Very nice property. Our room was a small suite and had 3 balconies. We made reservations on short notice. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the views were good. The location is a great spot to spend the day at Agios Nikolaos or a trip to Spinalonga, or Elunda beach.

It's a 25minute walk to elounda, 2 minutes on a scooter or taxi (Which was 6€/ride) so you're out of the touristic area and can enjoy your peace on your balcony.

Good hotel with nice views of the ocean. Hotel is in a quiet location between Elounda and Plaka. Bed was comfortable. Good shower with lots of pressure. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. Hotel has two decent pools Rooms a little outdated. No hairdryer in the room. No bug mesh on any of the windows so had a a couple of bugs in the room. Needs some small improvements but good for a couple of nights

The hotel needs some investment on the rooms which are a bit old. The AC should not point towards the beds head. It's a shame because it's impossible to use it at night. They need to provide more towels and put more sockets to plug more stuff On the other hand. They switch the sprinklers on at night. Amazing views from the rooms and great host (George). We loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. The only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast, a bit basic. The rest was good.

I have been staying at the hotel for the past 6 years, and in the last two years, its standards have shown a slight decline. The rooms are a good size and are decently furnished. Most guests stay only for a few days so 6 coat hangers would not be an issue but for a 2 week holiday, there isn't a great deal of storage space. The fridge is useful as is the kettle. The Naiades Marina hotel is very clean. Room service is excellent. All common areas, reception, breakfast room and pool area are spotless. Reception and breakfast staff are friendly & professional. Being Greece, the bathrooms are not wonderful, but the best hotel in Agios Nikolaos.

Very nice location, neatly maintained rooms, beach is in front of the door where a very beautiful river runs along. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious.
