We did not get a renovated room but it was still nice and honestly I would have preferred it with the beautiful dark hardwood furniture, large space, and balcony with gorgeous views! It’s a relaxed hotel and has tons of space for conventions/ competitions

We stayed at this hotel for the Martial Arts World Tournament and this hotel did an amazing job! We had thousands of people (filled the hotel plus another hotel) and wow! The hospitality manager (Nicholas) is fantastic

Restaurants, bars, lounging area and convention rooms. I highly recommend this place for large groups that need space and top notch hospitality. The hospitality manager makes it 5 stars with just him alone

The food on the buffet was fresh and full of recipes to try that are local specialities. Then they have your classic pizza, fries, nuggets that kids love

Bar service was not up to standards when serving beer, the cocktails were nice but service in paper cups is not to my liking. Pool areas were nice with plenty of loungers

Beach is sand and pebbles so remember to take foot wear suitable for swimming in or you will need to leave them close when entering exiting the sea. I am not much for entertainment but a lot of people were enjoying it

Brilliant first time experience of Rhodes. 5* service, leisure and conference facilities and staff who couldn't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommend the Sheraton Rhodes Resort.

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable

Unlike many hotels, where gyms are small and often tucked away in the basement, Sheraton’s fitness center is spacious, well-equipped, and climate-controlled—definitely a major plus for those who want to keep up their fitness routines

The only minor downside has been the slow elevators, but since we're on holiday, we're in no rush, so it hasn’t been a big issue. Overall, Sheraton Rhodes Resort has earned our highest recommendation

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

While the location was great, the room itself was dated. The mattress was in need of replacement, and the shower could use a thorough deep clean. Additionally, we encountered some pesky mosquitoes

We especially enjoyed the Greek yoghurt dips and the dessert section, which included delicious ice cream; we indulged in them every day! We stayed in room 105, situated in the first block

My husband suffered from the bites so severely we had to visit the pharmacy; installing a net on the balcony door would definitely help. Next time we'll know to be prepared

Breakfast was standard—similar to what you'd find in many hotels—but I would have loved to see more local fruits included. However, lunch and dinner were exceptional

Good restaurants, great food. Notice that there are no towels for the pool and the beach, so bring or buy them. Great gardens, really give a serene feeling

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them

Unfortunately the evening entertainment is very quiet and lacking atmosphere unlike the first time we stayed here, (it really used to buzz) there is no Karaoke now and we have noticed the bar is less busy, when the acts are on you can hardly hear them and it just sounds like background music which doesn't seem to draw the guests the way it used to

All restaurants are great value for money and cheaper than the restaurants by the beach. The only disappointment was the beach and bars which has nothing to do with the hotel itself

We love where the Hotel is positioned as it's easy to walk into lalysos and just a short taxi ride to town. The beach opposite is really good with toilets and a great beach cafe

The cleaning staff are so polite always speak to you when passing and do a fabulous job and notice a lot of them do other jobs in the hotel throughout the day and evening

We left with our hearts full and memories to last a lifetime. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to create unforgettable moments, whether for a honeymoon, birthday, or simply to escape and unwind

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful views of the sea that took our breath away

An astonishing smorgasbord of buffet breakfast, note tho that some of the buffet on offer were of low quality (cut meats, cheese, juices etc) but that is something you can expect in a big hotel, rather than a boutique hotel

I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives

The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse selection that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a feast, and we were always excited to see what delicious options awaited us

Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the all-inclusive buffet

This was the most amazing hotel I think I've ever stayed in. The reception is so welcoming, even given drinks on your arrival while you check in. The staff were so helpful and the room was always cleaned to perfection

And indeed, the girl was absolutely right, but I did let her know that this would be the title of my review. The next day, after a bad, sweaty night in this sauna, we were at 25°C. I then contacted the management

The amenities were fantastic, 3 restaurants in the hotel as well as the all inclusive buffet restaurant, mini golf on site and a roof top bar where you can go and watch some beautiful sunsets

If it was an option I would rate 4. I think that the facilities and spa at this hotel are fantastic, staff were very helpful and friendly

There are a few shops, a spa, in the evening there are shows, car hearing, the possibility to book excursions, mini-golf, etc. Anyway, there's something for everyone. And very important: everyone is super friendly

The staff are incredibly helpful in all aspects. The rooms are large, clean, nicely decorated and have everything you’d need. They provide beach towels too which is very helpful

Everything is at a high level, clean, luxurious. At the reception there are very nice employees who like to help and it is always important to them that you are satisfied

Mariana and Jordan always helped me when I needed, they were always helpful and very kind! The Italian restaurant at the hotel is really good and there is a woman there named Zane who helped us every day and was very nice

The outside area by the pool is beautiful and there is many options for beds and seats so always somewhere to sit. The bars both inside and out have lots of options and kind staff

First place I’ve gone to where there is an abundance of outside seating and sun beds - you don’t have to be down at 9am with a towel to reserve a spot. It’s right on the beach, so you can relax by the sea with a drink

We had nothing but the best experience at this resort. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing, and the place was clean and organized. They let us check in early and upgraded us to a nicer room

Unforgettable Stay at the Best Resort in Rhodes I recently had the pleasure of staying at the finest resort in Rhodes, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! As a traveler from Belgium, I was looking forward to a mix of relaxation and entertainment, and this resort delivered beyond my expectations

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! The service was excellent and the people were very nice!! Very convienent location, especially if you are going to venture out to the Old Town, a medieval historic town, which we loved

It was the first Holliday with our baby (4 Month). What we will remember from this trip, how child friendly everyone has been. Everybody smiling at our baby was so lovely and cute! Thank you for a nice vacation

Even it’s crowded he always finds a place in the shadow. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room is stunning 🤩. Always a nice breeze even makes a hot day comfortable

This hotel is awesome, because of the great service! I had my doubts, because of the architecture. Big 5 star hotel, not very personally and looked more like an Airport waiting lounge

The waiters are super great, the food is really good, and the waiters are very fast with all requests, the pool service (exchanging towels and arranging sun-beds) is very lovely

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town. Wide variety of drinks at the main bar ,and the staff were brilliant. hot chocolate before bed was great ,Aperol was perfect (my fav drink ) ,nice wine and beers Main dining room

Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11

Varied breakfast ,fresh omelettes daily ,salad ,cooked breakfast ,breads ,porridge yoghurt. The dining staff have got this down to a fine art ,clearing plates ,serving hot drinks and always with a smile

Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there

Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool

30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great. Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps. and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip

Lovely people our parents stayed at this hotel and due to a travel agent messing up we ended up in a hotel further down the road which is vile the cosmopolitan have been extremely helpful and aloud us to buy a all inclusive band to there hotel even though we was staying some were else as the food at the hotel we was staying in was disgusting so this now means we have access to all the cosmopolitan...

We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

Nice hotel, not far away from the airport and close to the old town of Rhodes. The hotel has 2 pools for adults and 2 pools for children. The pool area is very nice and gardens too

A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel

The food is very tasty and varied throughout the day until late in the evening. For guests who arrive late, a restaurant is open where they serve a late dinner, which is included in the price

Location to the medieval city and old town is very close, taxis, buses or hire a car. With traffic only about 10 minutes to get there. We effeminately will go back to this hotel

There was a great variety of main meals and even snacks at the snack bar had a wide choice, Never seen so much anywhere else before. The room we got was possible one of the older ones non the less it was clean and tidy

Avra beach resort is an excellent hotel. Staff are all brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are always very nice and you can get food all day long with plenty of choice even from the snack bar

We booked on a last minute all inclusive holiday at the end of October. It was half term school holidays so busy with families. We were a couple so not ideal for us

Some of the staff was great here, the place was very well kept, clean. I loved that they have their own beach and very comfy sunbeds

The kids club had a few different activities on for the kids to choose from, the staff was helpful. There was snacks available all day and night and the whole inclusive drinks were great

The soft drinks were makes and not just cheap and tasteless. Some of the cleaning staff were great and very helpful

Also right on the beach front with plenty of free beds (obviously travelled out of season, but staff accommodated accordingly) Travelled into Rhodes towns via the shuttle service that was available to scan and book direct on your phone

Staff were also making sure plates were taken away once finished eating and tables were cleaned as soon as you left ready for the next. Pool area was great, with a swim up bar and lazy pool to relax in

€16 for two people that includes your travel back to hotel. Either that or a €20 taxi both ways. Very easy to book both at reception if needed with taxis arriving within 2 minutes each time to pick us up

Fresh towels in the room every single day, fresh beach towels every other day too! The food was themed, all different throughout the week and was very hot and tasty

There aren't enough chairs by the pool for every guest, creating a collective action problem of everyone laying their towels out all day to keep the chairs reserved, even if they walk away from the pool for hours

Absolutely amazing! Just arrived back from 10 nights stay here. The hotel was kept so clean and tidy the whole time. Staff were really friendly and always smiling

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Came here by chance, our hotel was not for us. When started vparivat what that five was not that funny. Main disadvantages: food very well like dvoichnyi the hotel, the front Desk staff is quite adequate and good

The administration sat on its hands and promised to process chemistry, but they appeared again. That's such instance I managed to photograph in the bathroom our last morning at the hotel

It seems to be not bad, but what are cockroaches! His wife and children were afraid to go into the bathroom while I examined her for their absence

The bars reminded of the Soviet waiters, you are almost unpleasant neojidannost, in the lobby bar in a rough form hinted that I climb not in the box. The room has a stove but no zero no utensils

Great hotel with fab amenities. Clean and welcoming on arrival. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Very easy check in with detailed information for your room and about the hotels restaurant and other services

Entertainment has been good every night and kids are catered for but I think personally 9pm for the kids entertainment to start is a bit late. Overall it's been a relaxing, enjoyable break away

One of the cleaners set the teddies up on their beds in a special way every morning. Food was good although a little repetitive, themed nights offered some variety

Pool is good size, we found that we had to be down early for a Sunbed in a good location although there is plenty of seating around the pool and bar area

Hotel was very clean staff were seen cleaning and mopping all around the pool area and around the hotel. Our daughter's each took a teddy from home

Friendly family owned aparthotel. Very clean, and staff very helpful. Large supermarket across the road, and bus stop to Rhodes old town 200 metres away, or to airport just outside Kassandra

Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Beach ten minutes stroll down 'street' out back gate. Entertainment includes karaoke and Greek dancing

The staff at the reception was quite nice, and the aircondition was very efficient in cooling the room. Also, I befriended some cats.

Nice apartments! We had a good view, it was clean. Due to corona the rooms didn’t get cleaned, but we could ask for extra towels and toiletpaper etc at the reception. Friendly staff. Small swimingpool, but it was ok!

Well in my opinion the place could do with small makeover. Sunbeds are good, space is not possible to change, and is functional. Can't say anything about the food, cause I didn't even eat the included breakfast

And the shower head should really be changed together with the shower mixer tap, it's difficult to control heat and power. I know it's small things, but it would make a difference 👍

The staff and food was great on site we only ate there for lunch. Breakfast great choice of foods only thing lacking was tea, it was hard to find and but you don’t see much tea on the island it’s all coffee

The location was brilliant 5 mins from airport we were first drop off and last to be collect. You are close to Alyssa’s town which is 20 mins walk and there are plenty of bars and restaurants

Music around the pool very loud and house music, just not to our taste! Location a little out of the way, great for the airport however, but a few great tavernas nearby and food at the hotel also very good! All in all a great holiday!!

My husband and I visited for a few days our first holiday without the kids. We upgraded to plunge pool which was lovely. The pool was cold great for morning dip to wake you up

There was a terrace overlooking the main pool you literally walk down 3 steps and you are at the pool. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to chill and relax but I have a feeling in high season it’s a party one

We went to reception at check out to be moved and the room they allocated us wasn’t ready so again they moved us to another that was ready. This was pool view room and again it was very spacious and luxury
