on family holidays with our 3 years old son. We enjoyed nice and clean room(cleaned every day) with aircondition, clean and warm swimming pools, tasty food and friendly staff. Bad wifi connection, good location between Chania and Heraklion and all things we wanted to see. Parking space on the quiet street behind the hotel.

Good value for money. Way to the beach is through the Maravel Hotel, about 200 meters from the reception. The food was varied and tasty. But there are small little things, that can be improved relatively easily and cheaply, for me I would put another trash in the room, hang curtains around the bed lounges and repair the machines in the gym - half is out of order. And I really don't understand at all...

Great hotel

16/08/2022-23/08/2022, room number 1007! kitchen - OK, alkohol - OK, but the room does not match the hotel category. The room was not prepared for living. Room on the ground floor, sad view from the window, dim light bulb in the bathroom, non-working air conditioner. This is a level of 2 or 3 stars, but definitely not 4 stars.

As a whole, I would rate the place 7/10 and that is mainly due to the relatively cheap price of the services, considering what you are getting, especially food wise. The food here was really good, tasty and plenty of choices for everyone. The hotel as such has aged quite a lot and you can see a lot of things simply looking old/used or worse - half-broken. The hotel is good, staff is very friendly, food was very good (better than other all inclusive greek hotels), but for us it was not really a place we would return to, it was not "special". 4 stars hotel with generally good service - cleanness, food and kindness. I gave 3 stars because of dishonesty and lack of proper service in some aspects (see below). General comment - we were there at the end of season, when it was not packed, yet some of the services seemed at full capacity, for example the space around the pool area, sitting places during breakfast and mainly the parking location...

Staff are very good and make your stay more enjoyable. Food was always consistently of good quality and my wife and I are both coeliacs and gluten free was available at all times, in fact the chef once alerted to our condition, explained every dish on the buffet and made what we wanted pretty much to order.

A fantastic resort with fantastic people. The food was amazing, the facilities were kids friendly and the staff at the hotel really helped with my parents. My mum struggles to walk and my Dad has dialysis. They knew everything beforehand were very helpful. We will 100% go back next year. Thank you!

Amazing hotel. The management is always at your disposal and ready to assist. The housekeeping is doing a great job since the rooms are clean. Food always fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back next year.

The room was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All appliances seem to work as well as toilets,sinks and shower. The extra bathroom downstairs is nice to have ! It's been super quiet outside so far! I would recommend this place to stay.

We stayed here for five days and all the staff were so welcoming and eager to please, we felt right at home. There is a beach right across the road which was lovely. Our room was basic but clean, the showers were quite cold but with the hot weather this wasn't much of an issue! I stayed there for 7 days. It was a pleasant stay with minor problems, for example wifi was terrible - signal strength and reach was weak. Food was tasty and diverse for this standard. The best thing about the place were the people working there, mutual respect goes a long way :)

Great service. The hotel is located literally in the middle of nowhere so renting a car is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday, food was great. A/C worked without a flaw.
