Very clean, cozy hotel run into tourist comfort by kind hosts. The game of lights from room is a plus for tourists accomodated here. The pool is big enough, clean and welcoming after a hot traveling day. You can leave luggages safe here, in case of early /late arrival or departure. The view is towards the sunrise, not sunset.

Good value for money. Unexpensive, sea view (but not to caldera), close to the center of Fira, close to several minimarkets and restaurants. 10 min walk distance to Imerovigli. Nice and kind landlord. Ideal for medium to low budget.

Bathroom was huge and impressive. Room was nice and decent but only disappointment was the hotel had many honeymoon suites and assigned me with the room which did not have a sunset view. Even upon requesting for a better room, they declined saying rooms are full but online I could still see there was honeymoon suites available for booking. The room was comfortable enough with no frills. Very convenient location. I would give it 3 stars but the 4th star is all because of Maria. The room facilities are very new, the balcony has a great view, the Marina service is very good, the location is in the center of Fira town, very lively, and it is very convenient to go to the volcanic island trails and Chinese restaurants

I stayed here with my daughters, and the view was absolutely stunning — we were in awe the moment we arrived. Due to the terrain, there are some steep stairs, but Louis kindly carried all of our luggage, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Renalda at the reception was so friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was comfortable during our stay. Thank you, Renalda and Louis!

The sea view is really great. I witnessed a beautiful sunset on the first night I arrived. When I wake up every morning and open the curtains, I feel very good about the blue sea! I think the biggest regret is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool. Other than that, there are no disadvantages! Perfect!

Nicely located uphill right at the capital of Santorini, very friendly and helpful staffs; we had an amazing view of the caldera and aegean sea from our balcony of the sea-view room, nice breakfast in-room, further option of a nice jacuzzi at the rooftop with breathtaking view. only con: narrow bathroom. Overall fair option at a fair price. Truly recommend.

The view is amazing, the best part is having the hot tub in the rooftop and of course the huge breakfast!!!

Amazing view. The rooms and bathrooms are small and basic, but you can't beat having breakfast on your balcony looking out over the caldera.

Love the area being 10 minutes drive from FIRA, being in the middle of the island you can always go with convenient driving distance. Needs to resolve the issue of getting help with luggage after hours since No elevator access with this facility I am thinking for older customers coming up with heavy luggages with stair steps. The view is incredible (as good as anywhere on the island if you get a suite facing out and better almost all restaurants). The location is so convenient for firostefani and Thira. Easy to park on the main road (we went in mid September). Comfortable beds. Nice touch with breakfast too.

I’m so in love with this villa! They’ve got nice and clean room and just 10 minutes walk away from the Fira center. Basically what you need are included like there is a fridge, a kettle and a hair dryer. Besides, the open air pool is nice and it’s so relax to lie on the lounge chair. A fully renovated hotel within minutes of walking to Fira, capital and downtown Santorini. Both the owner and her mother were very welcoming and informative on what to see and where to go. The room was recently renovated and even had a kitchen with plates and a microwave. The price was best around. I would highly recommend and would love to come back next time I am in Santorini.
