Art Hotel Athens

The shower was terrible: the glass cover to prevent water to come out was barely even there. The safe didn’t work: we had to call the receptionist 4 times before she came up to help. We were told the breakfast area was around the corner of the road, it was inside. We don’t even talk about the bed.

Bed Bugs. No fruit for breakfast, pleasant but not very helpful staff. Questionable location as only 4 blocks away homeless are sleeping on the streets. When ever there was a problem with a room, rather than fixing the problems, we were moved to a new room. It was like musical chairs.

Lena the Tour operator,is a good person, she arranged all very well except for ADT Hotel. Just for your knowledge Art Hotel is a worn out Hotel, unhygienic,dirty rooms and housekeeping is worse. Only the young lady at day time at reception is nice ,and cooperative ,the rest of the staff just shouts and r terrible nature, I don’t think it’s a good place for Tourists, the breakfast is horrible and unhygienic so many complaints are der. I didn’t want to complain till I left the hotel as they would trouble us. The staff is rude with everyone not only us In this aspect Thomas Cook Gujrat India are the biggest Villains as without checking, just with sweet words not experiencing with their family, they cheat and take Tourists for a ride and after paying such huge amounts they don’t regret nor even say sorry for their deeds which is proved that they are involved in manipulating Tourists
