This place was simple but great, the beach is near as well as lots of interesting restaurants. The bus stop is about 7 min from the hotel by step. The host was nice and friendly and in the morning ladies working in the kitchen were great looking at everything we needed, including real good hot chocolates. Unfortunately the pool wasn't warm but we had a great view of a mountain beside. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we had a great time staying at this place.

Nice hotel, basic rooms with good breakfast. Nice pool area. Shame about some of the holidaymakers. Very noisy at night with no considerstion for otherd. Not much sound proofing in rooms so you hear everything.

Comfortable, convenient, breakfast and very helpful staff! It was our first time to Santorini and we enjoyed staying on the more laid-back side than the busier caldera rim side. This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the beach and there are many restaurant choices nearby even though we were here in late October and some shops had already closed for the season. The staff told us about the frequent public bus that goes to the town of Fira (on the caldera rim) and it was very convenient for us. The only negative for this hotel is the lack of soundproofing — we could hear voices from other rooms and the hallway. It bothered my wife more than me - I would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.
We had room 3 and asked to move to room 1 when it became available. No problem at all.
We enjoyed the good selection of breakfast items.
Position wise it was perfect for us. Quiet and only a few minutes walk away you have the busy strip.
The pool was beautiful and always very quiet.
The cleaning was first class and she respected our things.
Gutted to be leaving.

Stayed here for 10 days in September. I give it three stars because it was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, I must say that the breakfast had very little choice. I don't mind eating the same thing everyday but I found the breakfast to be of very poor quality.. a good coffee for example would have gone a long way. Also, we rang and emailed months in advance about having a double bed and when we arrived it was two singles that could not even be pushed together due to the bedframe kind of a bummer as a couple. They did make it into a double bed the next day but it would have been nice to be spared the trouble of having to ask and worry. Also the rooms are a little bit outdated. I must say though it was a good location and the cleanliness of the hotel mostly makes up in the areas it lacks!

Excellent quality budget hotel, clean rooms and good basic breakfast. Your not in your hotel long on holiday so do you need lots of facilities you don't use. Anyway super value for money good location not too far from anything.

Clean rooms, nice receptionist, situated at the excellent location ( near to the bus station, market and beach (5 minutes). Also it is in a quiet street and room have comfortable beds.
However, rooms are small and they have old-fashioned furniture. Breakfast was monotonous, the same food every day.
