I loved Ellinon Thea. Very friendly staff and always communicative. I stayed at the delux duplex and it was perfect for me. I saw some complaints on the reviews; and I was relieved to see that the staff came up with solutions. Service is amazing and the view from all the rooms are spectacular! I will always visit Santorini and stay with Exclusive plan suites! The rooms are fully equipped from the junior to master suites! The hotel is close to the pier

We adored our time staying here! Travelling for 6 weeks (and with a toddler) our breakfast with that incredible view was honestly a standout of our entire journey! Nicholas and his colleagues were wonderful and we thank them for making our stay on Santorini magical.

Lava Suites is perfectly situated in Fira, out of the Centre but very close to it. The hotel itself although a little run down has great views from the communal area (and one of the suites) but has fantastic staff that make the stay very pleasant.

We booked this hotel because of it's amazing location on the caldera, we had the most stunning views at breakfast and all the restaurants we wanted to go to were walking distance. The rooms are very basic and the ones on the ground floor are a quite dark as not much light gets in, it felt like being in a cave (could be the experience they were going for). The staff at both Panorama and their sister hotel, Astro Palace were incredibly accommodating and warm. The suites at Panorama was gorgeous, and the location was in the heart of the market on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was lovely too.

Our stay was incredible! This was our honeymoon and we truly felt like royalty! Stellos went above and beyond, handling everything from our transportation to dinner reservations and activities. our stay was a dream!! the beautiful view was just a cherry on top to the amazing home and service. there was a wonderful 10/10 breakfast made for us that we ate on the beautiful patio. everything was very clean and i would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality was absolutely amazing, the place had the most stunning view on the island, and it was in the best location. We loved every minute of our stay! Everything was great! We stayed in the family suite, which was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in a really convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Central Square. This is a beautiful property on the exterior. The room we stayed in was dark, the lights we insufficient, or alarmingly bright. The shower was so small you had to become friends with the shower curtain. Front desk staff seamed irritated at our questions. Did not accept credit cards. The rooms were clean.

Be careful when carrying large luggage: you have to go up and down the stairs to get to the hotel. There is a small swimming pool, but it is very windy. I placed an order the day before and breakfast was delivered directly to the room the next day. It was pretty good.

Great value for the price. The rooms are correct, in our case a duplex with a bedroom upstairs and an open sofa bed downstairs. Well located (walking along a small road you can reach the center of Fira or the bus station in less than 10 minutes). Great treatment from reception. Wonderful location just outside of the Fira City Center- quiet and comfortable. George and the staff were welcoming and accomodating- the value for the price was unbeatable. They stayed up to check us in at 0100 AM and woke at 0500 AM the day we checked out, recommended us a boat tour, and scheduled us transport to the airport.
