Very nice hotel for only 2 stars, you can see the docks from the balcony and it is also just less than 20 minutes walking from pasalimani that is a really beautiful place to visit!
Cheap rooms. Nothing fancy. Close to train station. Neighborhood can be noisy at times. Friendly staff.

Great location - centrally located in the center of shopping and restaurants. We arrived exhausted at 10am after a long international flight. Early check in? No problem! Hotel was clean. Services was good. Rooms are not big but we didn't travel to Greece to stay in a hotel room. Staff was helpful making taxi and travel arrangements.

Great location for taking the ship to your next Island destination, rooms are clean and comfortable bed's. Reception person very helpful and attentive.
Great location near port for a stopover when catching ferry. Walking distance from metro station. Nice view of church and port. On busy road. Decent breakfast.
If you're traveling with the ferry boats, this a n excellent hotel to stay as itnis walking distance and very easy. The room was clean and service good. Bathroom was acceptable with walk in shower. Ok for 2 days max Like and follow for more amazing places to see and visit around the World.
It's cool hotel with clean rooms, definitely better than 2 stars, meal is also pretty good, staffs are polite and friendly, internet speed about 50-70 mbps but it can be dropped to 10-30 if everyone something do with it, sometimes you can hear when your neighbors open their door but it's not really disturbing there is also small TV in room but I didn't used that, in my room I got 4 towels, 2 bar of...
Fortunate to have stayed in an updated room. Great value anywhere in the world. Everything is walking distance. Staff super friendly. Exceeded my expectations
This hotel exceeded my expectations, the service is absolutely amazing. The rooms are perfect you can close the shade for COMPLETE DARKNESS! It’s perfect if you need to rest in the middle of the day. The staff is very attentive and very informative, excellent atmosphere and very impressive lobby. This will be my go to when I ever need a place.

We have booked this hotel in March 2022 for holiday in August and the hotel is lovely and clean and the staff is very nicely and friendly ready to help you if you need .For sure will be back.
Wow! Great experience staying here for family vacation. 22 minutes from the airport. Minutes walk from the tram that takes you to Athens, and walking distance to mini marts and supermarket. 11 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants in Glyfada. Across the street from the beach. Super clean, great service and greek breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
This is my 4th time staying here..it's close to glyfada walking distance 15 minutes..the beach is across the street. Clean hotel. Tram/ train is across the street, bus in front of hotel. Getting a taxi is easy as it's by the main road.Friendly staff. Breakfast is 7 euro..it's a buffet. Quiet area. My daughter was jet lagged and we were in the reception area at 2am. A friendly staff got me milk for...
Stayed in December 2019 and it was very clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was convenient as the tram which can be taken to Athens was within walking distance
Agree with other comments inexpensive, very basic. Clean rooms. The doors isolate the noise rather well I was in room 208 facing more towards the back but not completely. If you are lucky George will be at the reception he could not be nicer. It is 15 min walk from the center of Glyfada and very close to the sea.

Simply amazing! The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day! The breakfast is very good and has a wide selection of Greek and international menu. The internet was okay. It was enough to browse the internet but not to stream movies etc.. The TV has a lot of channels with multinational content. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The check-in and checkout were the fastest I've seen in any...
Staff is very kind, happy and helpful. Rooms are big, very clean, well organized and designed. There's nothing missing that will make you feel uncomfortable. Public transportation is easily accessible since every transport mean is 5 to 10 minutes away. WiFi decent. Wouldn't recommend the buffet for the price given unless you know that you will eat a lot. Price to quality ratio, I could describe it...

Oct 27-Oct 30/24 This was the best hotel for the price. It was less than CA$100 a night for two people (including tax). It also included free breakfast and free cancellation. I have never found one hotel, with this quality and price in any big cities. The most important thing was its location. This hotel is located within walking distances from all major world class attractions, such as museums and...
Best choice we made won't be disappointed. Just very practical with everything you need. Clean rooms good staffs close to sight seeing spots and good price. Outside neighbors a bit run down but hotel itself good, did not bother us. Staff even packed us breakfast for our early departure, so very nice.
We stay one night at this hotel and it did its job. We use it only to sleep as we were out and about all day. The staff is friendly, the location is great and it includes breakfast (continental breakfast), with mostly anything that you need (nothing wow, but it was good). The shower was tiny and it didn’t feel clean :( The room is a bit outdated and so is the building, but I guess that’s why it’s no...
I spent a week here and I am very satisfied. This hotel serves as a perfect haven for active tourists. Convenient location, air conditioning, private toilets, new towels every day, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts - it's all there, and it comes at a pretty good price.
Great bang for the back. The room is small but comfortable. Quiet. Great wifi, air conditioner, and hot water. What else do you need when you are sightseeing during the day? Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Centrally located. I recommend it.
Great service, comfortable beds and very well located. 5min. walking to the metro. The guys at the front desk were really nice! Asking us every single day how everything was, giving directions and advising things to do, to visit. Excellent cleaning service, believe me (I'm a bit of a cleaning freak). The hotel is not super new, nor modern but the rooms are very spacious and practical. Great service...

Hotel is located near the Piraeus port, ideal location if you need to use ferries (we didn't). Location was spot on for us because our son lived near by. Staff in the hotel were all friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day.
Stayed 1 night after cruising. The room size is good however the toilet is a bit small especially the shower cubicle. Very helpful staff. Easy access to cruise terminal and the city.
The location and the room is perfect. Amazing cleaning services, they cleaned our room every day, big thanks to them. There is always someone available at the reception, and the team is very helpful. If I go to Athens or Piraeus, I will choose this hotel for sure. The laundry service is also impressive. We loved our stay at this hotel.
The front desk team was super helpful with suggestions for a late-evening arrival dinner, selecting transportation (metro, taxi, hop on hop-off bus, etc. for sight-seeing) as well as helping to identify a car rental. And their policy to offer a courtesy umbrella for a rainy day was a sign of good hospitality that made a difference with my wife and I. I would highly commend the hotel and stay again...
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 15 days. Great to relax, the reception is available anytime, very pleasant and kind staff from the ground floor to the rooftop. Amazing cleaning team, always cheerful. Of course, the breakfast is diverse and freshly made to suit your daily mood. It motivated me to wake up every morning ❤️ thank you to everyone who made my stay there unforgettable.
Location is very good and really close to the port. Stuff is very friendly and speak al of the most widely used languages so communication is definitely not going to be a problem. Rooms were clean, but could be a bit bigger / better organized. There is also a nice buffet for breakfast for a reasonable price. Nice hotel in the Athens. Clean, comfortable, nice restaurants around. Had room on 5th floor and we had view on mountains and see. this is good place to stay before you go to airport you are not in city center but close to road what takes you out from Athens.
Great location The staff are friendly and professional. Great Hotel, directly on the port. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby
The room is very tidy and furniture is good. Only minus, the reception does not speak proper english and the plugs are total desaster. Only 2 per room at total wrong places to use them. But in average a good impression.
Hotel has good position, little parking, not far away from metro and tram station, inside is pretty good design. But its not cheap hotel, if you want to be in room 3 persons, you will have to pay another room as well... Very little elevator, max 3 people

The staff are amazing, the cleaner will eventually ignore the do not disturb sign, be careful where you step in the near vicinity of the hotel, drug users about. If you want local food for breakfast head left out of the hotel then left again, a little ways up is a great cafe.
Nice little Hotel with very helpful staff. When booking a room ask for top floor with balcony. Nice view.
Very friendly stuff. Hotel lobby looks good there is a bar too . Restaurant is upstairs but it was closed due to covid . Elevator available. Parking in front of the hotel on the road. Good for one night stay. Location close to the metro station. Quite clean. Very noisy though, you can hear every sound from the neighbors and street, the rooms are very small and need renovation.
Nice, comfortable and clean! Of higher standard than I even expected! Great, capable and willing to serve and helpfull staff! Well situated, still quite hard to locate exactly amongst all of the roads. Good choice atleast in my mind!
Hotel is fine. Only problem is location . It's near to the Bangladeshi market and those people wonder whole night . You will not feel safe . Come to hotel, staff is good with all basic ammunities . I'll say it's cheap and best option if you ready to compromise with locality.

Good accommodations close to the port and right around from some great seaside restaurants, the girls working up front where extremely helpful and nice!

The best located and offer reasonable price to stay. Also breakfast included. You can walk every part of Athens from the hotel
Perfect location and comfortable bed but the rooms are definitely run down. Good place for staying one night.
Athens may be filled with soulless Airbnb rentals, each furnished with the same generic IKEA pieces—but Hotel Cecil is a refreshing exception. Like the city itself, Hotel Cecil isn't perfect, but its abundant charm and old-world character easily overshadow any minor imperfections. The prime location, the vintage Otis elevator, and functional WiFi are just added perks. Will be on the top of my list...

Close to all the attractions. Big room with comfortable bed. Rooms are very clean. Shower small. Breakfast is basic but nice. Friendly staff. Great value for the price paid.
The hotel is a genuine 2-star hotel: - The room was mostly small, and there was not a good air circulation for it to vent - The elevator did work but didn’t feel 100% reliable/safe - We got there after 09 pm and the man who checked us in only asked for our names and gave us the key. At no point did they check our passports 🫨 Good thing was that there was people at the front desk 24/7. However, we...

A perfect place to stay if one is not asking for the sky. It is afterall a boutique 3 stars. It has the tiniest lift meant for one person with one luggage or two persons with no luggages. It is sufficient for a smallish hotel. The room was very clean and neat, no carpet though. No full toiletries only shower and hair gel. It was very comfortable and a short walk from the train station. Simple and adequate...
Lovely staff, lovely room - with little extras like use of a Krups coffee machine and free national & international calls with an in-room VOIP smart phone. Excellent breakfast too. An equivalent room in London would probably cost four times the price.
Best price for a short trip! Good breakfast and friendly receptionist Nice bed and despite the smaller single room it is not stuffy to stay there. Neighborhood takes some getting used to because you just came from busy Athens with beautiful buildings here it is more flats. But there are always gems to discover. Will definitely be on my favorite list of hotels in Piraeus!
A little gem of a hotel. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, lovely central location. Breakfast excellent a good selection of hot and cold food. Will definitely return.
Excellent location for the Cruise Port. Plus the added benefit of a complimentary transfer to our ship. Staff could not do enough for us. Small complimentary offering at breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The Greek yogurt was excellent. Fresh coffee was nice too. For the price it's a nice hotel. Service was good, same as breakfast. About what you would expect. Location was a bit further from everything than expected, however once we discovered the metro and busses it became a lot better doable. If you are in athens for more than a day i really recommend to buy a pass for multiple days, as it will make traveling a lot easier.
Lovely hotel room in the center Very clean, with 24 hours check-in Good price-quality Basic breakfast
The only good things about this hotel are the airconditioning, the wifi signal, a mini fridge and the bed. You have very less options for your breakfast with cheap supermarket food. My room had no trashcan so I had to make my own. One time I had no towels at all. And the shower had no shower curtain, besides that there is no lock on both doors (main door and bathroom door). Easy check in/out process, friendly staff, and extremely clean room. A fair walk from the city centre, but beautiful view from the balcony as the hotel is atop a hill. Didn't try the breakfast as there was lots of great bakeries nearby, but the rooftop terrace was beautiful.
Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff. We got a room with a cute balcony. At the top of the hill, a bit steep to walk with a bag. Although I love this neighborhood of Athens I found it a bit more run down and dirty.
My friends and I stayed in hotel (Orion &) Dryades in Athens for four nights. We thought the room was nice amd well-cleaned, the overall (room) servive was great, we were VERY happy with the location - what a beautiful view! - and amenities or the like were not too far away either. We were let down by another hotel and stayed the night here. The staff were lovely and the family room was one of the bests I have stayed in. I wish I had found this hotel whilst booking my trip to Athens!
We have had a wonderful stay after moving from a disastrous apartment. The rooms are very cozy, clean, recently renovated and really everything is to be found there that you need. Towels are fresh, heating is proper and the view is amazing. The staff is very friendly. There is even a bookshelf for swapping books. Breakfast on top of the roof terrace is quite an experience too. Thanks for a lovely stay

The hotel is a walkable distance from the metro station. There are quite a lot of mini marts also nearby. The room was a little musty, but the service was really nice. All in all, it was of good value.
Best hotel, just 150 yards from the metro. good price. 24hrs reception service and we can leave our luggage here, roam the city and collect it whenever we want. Excellent service !!!!!. Love to stay again.!
One of the best hotels of the city I got there last minute with my father and sister and it was great. What can I say,how cleaner it was ,how quiet it was and the staff was amazing. The hotel was near the city center. I could walk to many places. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely going there any time I visit Athens.
Few minutes walking distance from metro line 2. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Neighbourhood behind the hotel feels a bit neglected. We stayed on the main roads and square and felt safe. Price/quality is very good.
Upfront this hotel is probably circa 1970 so presents as “dated” however it was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, staff were exceptionally helpful and it has 24hr reception. We only spent 1 night here arriving at midnight and out by 10am. For its budget price it was very good value. Did find some decent places for food within a short walk.
Firstly it is 24/7 check in and there is always someone at reception. They were always very kind, professional and helpful. When you leave your room for the day you hand in your hotel card which means you can't lose it. The actual room is spacious, big balcony, decent TV on the wall. Very, very noisy. That is the main problem of this hotel. And it's not the street or the neighbor.. It's the windows. They are so lite that can't stop the noise of the walking cat outside. Overall the hotel is good. Rooms are very clean and the staff is polite.
Spacious rooms, scrupulously clean, excellent breakfast, good English. Right out of claustrophobic central Athens and good to return to. Easy access to bus, tram and ferry. This meant we could get to quiet beaches and calm restaurants. The elderly Maitre D'hotel will show you everything from his car on day one. Very kind. Highly recommend.
Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Although it is rated only at two stars, the hotel is clean, the bedrooms very practical, and the breakfast offers good value for the money. Good quality free wifi in the bedrooms and tea/coffee facilities are a plus. Don't hesitate to stay there if you're looking for a reasonably priced quality accommodation in this area.
