Recently stayed here with my sister. Ordered a Caesar salad with Parmesan during lunch and the Parmesan had mold on it. The kitchen said that is normal and it’s just the salad. Parmesan cheese should not have mold! Additionally I tried to leave for my flight at 630 am and the front gate was closed. When I tried to ask the front desk to open it, no one was there. Visited the Lilium with my sister July 19th - 23rd and had room 102 pool level and what a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the location spectacular. Bathroom is extremely small and cramped, even for us Asians. Toilet door knob extremely difficult to open and close. Didn't provide shampoo also, but provided hair conditioner? The curtains didn't block out the sun at all and we were woken up by the morning sun. Room is very nicely decorated but not practical. This place is one of the nicest places I stayed at, however the queen size bed was a bit hard to move from as it was far too comfortable! Defintely made the holiday in santorini! The hotel is located very centrally in Fira town: it’s right in the middle of the shopping, restaurant and pub area. Therefore, there is always a tiny bit of street noise (only pedestrians talking or a bit of party people fun, no car traffic!). Simple, basic and fuss-free accommodation - the location is good as it's in right in the town and the cable car is just right behind the hotel. They can arrange excursion tour to anywhere around the island as well; private or in groups. Service was very informative and helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance.

We extended our stay here because it was the best bang for your buck! We technically stayed at "Unique Leta," and it was great. The staff cleans the room every day with new towels and toiletries. Rooms were large relative to other places. The only complaint is that the wifi was spotty at best. You could text and call, but if you wanted to watch a video or show, you were SOL.

The apartment could not have been better situated. It was right in the. Entre of everything. We stayed three nights and found it comfortable for that length of time. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and it was kept spotlessly clean with clean towels every day. Tea and coffee in the room every day too. Would definitely use this place again.

Lovely accomodation in walking distance to everything you need.

The hotel is well-located within walking distance of the town area and the bus terminal. It is quiet as it is off the main road. It is accessible only by foot, which can be quite challenging with heavy luggage. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. The counter staff (Konstantinos) was quite rude at times.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view was gorgeous and we sat outside for hours. There was a little jacuzzi on the ledge and tons of seating area to eat breakfast and enjoy the view.

The room was very nice and clean, with a large terrace outside, not far from the coast. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is very clean. There is a car to pick up guests to the city center regularly. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel.

Took the senior suite. Room was oddly shaped with the toilet a few steps down. But it was quite cool. If you are not using a rental car, it is recommended to stay in Pira Village, which is easy to get to by bus. I booked this hotel because it is close to the bus stop in Pira Village.
