We had a pleasant stay at Adonis Hotel with our family. The staff were kind and helpful, especially at the rooftop bar, where they were very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient, and the hotel’s location was excellent—right in the city center. Though the room was small, it was perfect for resting after exploring. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

While the hotel is very clean and in a very good spot for exploring.It is let down by no drink making facilities in the room and no where to get a drink during the day.The rooftop bar in good,but was only open once during our stay!! Breakfast was good,plenty of choice.

Great location in the Plaka within walking distance to most everything. Room, typically small, was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with a view of the Acropolis was a bonus. Or a drink at night when the breakfast room becomes a bar!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central position and a great base for sight seeing trips. Room was very clean, with small balcony area. Lift is tiny and stairs spiral, not idea for those with mobility issues. Amazing views from rooftop bar and nice breakfast. Athens is beautiful and well worth a visit.

The room was clean, great location! We walked 10 minutes to the acropolis and museum. The rooftop bar has center view of the acropolis and spectacular at night! The breakfast was good. The front desk was very helpful booking transportation for us for the airport. Restaurants are all close by as well no car needed. The price was very reasonable.

Greeted on arrival by very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Our room was on the second floor which we used the stairs to reach, as the lift is extremely small. This wasn’t a problem for us but could be for the less mobile person. Although we had a small room it was quite adequate and kept clean throughout our stay. The bathroom was typical for Greece, very small but plenty of hot water. View of the Acropolis from the rood top bar/ breakfast area was superb. Breakfast was the usual fare and could get repetitive, a variety of fruit/pastry options would have been preferable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, we would return, great value for money and fantastic location.

We enjoyed our stay at Adonis very much. The rooftop terrace was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Acropolis followed by the floodlights coming on to light it up. Excellent buffet breakfast, again served on the roof, each morning. The location of the hotel is very convenient for getting to all of the highlights a tourist would want to see and there are many good restaurants and taverna options nearby.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel. The location in the heart of Plaka is perfect. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but it was very clean and comfortable and had a nice veranda. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served on the top floor with a view of the Acropolis.

Hotel Adonis is in an ideal quiet location for walking to the sights in Athens. The staff is friendly and helpful. They did a great job communicating before and during our stay. The rooms are quiet and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Acropolis from rooftop bar.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very effective. Quite a bit of sound is transmitted through the hallway and open stairs, but we generally slept relatively well, except when someone had an early flight. Breakfast from the roof terrace was outstanding.
