We stayed here at the end of June for a week. The room was nice and cleaned to a high standard every day. The air conditioning in the rooms and dining areas needs to be improved. The pool area is nice but there are not enough sun beds for everyone for the size of the hotel. The beach is a 5 minute walk with plenty of sun beds for hotel guests. I found the food in the restaurant to be nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The Greek selection was always good and the pizzas are very nice. The staff work very hard in this hotel and were always pleasant.

The weeks stay at the above hotel,was made even better by the staff,the registration process ,Ralia,Spyros and Roula was easy and quick.We found the hotel clean,and our room 278 was facing the sea,a busy road outside,didn,t bother at all,the room was clean ,and a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge.We found a wide choice of fresh food to eat.We sunbathed down on the beach, most days,there was a tunnel under the road,for easy access.I must mention,George,the cattering Manager,many thanks for the anniversary cake which he provided.Also another mention to Mike, the head bartender,for great servive,a week went too fast,would i recommend the Sol Media Rhodes,yes i would,Would i come again yes,but longer!! The staff at this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thanks to the staff. This was our first time coming this hotel and Rhodes.

I would say that me and my family had a bit different experience in this resort than the most of the comments here. The resort is quite big, I would estimate around 700-1000 guests when fully booked (please do correct me if needed). For this amount of people the pools are a bit too small and there is a serious shortage of the sunbeds / sunbeds are reserved really early in the morning. There are two pools, one with entertainment and music etc. and one that is supposed to be more relaxing / quiet one. This is a nice idea, but as there was no supervision on what happens in the "quiet pool" it was actually a lot more restless than the "main pool". There was kids and adults jumping in and out from the pool all the time and multiple people throwing balls around without any care who was hit by the ball. Any kind of relaxation by this pool was simply impossible. The beach was nice and from the beach we could find sunbeds every time easily. The food was generally ok'ish, pizza was good. But again the restaurant was really crowded and super noisy especially for the breakfast and evening. At least for us it was really difficult to relax / enjoy our meals and we choose to eat else where quite a lot. The spa services were a big disappointment. Staff selling the services were quite annoying and when my wife had an appointment it was without any mentions serviced by a male employee without _any_ English language skills. The treatment was a disaster and even painful in some parts and as the employee could not speak any English there was no communication. Generally the staff in the resort was quite friendly and the resort was cleaned well. Overall I would rate this 3/5 as a 4* hotel but because of the spa experience and the pools I have to drop this to 2/5.

Good locations. Great hotel for families- loads to do for kids. Amazing staff they are super friendly. Ques for everything, very surprised. Limitesd spaces for the pool area, so the hotel area by the sea is good solution, but crossing the road with drinks can be a challenge. Pedestrian crossing qould be great. Suggestion to control your dining areas - families given different times. Kids are running wild and making different to navigate. Food is average, plenty of options but not inspiring. Spa ladies are letting this hotel down. They are so rude, talking about their customers in greek right in front of you and openly sharing frustrations about the hotel systems with the customers is simply inappropriate. We also found some concerns over hygiene. I found hairs in my food twice in a week. The waiters wearing black gloves and never changing them - handling rubbish and setting tables at the same time. This really put us off and we have left hotel to eat somewhere else.

We stayed at Sol by Meliá Cosmopolitan as a group of 14 – family and friends – and had a fantastic time! The hotel offers great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. A special thank you to Mikes, the bartender at the lobby bar – he made our evenings extra enjoyable with his friendly attitude and great cocktails. Highly recommended! 😉

Me and my family stayed here for a week and we will absolutely come back! The food was amazing, the activities were well planned and my kids loved the kids-pool area. The animation team and the girl in miniclub did a wonderful job, setting up great activities for the children! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

254 / 5 000 Very clean, tasteful hotel with a great attitude towards guests. Words of gratitude to the cleaner lady Ruth and the restaurant staff, especially George. The food was varied and very tasty. The evening entertainment was also nice. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
