Great hotel, liked everything, but when you buy a ticket it is better to take seaview TC standards are very different, and from the disadvantages of a small beach the rental can be rented at the reception at Babes)I liked the rest, so 5stars!

Good place to stay, helpful staff and even the fact that the hotel is on a cliff and everywhere lots of stairs does not spoil the overall impression about the hotel

Very good. Hotel Bilisim height difference.. but it's only a plus... Great view of the sea. Annoyed just the lack of dress code for dinners...

With prams difficult, but the children are a lot of people

This hotel is probably 4 stars in global standards. It is exceptionally clean and the crew is great. The front desk should probably be more friendly and less angry

The meals are decent though for fussy kids there is very little to go with. Would have been helpful to get some hotdogs and fries in the evening. Missing more traditional Greek food

Great food, room is basic but super clean. Pools are very clean and entire place is well looked after. At the time of writing they are still building and improving areas. Staff are friendly and helpful

We spent 10 days at the Peninsula Hotel in early October 2024 as a family with our two sons, aged 10 and 13. The hotel on the cliff offers a breathtaking view of the stunning nearby bays

Both lunch and dinner offered a good selection of hearty dishes from Greek, home-style cuisine, along with a generous salad and fruit buffet. Unfortunately, the drinks in the all-inclusive package were less impressive

While not everything was perfect, our requests and concerns were always addressed. The staff was always attentive and worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay. The culinary offerings were fresh and tasty

Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Views! I stayed at this hotel in late September and had a fantastic time. The views are stunning, with the sea visible from everywhere

Breakfast featured a generous buffet with delicious, fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a variety of smoothies with yogurt and seasonal fruits

The staff talked us through all the essentials when we arrived and helped us to our room via golf cart. We stayed in a sea view room which also overlooked the lower pool and the room was split over two floors

All inclusive food was good and had a nice mixture which changed each evening. Easy communication with staff as they had a WhatsApp feature available

My stay at the Seaside Resort in Crete was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to the morning chef, Μάνος, and the servers, Ελεύθερα and Eleni

It was a very modern space with plenty of room and a balcony. We had no issues with noise either. The pool bar snacks were great, with fruit pots and fresh rolls each day, there were also crepes and waffles

The staff don't seem to care and paid no attention to one lady who lost her dinner to a cat who jumped up and knocked it off. This resort I feel is 2 stars, 3 at best

No problem normally but these cats are quite feral and jump up at you whenever you have food, including in the main restaurant

The floor area is dirty and unkept, and any snacks or drinks had to be shared with the resident cats

We took the bus to heraklion three times in our stay. The food was amazing, there was something different every night and the staff were all really smiley and helpful. From start to finish our holiday was enjoyable

Me and my partner stayed here around a week ago. We arrived late at night and were greeted by smiling faces, they gave us a packed lunch and then were escorted by vehicle to the annex building with our luggage

Just left this hotel had fabulous week here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tony in the main bar is so welcoming and chatty and Antonio in the annex bar is charming. Great food choice and desserts too good

After which we - despite it already being well past 22:00 - could still join the dinner. In the meantime our suitcases were simply brought to the chosen suite. The luxury hotel is located on a bay

Both breakfast and dinner are à la carte and in our opinion certainly worth 5 stars! There is an extensive wine list and the cocktails are also good. We are lucky that we ended up in room number 1203

The hotel is very impressive and all the rooms benefit from a private swimming pool. During our stay , the staff were very polite and ensured that all our needs were taken care off

Castello Infinity Suites occupies the Southern corner of Agia Pelagia bay. Its architecture respects and complements beautifully the picturesque scenery

The accomodation is fantastic, rooms are immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, kettle, hob, full size oven, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and full size fridge

Clean, modern apartments, some of which have a separate bedroom + well equipped kitchen. Location is also excellent, 75 meters from the Agia Pelagia beach. 50 meters from main shopping area, including small supermarket

A beautiful hotel, centrally located close to the beach. Everything is very well maintained here, very, very quiet. We are more than just positively surprised at what a lovely hotel is hidden here

A fantastic hotel! It was the ideal place to relax, the staff are very friendly and the rooms were great too. There are two pools, one next to the bar playing music and the other being the quieter option

We loved our stay at Irida Hotel in September 2023. The hotel is spotlessly clean and an oasis of calm. The staff are lovely and really made the hotel for us

Also internet connection was not reliable and I had to work two days. But overall nice location and good experience

The waitress are very nice and helpful from the hotel there ar steps leading down to the beach. Me and my girlfriend spent a week here we don't have a single complaint everything was perfect and we had an a amazing time

Very good value for money! Staff is very nice and attentive. They adopted several measures to keep guests safe during the pandemic. Facilities are simple but decent. The pool and deck area is just amazing

Great panoramic views from the sea from there, many relaxing sunbeds and a nice bar only for guests. Very nice breakfast with fresh goods, they also have a great restaurant right in front of the hotel

We had a sea view room with breakfast. Rooms are clean , service is good. the cleaning and pool maintenance everything perfect. Very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Good breakfast everything is fresh

The resort is located in the earth of the hill which fell down to the beautiful Agia Pelagia beach. It is a tipical Cretan wildlife, a quite place where you can stay in a total relax, today a rare place to find

The restaurant was very good too including the breakfast. Bicycles are free or charge which is a nice add on. Because the hotel is between three nice beaches. I really loved it and probably come back

We occupied the 1-bed suite, which is slightly separate from the rest of the rooms, offering a greater degree of privacy and a large terrace overlooking the bays. We found the room rates in October very reasonable

The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was spacious as well. The view from our room was spectacular—we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise

We particularly loved the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, especially the homemade and local products. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away. What truly sets Pela Mare apart is its staff

Chrissy's Paradise was a wonderful experience. Everyone working there was incredibly nice, especially Giorgi, the housekeeper. Mila, who took care of our room, always greeted us with a smile, and we wish her all the best

The combination of the mountain and sea experience was fantastic. During the day, we soaked up the sun by the beach, and at night, we enjoyed the cool weather and music at the bar next to the pool

The bartenders were always friendly and kept the drinks flowing! On Sundays, there was an entertainment night, which we really enjoyed, but we wish there had been more since there aren’t many party options in Agia Pelagia, and at night, there's not much to do beyond visiting restaurants

You can do a lot from there, visit Heraklion, Rethymnon and even Chania & Agios Nikolaos if you have time and appetite! And of course many small nearby villages

Although I was travelling alone, the staff at the hotel were so accommodating, the boys recommended me places to see and go to. The traditional Greek food was amazing, and the small town of Agia Pelagia was beautiful

Very tasty nonetheless!! The evening mezzes and complete meals on the daily changing menu are really good! The cook knows his way around the kitchen and your taste buds are in for a treat with whatever you choose

The hotel was clean and our room was ready even when we arrived early. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The views were amazing and the distance to the beach was perfect(no more than a 10 minute walk)

The town of Agia Pelagia is very nice, beautiful beach, good selection of shops and restaurants, and only a short walk from the hotel. It is also a good place to use as a base to explore around Crete by car

Made it so we saw some cool parts of Crete which we otherwise would have missed. There's an unlimited breakfast each morning, though always the same menu which gets a bit boring after a few days

The location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring Crete, perfectly split between the two largest cities, successfully void of the ultra touristy feel

Felix is a master at his craft, not just the food, but the drinks and the hospitality! And his wife has a killer art gallery to set the ambiance! Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!!! Perfect first stop in Crete!

Stayed here the third week in May 2015 for one week. The weather was beautiful and my wife and I had a great time. Aghia Palagia is like Greece was twenty years ago, laid back, peaceful and chilled

we sat in the bar on many nights and met many people from all over Europe. We were well looked after by Felix and his wife Maria. We are both looking forward to returning next summer

Around the resort there are plenty of places to eat and the quality of the food is very good and prices reasonable. We will definitely go back again next year

Good location - 50m to the sea. There is a safe and a kettle, which is very convenient in the morning. There is practically no beach: a narrow shore and immediately the sea

We picked this hotel for our holiday in Crete, first if all the location is the best: in front of the sea, a few meters away from dinner locations and supermarket

Great place - zero line, from the room directly to the beach! Hospitable host. A place to stay was chosen in advance and were not mistaken with the choice. Nearby are many shops and cafes. Heraklion is 30 minutes by car

Breakfast covers all tastes, while the renovation of the building, further upgrades the place it has gained all these years in the area, in the choices of travelers. As for those in charge, words are few

The rooms must have been recently refurbished because they look so new and cosy. Very very clean, nothing was out of place. I don’t have any single complaint, I am happy, it’s perfect

Last but not least the owner is a legend, he is a total dude, ready to help, always with a big smile on his face. He is very welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely come back here

A great breakfast, friendly and professional hosts, and amazing view from our room and many different locations of the property. There were many restaurants and cafes a 2 minute drive or 10ish minute walk down the hill

Sitting eating breakfast amongst olive trees with views over the bay still the best in Agia palagia, it is so calm and peaceful everything you could want for your Crete getaway yet within walking distance of 2 beaches with many bars and restaurant ,the 2nd beach has more restaurants for the evening and the 20min up hill walk on the way home looks much harder than it is ,a taxi only 10 Euro anyway always...

This is our 5 visit ,and I just have to write new review as I have seen so many improvements ,this time we took friends and they loved it as much as us ,it still hasn't lost it charm but new kitchens and showers are a wonderful extra

Not really a place to bring small children as people come here to relax and unwind. Big pool, clean rooms and air conditioning ! Each room is unique, fitted with a small basic kitchen and is nicely decorated

George and Fofi are AMAZING hosts, so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Always willing to fulfil any request. Amazing views and such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere

We have just had best weekend playing in the sea and the pool at the hotel. we have never been disappointed
