We have almost come to the end of our seven night holiday and I can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A high rate of cleanliness in the hotel and pools. Food and pizza was the best.
The hotel has its own beach, access with a very short walk through a tunnel under the road directly from the hotel. Location to the medieval city and old town is very close, taxis, buses or hire a car. With traffic only about 10 minutes to get there. We effeminately will go back to this hotel.

What an amazing place to go with your family. Great for kids and parents. The staff are wonderful ,we experienced very good service throughout our stay. Food was varied enough , fresh and tasty. The pools are great ,always get a sunbed. Overall, an excellent hotel.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Reception staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. Our room was better than we expected (upgraded to a superior sea view, which was beautiful).
The all-inclusive element was applied generously, with food available for the most part of 0700-2130 and drink available 1000-2300 (bar open until 0000 with payment). The selection of food and drink was excellent, and as observed in other reviews, the pizza from the pool bar was amazing.
The pool was clean, but chilly (ok once you're submerged!). Plenty of sunbeds, although you had the 'usual characters' setting their alarms to go down while it was still dark to reserve them.
A special mention for Filippo from the animation team, he was very friendly and enthusiastic, and his positive energy during aqua-zumba really made our holiday!

We came to this fantastic hotel for a week. We have made so many great memories here. It's a big hotel, but still you don't feel it's big and stressful. All the staff were very nice and helpful in all possible situations. The hotel is very well located if you want to get to Rhodes town or rent a car like we did to Faliraki. I'm not really a big fan of buffets but I just say wow for so much good and so varied every day. same with the dessert. And a big thank you to George at the restaurant who was always so nice and had great service. We will definitely be back💝

We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are fine and the beds too. The food was freshly prepared and something for everyone. The generous meal times were also nice.
The beach can be reached through a tunnel.
We didn't use the swimming pool. It was busy there, but there were enough sunbeds.
For €9,- you can take a taxi to Rhodes town. Parking space across the street from the hotel.
A few tips for possible improvements.
- A bistro set for the balcony, and not those low tables.
- A washing line on the balcony for the bath towels and swimwear.

Excellent family hotel, I was on holiday with children 17, 13 years old, everyone was delighted! The rooms are new, clean, the rooms with a sea view are just super! The staff is very friendly, excellent service! There is animation, you can rent a car or order a taxi at the hotel. The food is very tasty and varied throughout the day until late in the evening. For guests who arrive late, a restaurant is open where they serve a late dinner, which is included in the price. Beautiful beach with comfortable sun loungers. For lovers of water sports, near the beach you can ride jet skis or windsurf. The hotel is close to the old town, 5 minutes by taxi. The city is very beautiful. I liked everything very much, I wanted to come back here again. Thank you for our good holiday!

The only food that were good in the hotel kitchen is the breakfast.
I have to give a big 5 stars to the pizza baker on the bar restaurant.
His pizza is on top the absolute best food on the Hotel. Even the pizza man is very nice always smiling, laughing and joking.
Most of the staff is very nice.
Can't forget the receptionists the go all out to make the visitors happy. Thank you for that

Great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, made with taste. Pleasant design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. Very tasty food, something new every day. I will definitely return to Sol Cosmopolitan again.

Nice hotel, not far away from the airport and close to the old town of Rhodes. The hotel has 2 pools for adults and 2 pools for children. The pool area is very nice and gardens too. We have a Seaview room and we could watch the sunset every night. Amazing! All staff and animators are very helpful. Always smiling always say hello or good morning food is tasty and there is something for every one One day we will be back for sure.

The pool is dedicated mostly for children, therefore it is limited to depth of 1.20 meters. families might like it, but I would love to have a deeper pool for adults.
