Nice hotel and beautifully decorated. It's a recently renovated hotel which is affordable, conveniently located and with attractive bedrooms. Our stay was perfect and recepcionists were always caring and helpful. Comfortable beds and well-organised room to keep your things tidy.

Great hotel with very nice staff, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, the breakfast is pretty standart

Only downsize i had was the balcony was right next to the neighbors so i had to close the blinds

Employees were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast fair.
If anything, then interior would need slight refurbishment.
Biggest flaw in the room was that the toilet watertank didn't fill up properly. Needed some "special" touches which i failed to master within my two-night stay.

The hotel is run by very kind people. We stayed just a couple of days to explore the city before our flight, but I would have loved to stay longer! The breakfast is simple but complete and very good. Our room even had a small balcony where we could hang out our beach towels and let them dry. The room had everything we needed. A ten-minute walk takes you to the city center. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could explore one last time without having to worry about leaving it in the car. Our flight was also delayed, so we asked if we could stay in the lobby for a bit to charge our phones, and they said yes without a problem. They were really kind and I would return as soon as possible. Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city centre, which was very convenient. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Arrived late evening with a pre booked room that had a balcony and city view. Immediately discovered it had neither. The "balcony" was a bricked up internal corridor with fully enclosed windows and iron bars across the windows for security and full curtains for privacy (see photos). No view. No natural light in room. The night staff were fully aware of this and were sympathetic and apologised but said we needed to speak to someone next day about changing room. Next morning we were given a change of room. No apology however, just told we had booked the room and there was no interest when we showed the booking that promised a balcony and city view. The new room was good. Would stay here again is we were guaranteed not to be in a room similar to the first one. IF YOU BOOK HERE INSIST YOU ARE NOT PUT IN ROOMS 111 OR 112.

At arrival we got the room 113. It turned out that room is practically is an underground room without a real window. It had musty smell. They requested EUR 20 to "upgrade" to a normal room. We had no other choice to pay. Probably the Hotel doing the same trick with everybody having a reservation for normal room.
They promise free parking possibility, we were there offseason, but no place for parking. This is misleading!
We have been in Crete in 5 hotels, the other hotels got maximum stars from me, but 1 star for this is too much should be 0.

I only ended up in Heraklion because of circumstances beyond my control BUT I could not have chosen a better hotel. Very clean and comfortable it is within easy walking distance of the city centre, Venetian walls, port, bus station and city buses. But the best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for me and I appreciated it. It’s also very safe for a solo female visitor. And has a cute cat 🐱 Highly recommend

Great location for time ferry port, helpful English speaking staff, possible early checkout (staff 24/7), possible coffee and snacks before the standard breakfast hours.
