Unfussy 3* hotel, functional but good sized bedrooms with fabulous terraces overlooking the bay. Private beach is wonderful.

We have really great time at the hotel. Nice, clean room, beautiful swimming pool area, nice beach, very clear sea. Very friendly and helpful stuff, great breakfast buffet, fresh fruits, very good dinner. Near hotel is nice pastry shop with delicious goods. I can highly recommend this place!

Clean, friendly, modern and relatively well-equipped hotel in an excellent location on the Kalamata seafront and close to all the local amenities.

Its super well located. And the price we are paying is excellent. Bed is good size but the bathroom is super tiny. But the price and location plus breakfast gives it the 4 stars. Staff is friendly too. check t=out the sunset shot I got from our balcony.

Very nice, clean rooms - wonderful view! The staff is really lovely and helpful- Breakfast was basic but good, the beach is right opposite, the hotel will give you towels (for a small fee). Close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and mini markets. The city centre is a short taxi ride away (or 30 min walk) - all in all,quite a lovely place to start a Greek holiday.

Beachfront Hotel close to all restaurants in the area, AC in the room was old and hard to start, fan speed can not be regulated. The room was clean and we had a good rest (after the ac problems). The staff was not unfriendly but seemed a bit demotivated. Breakfast was okay.

Came here for a few days in 2019 with two others. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do nearby. Our home in Kalamata for past over 30 years were we go annually at least once a year. Excellent location, spacious rooms with all facilities because it acts as apartment hotel. Owners and staff are always friendly and helpful in all matters. One of the few hotels in Kalamata with a nice pool.

Second time to Greece, first time with a child. This hotel has gone above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Kalamata area. It's not to far from the main city and real close to some amazing beaches.

Excellent location. All that you want in a hotel .. and more. Access to private beach. Don't care for salty (or rough) water? Awesome, plus-size pool with full pool-side service. Enjoy a Mai Tai or a glass of wine with fruit. More amenities (spa, gym, etc. that we didn't get the chance to enjoy).

Very dated and tired hotel with lots of things broken or looking past their best. There is no shower curtain or screen so the bathroom floods. Breakfast is chaotic with fake orange juice and weak coffee. The beach is lovely and the fact it's right by the hotel is a good selling point. This hotel has huge potential if they renovate and improve their F&B act. The location is outstanding - right next to Kalamata and in a private beach where the waters are crystal clear. They need to invest to upgrade their rooms and it can become a wonderful resort.

The hotel is nice but needs some reno. The carpets in the main areas are pulling up. The room was large and bathroom was decently sized. Customer service was top notch! Our group lost our luggage thanks to Sky Express and Paris at the front desk went above and beyond to locate and have it delivered. The pool is large, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. It helps that the beach is literally across the street.

Great hotel for a family with an outstanding beach. Our family will absolutely come back. This hotel is focused on families and couples; not for stag parties. We extended our stay at this hotel. The hotel is across the street from the beach, but they have a tunnel to go under the road safely to get to the beach. They have enough pool chairs for everyone and provide you a towel.

Weak internet, strange shower. Can be a bit noisy at times, usually when you want to sleep. You can hear your neighbors through the vents. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Good value if under $120. Great views and breakfast buffet! On the negative side, it’s way up on a hill, roads not easily walkable and the road surface very rough for most small cars. The walk to the lobby from parking lot is way too steep for older people or people with a disability. It needs a remodel imo. Large rooms, tiny tv, quiet surroundings. Free parking.

Amazing staff go a long way and without them this hotel would get a worse review. The hotel needs some love and maintenance to brighten it up. We had dinner in an empty restaurant (very average) and it just felt...odd! The view from anywhere is simply beautiful, postcard pretty. Cannot describe how mush i felt like this was too much for me. I felt real luxury every time i set foot here, rooms were amazing and were really comfortable. If i ever come back to kalamata i will definitely consider this place again.

Hotel with an amazing view and great potential. The rooms were well lit with big balconies to enjoy your coffee. The table in our room looked cheap though and one of the legs was broken. Our toilet flush was also broken. When asked for an iron we were given one which was full of scale and didn’t look great. Great place excellent hosts. The character of the establishment is unique with each room decorated in elegant furnishings. Hosts Nicolas and Marina prepare hand made marmalade and other local delicacies and attend each guest from their arrival. Highly recommended.
