Elounda Garden Suites Heated Pool

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety to choose from each day. The drinks were just as impressive, especially by the pool, where you could truly relax and enjoy a cocktail in the sun. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible service. A special thank you to John, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Always with a smile, attentive, and genuinely kind — he truly made our stay memorable. The pool area was spotless and a true oasis. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to come back!

The cocktails at the bar were also fantastic, especially when enjoyed by the beautiful pool, which was always clean and relaxing. Fascinating resort with an amazing view , everything was impeccable, the food and drinks were fresh and tasty. The customer service was very helpful, polite and there at any time for our needs . Especially John, a very kind and joyful kid .

Absolutely amazing hotel with fantastic staff and service! The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided and we always managed to find a sunbed by the lovely refreshing pool! Perfect location to the village and town beach which we loved! Could have done with a colander for the kitchen and a proper coffee machine in the bar would be the icing on the cake! But if you need a perfect cappuccino then Angela’s cafe just down the road is the place!

Elounda Garden Suites truly surprised me in the best way with their thoughtful service and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area — perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, which made the experience even more comfortable. One of the many advantages was the option to stay at the hotel after check-out. My flight was late, so I really appreciated being able to leave my luggage, go to the beach, and then come back to take a shower and relax by the pool with a drink from the bar. It made my last day in Crete much more enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the traditional Greek dishes. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

.We have a great experience staying at Elounda Garden Suites for a ling weekend. Fresh well equipped apartments. Great so friendly staf. Pool area and pool bar was ideal to relax. Just three minutes walking distance to the sandy beach and the restaurants of Elounda

Excellent boutique hotel. Spacious room, spotlessly clean. Fabulous pool area with comfy beds free of charge. Maybe the best breakfast we had ever. The staff couldn't be more welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us happy. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Elunda, wonderfully decorated, very quiet and peaceful place, extremely nice and polite service. Rooms very comfortable, spacious, in the bedroom very comfortable mattress, a big plus is a balloon overlooking the pool. Delicious breakfasts prepared that freshly squeezed juices and delicious coffee. I recommend it.

A beautifully decorated place, with incredibly friendly service, very quiet and peaceful, comfortable bed, best place for short staying or longer , a good base for exploring crete, breakfast excellent -only fresh product , homemade bread, cakes and juices . For sure I will back there .

Amazing experience at Elounda Garden suites. The staff is unbelievably caring and great at what they do. Anything we needed they were there to help us, and honestly went above and beyond. Every morning I dropped my laundry off and they did it for us free of charge. The breakfast was amazing kids ate for free. They provided my family a crib for my 2 year old. I can go on and on about how amazing the staff was to us. This place is so clean they clean your room every day and leave it sparkling for you we loved our housekeeper I wish I remembered her name the sweetest nicest lady ever. The pool had a great vibe great food great drinks. Also only a few minute walk into the main town of elounda and beach the location cannot be better. I love that it is a hotel yet the room has its own kitchen and bedrooms which is very helpful when traveling with children. If anyone I know ever travels to Crete I will recommend they check out the cute town of elounda and stay in this fabulous hotel. We cannot wait to be back!
