The room is small, especially the bathroom, which is small. I feel that fat Europeans and Americans can't stand in it. The elevator is the same. It is full with one person and luggage. The room has a small balcony and the breakfast is simple.

Easier to find food. Close to town. The only problem is,kettle was not provided in the room. But luckily staff was friendly and helped me to get hot drink.

We stayed here for two nights and the reception staff were amazing from start to finish. They were very helpful my mother brought her mobility scooter and they allowed us to keep it near reception they also helped her figure out how to charge it. This is a very basic hotel where you can just sleep and shower and nothing else. It’s about 4km from syntagma square and centre. We didn’t use public transport and decided to walk around and use Uber which is quite reasonable. Athens as a city is one of the worse places I’ve visited. Nothing to see except the Acropolis. Will definitely not visit again.

The location is okay, about 20ish minutes from city center. But the hotel/rooms seem to be old with very tiny shower room, it was a bit uncomfortable to use.

Uncomfortable beds, breakfast ist ok gut nothing special. A lot of dog barking from surrounding houses + straying dogs. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants can bei reached by foot within 10-15 minutes.

Best choice we made won't be disappointed. Just very practical with everything you need. Clean rooms good staffs close to sight seeing spots and good price. I spent a week here and I am very satisfied. This hotel serves as a perfect haven for active tourists. Convenient location, air conditioning, private toilets, new towels every day, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts - it's all there, and it comes at a pretty good price.

Stayed here during spring break and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms are small but nicely maintained, clean, and comfortable for a short stay. The staff are amazing, the cleaner will eventually ignore the do not disturb sign, be careful where you step in the near vicinity of the hotel, drug users about. If you want local food for breakfast head left out of the hotel then left again, a little ways up is a great cafe.

The room was average, a little small. Good service and correct attention. What we didn't like is that even though we considered the location to be quite central, all the surrounding areas were plagued by drug *******, a very serious problem that they suffer in Athens as you move away from the central tourist areas.

You get what you pay for, the shower is tiny and the hose couldn’t be hung so I had to hold it, the breakfast isn’t worth it. You do however get a clean bed and a working A/C, and you’re close to everything, also the water pressure in the shower is great.

One of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve slept on in 28 years as an adult. A mattress upgrade would go a LONG way towards making this a VERY quality stay. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price, in a fantastic location.

Great location - centrally located in the center of shopping and restaurants. We arrived exhausted at 10am after a long international flight. Early check in? No problem! Hotel was clean. Services was good. Rooms are not big but we didn't travel to Greece to stay in a hotel room. Staff was helpful making taxi and travel arrangements.

Hotel was great, basic rooms, but very clean and not expensive. Owner was very chill and helpful, however, breakfast was not so great.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff and a 24-hour reception, which was a lifesaver for my last-minute late check-in. Good location for those traveling by car. We choose this hotel because we wanted a location near the Eurohoops Dome where it was a basketball competition and was the best choice we could take. The hotel is very, very clean and cozy. The room is quite small for 3 adults but the amenities are complete. Our room has a balcony, a mini fridge, air conditioner, towels & mini shower gels. It is okay for staying a night, however the area is not very safe for female solo travellers. It’s fine for me because I am traveling with friends. The uncle at the front desk was very nice, and we respected each other. When I asked to print my boarding pass before leaving, the uncle was very responsible and printed one for me, and printed it twice. If I felt the first one was not good, he would not charge me. A perfect place to stay if one is not asking for the sky. It is afterall a boutique 3 stars. It has the tiniest lift meant for one person with one luggage or two persons with no luggages. We have had a wonderful stay after moving from a disastrous apartment. The rooms are very cozy, clean, recently renovated and really everything is to be found there that you need. Towels are fresh, heating is proper and the view is amazing. The staff is very friendly. There is even a bookshelf for swapping books. Breakfast on top of the roof terrace is quite an experience too. The hotel is a walkable distance from the metro station. There are quite a lot of mini marts also nearby. The room was a little musty, but the service was really nice. All in all, it was of good value.

One of the best hotels of the city I got there last minute with my father and sister and it was great. What can I say,how cleaner it was ,how quiet it was and the staff was amazing. Upfront this hotel is probably circa 1970 so presents as “dated” however it was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, staff were exceptionally helpful and it has 24hr reception. We only spent 1 night here arriving at midnight and out by 10am. For its budget price it was very good value. Did find some decent places for food within a short walk.
