Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar being very nasty. Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend

The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds

Breakfast had loads of options, from fruit and yogurt to proper fried eggs, fuel for a full day of exploring. Location’s solid too, a short ride into Rhodes town so you get both quiet vibes and nightlife when you want it

Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus)

Obviously this increased the numbers at mealtime, significantly. A la Carte Restaurant was good and staff lovely, only wish the 'oriental' meal had been chinese, though the Italian was very good

Staff elsewhere were very hit or miss as to attitude ! Completely 'blanked' my brother at the bar 1 night, even though he was trying to make conversation with them

The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here

Beautiful hotel with very nice amenities: 3 pools, private beach (with easy underpass access to avoid having to cross the road) and an amazing tropical garden. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

I love this hotel, This was my favourite holiday yet that i’ve ever been on! The rooms are absolutely amazing

The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach

Pools and pool bars and all pool staff👌🏻👌🏻 What they don’t tell you when you’re booking the holiday is if you’re not staying for more than seven days you can’t book any of the other restaurants so its buffet only

to be fair we found the buffet very good with a wide variety of choice (we only had one afternoon where we weren’t 100% satisfied) We stayed All inclusive option mainly because we took our little boy

Fresh cocktails were only for paying guests, and the choice was quite limited. Rooms Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage. It was serviced daily, and towels were replaced every day, which was great

We were met at the airport then shortly after arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a lovely receptionist with brown hair I did not get her name but she was super helpful throughout our stay

By lunchtime, one side was in shade, but we never had trouble finding a sunbed (though I can imagine it’s tighter in high season). You can pick up pool and beach towels free of charge and swap them every three days

Staff & Service Reception staff could be a little frosty at times, but to be fair, they were helpful whenever we needed something. Everyone else around the hotel was lovely — cheerful, chatty, and always ready to help

It’s officially rated four stars, and we chose the all-inclusive option this time for a completely hassle-free break — we usually go half-board or self-catering

First Impressions & Location The hotel is in a good spot — right by the coast and just off the main high street, so shops, restaurants, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance

First time visiting the Atrium Platinum and it certainly won’t be the last. We booked a luxury suite with personal pool and were blown away by the facilities

The hotel is lovely with excellent staff. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. Great Margaritas at the pool bar and the main bar. Good food in the restaurants

The pool was freezing and unless you get a certain sunbed which is in the sun all day you end up having to move beds so you get sun. The sunbeds are quite packed in so you can't really move them around

The Hotel App which allows poolside ordering, restaurant bookings, trips etc was great and easy to use. All in all we couldn't really find anything to criticise. Thankyou for a great vacation

We visited in October and some of the loungers at the pool struggle to get the sun all day, but there were no issues getting loungers. The beach is nearby but didnt have a dedicated hotel area like some places

Just returned from a wonderful 10 night Premium All Inclusive break. As a couple we would have no hesitation returning to this hotel if we return to Rhodes

My only gripe would be I would have liked one more evening to book the Italian as you can only have two bookings for a two week stay. Would recommend your hotel to everyone. Will definately come back to Rhodes

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, neither of us have ever been to Greece or any of the Greek islands, we absolutely LOVED it here and are already trying to work out when we can come back

We loved everything about this place and cannot wait to return! 10/10 experience would recommend to everybody, especially couples or groups of adults

We had a wonderful trip for 8 nights here. The staff are faultless and lovely. The location is ace and the pool is great. The only few criticisms I have - the room doesn't feel "5 star"

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

The poolside snack bar was a pleasant surprise, offering great options served until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for lazy days by the water

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area

Some rooms are a bit outdated. The buffet restaurant (Dionyssos) has very good rotating menu

From the cleaning ladies, who were always accommodating, to the reception team, who were incredibly patient and helpful despite the constant complaints from guests about the hotel's dated facilities, their friendliness truly stood out

Lovely hotel very friendly staff and lovely surroundings. Nice gardens really big pool which was seawater and a smaller one which was normal

Nice quiet location, reception staff are absolutely brilliant, so helpful and listen to everything you asked them

Me and my wife to be absolutely love this place. Staff were very friendly, room was lovely, Pool was sensational Jeff. Food and drink were good value

The swimming pool is fantastic with a bar at one end

Unfortunately the evening entertainment is very quiet and lacking atmosphere unlike the first time we stayed here, (it really used to buzz) there is no Karaoke now and we have noticed the bar is less busy, when the acts are on you can hardly hear them and it just sounds like background music which doesn't seem to draw the guests the way it used to

We love where the Hotel is positioned as it's easy to walk into lalysos and just a short taxi ride to town. The beach opposite is really good with toilets and a great beach cafe

Our family of five is currently on our fourth day of a seven-day stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort, and it has far exceeded our expectations in every way (room 1124)

There are plenty of sun beds around the pool & beach, we didn’t experience anyone scrambling to put towels on sun beds. The overall experience was great & we will definitely be returning to this hotel

The hotel was fabulous clean tidy well looked after, all the staff very helpful room was cleaned everyday towels including beach towel where changed every day , the food was average but you won’t starve, loads to eat and drink, more sun beds than you could wave a stick at , entertainment was ok 2 decent acts out of 7 the only down side was everything stopped at 11pm bars stayed open till 1am but nothing...

The food and drink are amazing. The pools are perfect and the staff are spot on. Nikos on the main desk needs a pay rise. Always ready to help with any little thing

The themed a la carte restaurant were a mixed bag with Greek and the bakery being amazing! Very good quality, freshly prepared. Italian restaurant was very basic and rushed and nothing about it felt Italian

There are 4 bars in this all inclusive hotel. The busiest one was at the pool area. Overall pool was very well set up! There were plenty of sun loungers and beds so you didn’t have to run and get a bed early

The wine bar looked so beautiful from outside! We were expecting to try different type of local wines paired with food. What we received were the white and a rose and we had to ask to try the red

Breakfast was good, for dinner as a vegan, the overall experience was good, the manager showed me around the buffet on the first night, showed me what was suitable and said they could cook me something fresh if I didn't have enough options

The food was fresh and tasty, however protein was lacking, it would have been nice to see more plant based protein options, even just legumes without added fish, cheese, etc

Overall clean, but there were some details that could be improved such as the rusty mirror, mould in the shower and the mattress was quite soft

They made such good friends with them the kids were sad to say goodbye when it was time for us to leave

I enjoyed my 7 night stay in October on half board basis. On arrival I was kindly upgraded to one of the rooms in the beachfront wing

Fantastic Hotel, right on the beach, with great pools. Great relaxed vibe about the whole place

The Hotel grounds and swimming pool area are well kept, pleasant and on a pebble beach. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas

Entertainment is outside around the pool, they had a varying range of acts each night. We had a lovely relaxing holiday

Poolside etc is great, never had any trouble getting a lounger, 2 pools and the sea to choose from, drinks delivered to you, snack bar open all day

There is a larger, deeper pool, a shallower pool and then a small children’s room. Ample sun beds at both the pool and on the beach - which you can walk straight on to

I dread to think what it would be like in peak season! On the plus side, there are several swimming pools on the resort, a couple of which were on the outer perimeter and more tranquil

The rooms were basic and a little dated, but they were clean and spacious and made up every day. The pool facilities were fantastic - all very clean, showers and toilets were nearby

The resort is right on the beach, so you can opt for either the pools or the sea

This hotel really positively surprised me. This was the first time I’d done an all inclusive so I was skeptical, however, I really can’t fault the hotel and I had a great week here

Lots of sunloungers available on the beach or by the pool and there is a beach bar, so you can get drinks and snacks on the beach. I'm not so into hotel entertainment but the team seemed really nice

We stayed here for 3 nights, quiet girls getaway in October. We were very lucky to have a pool/ sea view. All inclusive food was delicious

evening entertainment was good too starting with song & dance session for k8ds which had us singing along too, been home a week & still singing 'chu chu wa. " had range of adult entertainment too ,music, dancing, bingo

A pool activity for younger guests - water polo etc was for 16+ - may be something to add? At 11 and 16 our kids were too old for the mini disco but we really enjoyed a walk into town for a drink and found Valentino’s (sports bar) to be a really friendly place for a drink and Bikini to be a great place for a cocktail in a lovely setting on the beach

Booked this as a family of 3 me and my two kids age 11,16 Cannot fault the hotel at all. Every single staff member has been so happy and can’t do enough for you. Normally there is always one miserable one but not here

Rooms I would say ours was too small, tiny balcony that fits a chair width ways but everyone I spoke to had a family room with bunk beds so I would request that next time Amazing place Was told to visit Rhodes old town, loved that -‘d Lindos didn’t do that as left to late apparently a boat from Rhodes town and taxi back

When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, so we were asked to stay in a standard room for the first night instead of our booked superior sea view room

As promised, we moved into our superior room the next day, and as an apology for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary fruit basket, a bottle of wine, and a half-day car rental free of charge

The beach was fantastic — it had sunbeds, umbrellas, and showers, and there were always enough sunbeds available, so we never had trouble finding one. The restaurant was excellent

The view from the room was absolutely stunning — whether in the morning at sunrise, during the day, or in the evening. All rooms have a balcony, which makes it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery

The rooms were cleaned daily and the maids were pleasant but if you’re looking for a bed around the pool where the daytime activities are then you’ll need to be down there by 6/7 am even though there are signs up telling you not to reserve beds by placing towels on them or they’ll be removed

There is a smaller more quiet pool which is better for getting a bed but again it can get quite busy especially in the afternoons

There’s also a gap under the door so you can hear everything in the corridor too especially late revellers returning home after a night in Falaraki at 3am. They’re not fire doors so you’ll hear everything

A lovely barman (Ilias) apologised and told us someone would be there soon. Some 10 or so minutes later, a gent arrived as casual as you like and offered no apology

The room was ok, we had a sea view but be aware this hotel is on a very busy main road so all you can hear is the heavy traffic

We opted for spending 3 days down on the beach as you’re guaranteed a bed at €5 per person per day

The beach area is for resort guests so the sunbeds are free. The main pool area is beautiful especially at night with the different lights. The location of the resort is the main attraction

Brilliant holiday for the last week of the season the entertainment staff were brilliant with a big shout out for Ida who was always smiling and making sure we all had a great time!! We made some great friends too which was a bonus! The bar staff were fast and made us feel welcome with a great selection of all inclusive cocktails

If you have kids, there is not a lot here for them to do at the hotel, other than the pool and a ping pong table

I will start off by praising Maria (waitress) and Carlos(waiter) These two I observed and they were the best out of any of the waiters or waitresses they was both very attentive and kind and always had a smile on their face

Only negative we found was that the two pools are not heated, although we went in October when the weather wasn’t so warm. Would imagine in the summer it’s preferable to have the water cold

Carlos is always smiling and is making sure that the guests are okay. He takes very good initiative with cleaning tables and keeping the process move and lovely in the restaurant. Overall, I loved my room and the food

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something different every day, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay

I expected more fish, but that wasn't the case. The children's area was truly lacking; the swing was about to come apart. For a 4-star hotel, they still need to work hard on cleanliness, friendliness, and food

We recently stayed at D’Andrea Mare Beach Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Positives: The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean — a real plus for families or couples looking for comfort

The housekeeping was lacking; the cleaning ladies came in to make the bed and mopped it without vacuuming it, so it was still dirty. I expected more variety in the food, but that wasn't the case

I sent my husband to reception to report the water in the bathroom, and the receptionist came to dry the water, telling us he'd talk to the manager the next day to resolve the situation

We stayed for 7 days, and every time we took a shower, the bathroom filled with water. No one came to check on the situation, much less change our room

Stil a fantastic place I really can recommend. The staff is amazing making this place even better than last time. Stayed here late summer 2014. Absolutely lovely, quiet and exclusive hotel to stay at

This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Strong 3ka, but overall a pleasant experience

The place is good. Would come again. Staff great and helpful. Food plentiful and varied. Only thing that holds it back from a good 5 star is that our room was tired and dated although perfectly serviceable.

Came here by chance, our hotel was not for us. When started vparivat what that five was not that funny. Main disadvantages: food very well like dvoichnyi the hotel, the front Desk staff is quite adequate and good

The bars reminded of the Soviet waiters, you are almost unpleasant neojidannost, in the lobby bar in a rough form hinted that I climb not in the box. The room has a stove but no zero no utensils
