Nemesis Apart-hotel

It gives me a great pleasure to share of how lucky I was to choose the Nemesis hotel for my stay in Santorini.

Lia and Jacob, the hosts, provided me with the exceptional customer service - always smiling and willing to help and provide the advice on travel around the island, visiting the most iconic places and recommendations for dining etc. Huge thank you to Lia and Jacob for making my stay so enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was just perfect - a walking distance from the centre of Thira, the bus station (that is super helpful if you plan to travel around the island) and supermarket. Also you have an amazing view from the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and the Thira - Oia hike starts nearby. The hosts will be able to assist you with pre-booking the taxi transfer from the airport.

I enjoyed the breakfast and my room which was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed.

I recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to this beautiful island.

I stayed for 2 nights, and it was absolutely fantastic experience. Nice price, nice location (3-5 min by walk from Fira bus station & right next to public parking lot), nice sunset view, clean room, and super nice staffs. Staff was so kind they made my holiday!
I absolutely recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Santorini again.

Good service and helpful reception with information. Takes 5 - 10 min walk to the center and local grocery shop. Be careful when crossing the street. Otherwise the road to the hotel is straight and flat. Good for our feet to take a break after walking many stairs in the city.

Lia and Jacob are wonderful hosts. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the bus stop which gets you everywhere fast and cheap, and an even shorter walk to a decent supermarket and a pharmacy. My room (single room) was clean, with a comfortable bed, and while facing the busy street, the balcony door managed to keep the noise out well enough. Very reasonably priced, especially considering the average prices on the island.

Looking at other pictures, this might not even be a general issue, just with this room - my shower was super small (60cm x 60cm, or 2ft x 2ft). If you're average size, this isn't even an issue at all, but someone who is a bit wider might find it impossible to shower, at least in that particular room. Again, if you're not plus-sized, this won't bother you too much, but if you are ... I'm sure that Lia and Jacob will find a solution.

We stayed here in our recent visit to Santorini, I highly recommend this place. It’s well located in Firá with easy access to the buses to explore the island. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. And the best of the place are the host and hostess, they make you feel welcome from the moment you step in, they were quite helpful booking tours for us and taxi and giving us recommendations of where to go, the breakfast are very tasty with a good selection of food. The hotel has rooms with view to the caldera which is a bonus to watch the sunset and wake up to a nice view.

Very good value for money stay right at the heart of Fira.

Rooms: Sparkling clean and tidy rooms with sea facing and amazing views.
Location: Hotel is located 5 mins (walk) from Fira Bus station and 6 mins (walk) to Fira Square.
Service: Hotel staff Lia and Jacob, both were amazing and very helpful. You need any suggestions or have any questions they are ones you should go to. We had an excellent stay thanks to them. Memories we shall cherish forever.

It has been a lovely experience, the Nemesis team is wonderful, helpful and professional.
Ironic cooks the most wonderful breakfast with some Greek traditional food.
The hotel is super clean along with calm music in the lobby.
Located close to center Fira and bus station.

Amazing stay in Nemesis! The staff was very helpful. The lady at the desk really helped us plan our first few days in Santorini.

The breakfast was also very enjoyable. The fact that is was ready at the specified time was a really nice touch (although it is a buffet without covid)

The location is also perfect, a few minutes from the center of Thera.

I would 100% recommend the hotel!

Beautiful rooms and great location but the reason to stay here is Leah the receptionist. She not only reserved all the most beautiful dinners and sunset drinks in Fira and Oia for us, she is such a kind and sweet person who made our stay in Santorini so special with all her help. Thank you Leah!
