Hotel is beautiful and clean! We had a family room with sliding door which was great for us, the only issue is the no door on the bathroom and glass door on the actual toilet, which is bizarre. The food is quite good, but the elevator situation is terrible (only 3 small elevators, long queues to get in, and one of them was out of service for 12 out of the 14 days I stayed there in August 2025). Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings. The breakfast could be better as the food seemed to be sitting out for a long time and the breakfast area was very noisy. Generally a good 4 star experience but not 5 star.

It is a good hotel but not 5 stars. We had a double room with extra bed. The extra bed was hard so nobody sleep in it. The stuff is friendly and the food is good.

Great hotel. Fantastic pool area and direct access to beach. Far enough away from the Faliraki night life to not be disturbed but equally close enough to it if you wanted to enjoy. Only 1 disappointment which is that A/C was switched off across hotel. Room was very hot and leaving window open during night exposed you to mosquitoes.

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic. The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food...

The most relaxing, wonderful family holiday. All inclusive is definitely the way to go at this hotel! Food choice is amazing, cocktails are great, entertainment each night is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, everything is lovely and clean. The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. Most of the staf are friendly. The sunbeds by the pool are free near the beach and grass area they charge 4 Euro a bed. Animation is basic but very fun. Ben really puts his heart into it.
