We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

Location 100 yards from beach with an underpass so you didn't need to dodge traffic on the main road. This was also clean and well maintained

Restaurants, bars, lounging area and convention rooms. I highly recommend this place for large groups that need space and top notch hospitality. The hospitality manager makes it 5 stars with just him alone

5 star hotel, all inclusive stay. Rooms were clean if not a little dated. Service in the booked restaurant's were excellent. The main restaurant was self service

we had the ultra exclusive band, we were told sit down and someone would take our drinks order. We saw them serve people paying upfront immediately. We waited 35mins before we had to again ask for our drinks

Basic Spa has less options then expected, one sauna, pool and warm/cold plunge. But it is not busy, so we are able to enjoy it as well

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable

The hotel offers fantastic pool areas, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, and quality restaurants. While the hotel shows some signs of use, the overall standard remains high

The hotel is conveniently located near the ocean, with a short tunnel that allows easy access to the beach from the pool area, another great feature

Unlike many hotels, where gyms are small and often tucked away in the basement, Sheraton’s fitness center is spacious, well-equipped, and climate-controlled—definitely a major plus for those who want to keep up their fitness routines

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

The hotel bars offered stunning sea views, and the location is ideal, with many local markets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Plus, bus connections to Rhodes Old Town and cheap car rentals made exploring easy

While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes

Lovely hotel very friendly staff and lovely surroundings. Nice gardens really big pool which was seawater and a smaller one which was normal

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them

We love where the Hotel is positioned as it's easy to walk into lalysos and just a short taxi ride to town. The beach opposite is really good with toilets and a great beach cafe

Me and my wife to be absolutely love this place. Staff were very friendly, room was lovely, Pool was sensational Jeff. Food and drink were good value

The swimming pool is fantastic with a bar at one end

Unfortunately the evening entertainment is very quiet and lacking atmosphere unlike the first time we stayed here, (it really used to buzz) there is no Karaoke now and we have noticed the bar is less busy, when the acts are on you can hardly hear them and it just sounds like background music which doesn't seem to draw the guests the way it used to

“It is what it is” The hotel is well located: not far from Rhodes Town and not far from the airport. In general, this is a very nice hotel where there is constant cleaning. The hotel has 3 swimming pools

Every day there are fresh sheets and towels (small, large and for pool or beach). The room is nice and sufficiently large, there is a sitting area and a terrace with sea view. The bed is rather on the narrow side

The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets

I can't recommend this hotel enough I will definitely be back!!!!

There are a few shops, a spa, in the evening there are shows, car hearing, the possibility to book excursions, mini-golf, etc. Anyway, there's something for everyone. And very important: everyone is super friendly

After a few hours it was still 26°C. Of course, the whole room and all the objects in it are warmed up, and it takes a long time for them to cool down. So it was really way too hot to get a good night's sleep

Fire!!! The sea immediately and clean! The food is quite 28.06.2017 gave tuna grill!!! I love this dish, ate three pieces)))

Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

As I write this, I am waiting for a taxi to leave, and am struggling over the scores I have given. There is so much to like here but 1 or 2 (and in this case, 3) employees can really have an over sized impact

It was crowdy and noisy by the main pool, but not on the Beach. There are some pleasant corners and options for those with sensory issues

First time visiting the Atrium Platinum and it certainly won’t be the last. We booked a luxury suite with personal pool and were blown away by the facilities

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! The service was excellent and the people were very nice!! Very convienent location, especially if you are going to venture out to the Old Town, a medieval historic town, which we loved

The waiters are super great, the food is really good, and the waiters are very fast with all requests, the pool service (exchanging towels and arranging sun-beds) is very lovely

The hotel app is great for ordering drinks or food round by the pool (limited food options however) and for any other things like room service, booking the restaurants, housekeeping etc

Very good selection of food, kept topped up so always able to choose from the full selection. Pool area lovely and was always able to get sun chairs (on the sun deck)

Nice relaxing place, several pools, a hot tub near the pool (and maybe still is somewhere), table mini Golf, Playground, volleyball court for beach football across the street

Not a 4* rating our family room was a little outdated. Pool area had loose tiles, children’s pool area needed a lick of paint. Disappointed that you had to pay for a sun bed (€5) at the hotels beach

Wow, a great hotel for the whole family, children and adults. Water aerobics every morning was the best way to start the day by the beautiful pool. There were plenty of activities

The kids had the opportunity to go into a playroom to draw and decorate stones. In the evenings, it was great to have entertainment on the stage with acrobatics and dancing, where the audience got involved in the show

The beach is very close and very nice. The best hotel experience I have had in a very long time! I will happily recommend this resort. Thank you for being so accommodating. Thank you to The amazing staff

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly. This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return

The order to lounger was really amazing and this meant there was no queueing. The only let down was the rooms. It was the end of the season so I expect a bit of run down but it just seemed a bit too run down

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

The pool was nice enough space, however need to maintain the rules in respect of putting towels down before 10am. Another idea if possible to have an outside gym to help burn those calories from the great food your serve

The hotel is nice and has a good atmosphere. Most of the staf are friendly. The sunbeds by the pool are free near the beach and grass area they charge 4 Euro a bed. Animation is basic but very fun

Comfortable British style hotel, buffet food was excellent and lots of choice. Evening entertainment fire/nail bed show, bingo and staff were very helpful. Beach beautiful but windy and choppy sea

This hotel is great! Clean, spacious, good customer service, lovely selection of food, nice bar, swimming pool always clean, arcade/games area is great for both adults and children, the views are incredible and location is great to travel around

Large green area, spacious bright rooms with terraces, cleaning every day, swimming pool, sea literally 100 meters away, top-level service, great team and approach to work, a lot of varied and delicious food

Best hotel I’ve been to in Greece, William, Maria, Pedro all were outstanding in their customer service. Great food from the kitchen, breakfast and dinner. Then cafe on the beach was fantastic

Lovely people our parents stayed at this hotel and due to a travel agent messing up we ended up in a hotel further down the road which is vile the cosmopolitan have been extremely helpful and aloud us to buy a all inclusive band to there hotel even though we was staying some were else as the food at the hotel we was staying in was disgusting so this now means we have access to all the cosmopolitan...

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

What an amazing place to go with your family. The staff are wonderful ,we experienced very good service throughout our stay. Food was varied enough , fresh and tasty. The pools are great ,always get a sunbed

A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel

The selection of food and drink was excellent, and as observed in other reviews, the pizza from the pool bar was amazing. The pool was clean, but chilly (ok once you're submerged!)

Plenty of sunbeds, although you had the 'usual characters' setting their alarms to go down while it was still dark to reserve them

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea. Charming and serviceminded staff. The outdoor area was in good condition and so was the pool area

All life is in full swing on a small patch around the pool and bar - at the moment it is almost the entire territory, but the hotel is developing and expanding and soon the owners plan to build a large pool on a wasteland between the buildings, as well as open a second restaurant (see diagram)

When you buy a tour to a hotel from the first page of search results sorted by price, there are always reasonable fears that reviews are cheated, pictures are embellished, half an hour drive to the sea instead of the promised hundred meters on foot and other tricks

Pleasant and warm staff, from the welcome to the restaurant service. A rental service available at the reception with -10% for people who reside in the hotel, a very nice man. Swimming pool, deckchair, calm and rest

Friendly, good service, good pool area. The food and cocktails aren't that good. The rooms serve their purpose and the cleaning ladies do a good job every day

I am sure that as soon as this is done, the stars on the sign will be deservedly increased. In terms of infrastructure, design, thoughtfulness and style, this either a two or three leaves behind many fours and even fives

The pool was a good size and kept very clean. The bars and snack bars were excellent, offering a wide range of drinks and food. The hotel is located right on a really nice beach where the sea was nice and clean

Avra beach resort is an excellent hotel. Staff are all brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are always very nice and you can get food all day long with plenty of choice even from the snack bar

We had a week's stay at Avra Beach (2 adults and 2 children). We had a superior family room which was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was of a good size

I've been coming here since 2020 having come twice last year and I've booked again for this year. I've never found anything to complain about and regularly praise the staff for their hard work

Some of the staff was great here, the place was very well kept, clean. I loved that they have their own beach and very comfy sunbeds

The hotel was right on the pebble beach with plenty of sunbeds - but you didn't get the comfortable ones unless you put your towel on by 8pm. This wasn't meant to be allowed but people were doing it

I can't stand the "towel on the sunbed" gang, and this hotel has them by the dozen, mainly British clowns! Plenty to do around the hotel if you don't fancy being stuck to the "All inclusive"

+ : very close to the beach, close to the bus station (2€ the ticket to Rhodes, 10-15 minutes ride), nice and polite staff, they allowed us to switch dinner with lunch (we had the halfboard offer), nice view from the balcony, disco night - : not a 4 star hotel, it should be renovated, especially the bathroom

We had a seaview room, but it was quite noisy in the morning, as the hotel is situated on the main road. The food is pretty much the same every day, very poor dessert choices

These places are what they are, hotels for the masses and the multicultural International. The Belair is clean and the staff very friendly. The food is plentiful but same old same old every day

Rhodes Town is really nice and a trip to Symi and or Lindos is recommended

We found it weird that the water, the tea or the coffee were only available if you asked the waiters. The tea cups were not always 100% clean, so I had to ask the waiters for another ones

Also right on the beach front with plenty of free beds (obviously travelled out of season, but staff accommodated accordingly) Travelled into Rhodes towns via the shuttle service that was available to scan and book direct on your phone

Staff were also making sure plates were taken away once finished eating and tables were cleaned as soon as you left ready for the next. Pool area was great, with a swim up bar and lazy pool to relax in

Fresh towels in the room every single day, fresh beach towels every other day too! The food was themed, all different throughout the week and was very hot and tasty

€16 for two people that includes your travel back to hotel. Either that or a €20 taxi both ways. Very easy to book both at reception if needed with taxis arriving within 2 minutes each time to pick us up

The hotel provides snacks from 10-11pm which is good but I believe they should have more than 2 options available. I also believe the pool bar should stay open till at least 11. 30pm as it currently closes at 11pm

Absolutely amazing! Just arrived back from 10 nights stay here. The hotel was kept so clean and tidy the whole time. Staff were really friendly and always smiling

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Stil a fantastic place I really can recommend. The staff is amazing making this place even better than last time. Stayed here late summer 2014. Absolutely lovely, quiet and exclusive hotel to stay at

Will travel here again some time

Food wasnt good, probably the worst all inclusive we have tried in Greece. It is not meant as is if it is Way worse the others, but it just isn’t good

All evenings the Chile menues were the same, and the adult food was pretty tasteless
