Maybe not the same standard of other 5-star hotels on the island, but the location and the staff attentiveness raise the stakes higher

They were so kind and looked after us the minute we stepped foot on their premises, offered us a welcome drink and allowed us to be around the premises/pool prior to check-in (we were 5 hours early for check-in and it was beyond hot)

The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had both doubles and triples and both were equally spacious. They had such a fun pool area with a delicious breakfast and drinks

These staff, including the manager, were just so kind! We were also offered an upgrade (at a cost - which we were happy to pay) due to being on our honeymoon, and for the staff to be so kind and consider us to be upgraded just makes the already fantastic experience 1,000x more fantastic! We highly recommend Splendour Resort - it’s like being home and that’s what hubby and I needed after being away...

The Majestic Hotel was the prettiest hotel we stayed at in our time in Greece. The pool is sooo relaxing, breakfast was delicious, and all the staff at the restaurant and bar were the sweetest

The Breakfast was a nice assortment and eggs to order were included! The pools looked very nice but we did not use them during our short trip

Evening atmosphere on mains sections where is restaurant and Swimming pools look nice , upstairs small terrace for sunsets view also lovely but small problem busy main road which cannot be seeing on pictures, breakfast of have better choices will not complaining but restaurant lovely choices of taste food , drinks , cocktails, wine

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

A room on the other side of the hotel would give a sea view from the other side perfect for sunrises. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. We’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

The public buses were very easy to use and only took about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel. My only concern for the rooms was that the beds were very firm so it’s all a matter of what you like!

There is also an infinity pool and restaurant, all of which is amazing with an incredible view of the sunset. The chefs make wonderful breakfast meals and juices, which are all fresh

A Dream Vacation at Villa Bordeaux!! Our stay at Villa Bordeaux was simply unforgettable. The location of the villa is perfect, with a breathtaking view of the caldera and the sunset, which was a highlight every evening

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning caldera views - absolutely breathtaking! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Fira, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying the serenity of a more private escape

I stayed at Aqua Suite in Villa Bordeaux and it was such an amazing experience! Very chic and cozy suite combined with awesome panorama! Loved the private jacuzzi and terrace as well! It’s a pleasure to relax having best view to the volcano and caldera! Main pool of hotel is very special as well! Very nice and attentive stuff

Every morning, I indulged in a rich, delicious breakfast on our private rooftop tables, which was such a peaceful and intimate experience. I stayed in the Aeolus suite, which was extremely spacious and had two floors

We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The combination of luxury, comfort, and the stunning surroundings makes Villa Bordeaux the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a special celebration

Most of the rooms are surrounding central courtyards that have pools and tables in the middle, it was very fun to wake up and walk out into these beautiful courtyards, that also had nice olive trees

It a spread across a huge area and can accommodate a large no of guests. The room were we were staying was at the lower level and near the swimming pool

This hotel is wonderful. It is comfortable, clean, and modern. The included breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff members, especially Gabriel, are helpful and friendly.

Within walking distance of Fira and the bus station. The front desk staff were very gracious, even when we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in time

Special thanks to the porters/bellboys, who went above and beyond to assist us – they were courteous, efficient, and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotless, and offers delicious food

El Greco Resort was our favorite hotel on our Greece elopement! We didn't tell the hotel we were getting married, but they saw us in our wedding attire and left roses for us for our return! They went the extra mile and it will be memorable for us

We spent nine nights at this hotel for our wedding week and booked four rooms. It's a perfect hotel particularly for a large group of people because there's so much communal space around the pools and bar area

The staff are really kind and friendly. I stayed at the executive pool suite and it was perfect, clean room with minimalist modern style

The hotel location was perfect to access restaurants shops and bars, the staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, the rooms large and spotless and private pools were beautiful, I could not fault and had a wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Astro Palace. Lovely check in experience with a complimentary drink of choice and Hope was really informative and helped book restaurants, ATVs etc

We booked a room with private swimming pool and luxury package which included a massage treatment, moet and fruit in room on a day of our choice and travel to and from port/airport. The room was fab, really comfy space

The pool was amazing and the food was fantastic! The location is a short walk from the City Center and close to the bus station. I would recommend the Astro Palace to anyone and I can't wait to go back!

My fiancé and I stayed there for my birthday from October 16 to October 22, 2024. The service was very professional, and the room was very clean. We had a sea view with a hot tub on the caldera side

The Fly Away Bar & Restaurant was the best. The staff there was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place; everything was excellent, from the room to the food

The hotel was great location for walking into Fira town. On arrival we got an upgrade to a room with private pool. All the staff were extremely helpful especially Maria who showed us the scenic route into town

The pool bar drinks and snacks were very good. Breakfast changed daily and had a very good selection. Both outdoor and indoor seating available

Right across from the hotel entrance is a lookout spot that gives a spectacular view of Santorini sunsets, and many of the rooms and other locations in the hotel itself provide great spots for viewing sunrises

Absolutely stunning new resort, (facing east despite being on west coast) beautiful big pool,rooms are Absolutely perfect! One of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in! ♡♡♡ super clean, staff is incredibly helpful and really goes above&beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible

The owner is a gentleman, exceptional person and professional. All staff are polite and helpful. Especially nice, polite and hardworking were Panagiotis at the pool and Dimitris. All our staff greeted us with a smile

We were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street, overlooking the volcano which has amazing views. Everything was magical, the best hotel we have stayed in

Posh hotel, newly built at a wonderful location with excellent views. Top quality materials, spacious rooms/villas, luxury amenities and extra comfy beds. Staff is very attentive and helpful

The only suggestion I had was two things but are very small. One is it would have been good if the bar staff came and walked around the pool area every few minutes to see if they could get anyone some drinks

Magnificent views of the water and sunset from on high cliff. Best swimming pool with an infinity pool view over the water. Close enough to the action in Thira, but not too close. Shuttle transfer or an easy walk

Its a very laid back atmosphere, no children running around and it is very modern and clean! The rooms are what you would expect. Having the option to book a pool or hottub with your bedroom

Multiple pools, a hot tub, restaurant, bar, and so many view points. Each room has its own balcony

2) the hotel location was great. After we made two trips to the zoo (aka Oia) We were so glad we stayed here away from prying eyes. 3) we were in one of the better rooms that had an outdoor jacuzzi on the room patio

We just came back from four nights staying at Lilium hotel and had to write this review. We came here for our honeymoon and left very very happy. This hotel is amazing!! 1) the staff are soooo nice and polite

Beautiful pool, amazing good, superbly tasty breakfast which they provide in the room. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful

We had a fantastic few days staying here. Rooms are clean (although I did have to ask again for some extra cleaning when I arrived but they were happy to oblige). Anastasia and the team are lovely and very helpful

They even drove me to the wedding venue up the road which was really kind. Rooms are basic but beautifully laid out and have everything you need. Breakfast is really varied and you have it delivered to the room

They tell you about the best places to eat on the island and helped us to rent a scooter. They also provided small packed breakfast because we had to leave very early on the day of our departure

Or, you can also have a good sunset dinner at the Lilium hotel or Volcano View hotel down the road , which offer a different view. The hotel also offer good In room breakfast with your choice of selection

The hotel is 5 mins from Fira. The rooms are modern and updated with all amenities. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning. The staff is helpful and will try to accommodate all requests

WiFi is pretty spotty throughout the hotel. Nice pool area to relax in the sun

From the moment we entered to the moment we left. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever come across. From the lovely receptionists, the bar staff, the cleaners, maintenance and restaurant

You really get a 5 stars service if you book here. We are in our honeymoon and we stayed for two nights in the hotel, it was the most comfortable hotel among Santorini’s hotels

The pool area is with own bar (they made amazing cocktails for us) and comfortable sun loungers with provided towels. The closeness to the shops and restaurants makes the location perfect

Everything from the reception to the room service was excellent ;especially Anna she was so nice and helpful and the other staff too everyone were so nice. Also, the breakfast was really good

Pool only opens at 11AM and closes by sunset - strangely. Be prepared for a descent and therefore an ascent of 100 steps just to get to the entrance of the resort

Amazing view. Big pool with wide area to sit around it. Walking distance to the heart of the city. Be careful, there are a lot of stairs to go up and down The breakfast could be better for the rate we paid per night.

The entire resort was well thought of - rooms have ample space and almost all have fantastic views, bathrooms are well appointed, pool area is just lovely, breakfast is decent and food and drink menu by the bar is limited but reasonable and good

Bathrooms are good - for some reason, Greece hotel rooms don’t have a shower curtain or a door, so be prepared to have a slightly wet floor but it’s cleaned daily. Pool is large enough for the size of the resort

Even after check out, we were allowed to keep luggage there, go for our excursions and when we came back, were allowed to take shower before we left. Rooms were very nice, excellent view and very clean

Rooms - I wouldn’t recommend the suites because there is only one AC unit serving the living area and bedroom - not ideal. But other room configurations are fine

Breakfast is included, but lunch and dinner are paid separately. The restaurant/bar is located next to the pool which also has some sun beds to allow to experience the views of the Caldera

The hotel itself: We stayed in the Experience Suite which had absolutely stunning views of one of the top 10 rated sunsets in the world! Our room allowed for a wonderful experience, hence why it's called the Experience Suite! The hotel has an amazing restaurant

It is in close proximity to many great restaurants, a market and many small boutiques/places to shop. Its proximity to so much makes it a prime location

We were able to walk mostly everywhere except for a few locations that we were easily able to arrange for transport to

One thing I will mention is the stairs. Since the hotel just like all the hotels in the area are on the cliff, there are no elevators

Had great service. Upgraded us to a honey moon suite for free and also assisted us whenever possible. Also has a great view of the ocean. Would stay again

A bit of a walk into Fira (an incline) but in walking distance of Fira center. Lovely pool, atmosphere fantastic, staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast included. Definitely worth another visit.

We felt like home ! Swiming pool and breakfast so nice. A special mentioned to Gabriel who speak french and welcomed us to Milos Villas Hotel (a very good guide also with good tips, THE BEST ONE!)

They even packed us a breakfast box on the morning of our check out as we left really early. The location is a bit outside of Fira city centre so you need to walk 20 minutes to fira

You can then catch the public bus from fira to oia

Room was amazing with its own bath in the bedroom and sliding roof window above the bath. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting the Island. Much better than many of the other 5 Star hotels I have stayed in previously

Have a one night stay at this resort hotel. Excellent breakfast and service by the staff. Room is not large but quiet and comfortable. Welcome drinks and cold towels are a nice gesture too.

The five stars are not enough for what it offers. Amazing rooms-villas on the cliff, Caldera. There is a pool that starts next to your bed and ends at a window with unrestricted views of the volcano

She was available for us for everything we needed during our entire stay and was so helpful and kind! I can’t believe that you can find a better location on the entire island for a romantic vacation!

The breakfast was really good and we were given many choices to select from. The homemade pancakes were melt in the mouth delicious. It was in the centre of Fira and nearby all the amenities

I would’ve ranked them higher if I could. the room looked even better in reality than in the photos, the view is superb, the location is great- right in the center and Maria made us feel at home

5m deep (not heated at the villa but heated pool is by the bar) Expedia said it had a kitchen but it was only a fridge and sink. Was no issue for us but may be an issue for others

The owner had a villa on site and can occasionally be seen walking around with his dog. The villas had pretty much all amenities you might expect. The only negative was some out dated paint in our shower floor

We had the Honeymoon Villa, very clean room, very well made up and decorated. Lovely big infinity pool at 1

The walk to Fira (closest hub) is uphill, 45 minutes and has many old abandoned buildings in the path

Wow. Great staff Great rooms with private pool. Stayed for 4 nights the sun was on side from sunrise to about 16h . Which some places in Santorini you don't get that much sun. Would recommend 👌

Where do I start?… We booked through Expedia, we had an excellent experience from booking in upon arrival to check out. The service from ALL members of staff was amazing, and nothing was too much for anyone

Breakfast is great and made to order. Pool is small but not why we stayed here anyway. And I need the recipe for that welcome drink badly it was too nice

Enjoyed staying here very much. The guy on reception is a legend so welcoming and so helpful. View from the hotel is amazing and the rooms are comfy and authentic. I would definitely stay here again if I came back

This hotel makes a huge effort to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I felt like I was treated like royalty, as they were very responsive, attentive, and nice (you'll see what I mean if you stay there)

Housekeeping comes twice a day. The food there is delicious - both the breakfast and the regular restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would definitely come back

Amazing time had by my wife and I on our honeymoon! The service that is on offer is second to none, from meeting us on the street to help us with the luggage, to providing us with a phone in Case we need assistance anywhere in Santorini! Unbelievably great breakfast/coffee that is brought to you every morning at the time you choose, you are treated like a queen/king, and Stacy (runs the hotel) is amazing

She will book your dinner reservation, taxis, excursions, etc and give you great recommendations of places to go / things to see

Breakfast was delicious and delivered to your room. Roof top had a hot tub with amazing views. My wife left a piece of jewelry on our last day

Our new favourite place to stay world wide. The suite is beyond perfection and the staff deliver exceptional service. We have travelled around the world many times but Aria Suites is our new piece of heaven on earth.

Giota was the shining star of our stay and was extremely friendly and helpful from check in to check out! We were picked up at the ferry by pre-arranged taxi and brought straight to the hotel, where we were greeted by Giota with ice cold lemonade
