A small hotel. Located in the resort town of Elounda where there are numerous taverns and cafes. Recommended for economical vacation, but also for young people.

Built: 1980

Renovated: 2009

Located: 70 km from Heraklion airport, 7 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos. A bus stop 150 metres from the hotel.

Consists of a main 4-storey building with an Elevator and a 3-storey building Annex with Elevator.

Just 49 rooms.

Beach: public, gravel (partly rocky entrance), 100 m from the hotel, across the road, 1 line. Beach towels: no. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free of charge. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Pets: no.

ATM: 150 m from the hotel.

Special gifts from the hotel:

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay enjoyable. Our room was a bit on the small side, but it was comfortable enough. The air conditioning worked well, although it could have used a brushing.

The amenities were excellent— we especially enjoyed the pool, sky bar, and the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was above average with a nice selection, though it tended to repeat a lot. A standout was the fresh orange juice, which was a refreshing start to each morning.

One major downside was the beach and pool situation. By 8 a.m., all the lounges were already reserved with towels, yet many people didn’t actually return until around 10 a.m. This made it frustrating to find a spot to relax. Despite this, we still had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s overall quality.

Great hotel and staff. Stayed 12 nights. Great views and right across from beach. Has own decent size pool on 4th floor. Rooms air conditioned, not a lot of storage but my wife and I managed to unpack most things.

Wow. Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. the tablet is a fantastic idea that has all the information you need. Roof top bar and pool amazing. Private beach area. Definitely be coming back.

A wonderful hotel right next to the water. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any request. The cleaning of the rooms is very good. The food is very tasty and of high quality. We had 12 days half board; even though we liked the food a lot, next time we would only include breakfast, and enjoy the food at the hotel's restaurant many times, but not every night, for a bit more variety after so many evenings.

All of the hotel staff and management are really helpful and friendly, and try their best to ensure you have a good time. A few small niggles, you have to be early when showering, to get hot water. Our room TV service was non existent.
The fridge never worked and smelt stale.

However, on the plus side, there's a wide selection at breakfast, the Sky bar is brilliant, (Poppy runs it in a very homely manner), the views from it are superb, and it's a friendly place to mix. The Blue Thing restaurant is well run, smart and the food well presented, (staff know their art), set on a jetty overlooking the bay. This is the forth time we've stayed, and will return.

Great to get back to one of our favourite hotels. Stayed in plusher hotels many times before but there is something about this place that keeps calling us back . Ideal location quiet but only a short walk from the town and harbour where most of the wonderful tavernas are. The staff are the jewel in the crown , so friendly and accommodating. We love it here and will be back next year travel restrictions permitting.

It was not our stay the reason that I comment but our annoyance from this hotel while we were having our dinner at the restaurant below. I do not know if they were guests or someone from the staff but anyway it was unacceptable that someone from the windows of the hotel bar was constantly bothering us with a laser so we could not enjoy our food.

Had the loveliest of holidays. Staff are great, helpful and smiling 🌝 Cleanliness is second to none. Breakfast food is as good as similar priced hotels, restaurant food was really good quality.

The room was a bit noisy, noise coming from the swimming pool during the day. During the night there was no noise.
