I would have given 5 stars it’s a great hotel , great location , friendly staff - apart from one of the receptionists (brassy blonde) who was rude and antagonistic . The small dark haired girl on reception was very kind and helpful .

The hotel is very well located for getting lost on foot in the city. You can also easily walk along the beach and swim there. The hotel staff is very welcoming and very friendly, extremely kind. The room is very clean, spacious and pleasant. The only problem is the busy road where the hotel is located... on the balcony it is impossible to relax or hear the sound of the sea because the passage is incessant...

Pleasent and clean good locatiin

Second time to Greece, first time with a child. This hotel has gone above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Kalamata area. It's not to far from the main city and real close to some amazing beaches.

We just visited the beach in front of the hotel, took a swim and had some coffee and drinks at the beach. Great, friendly and fast service. Good prices.

The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

Good size, clean and comfortable rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Carpet in hallways are looking tired and dirty. Hallway paint can use some refreshing. Good variety of options for the breakfast offering.

The hotel is wonderful. 100m from the Kalamata beach and only a short walk to great restaurants, it is a great place to stay.

The overall resort was nice, breakfast was tasty, so was the dinner, the rooms are spacious and it didn't feel cramped with 4 people. However, the room was dirty; random blue hairs in the sink, the bedsheets were stained, so was the blankets, the beds were creaky, and also the railing on the upper floor was broken. The bathtub didn't have a curtain or glass so showering made the whole bathroom wet...

The hotel is nice but needs some reno. The carpets in the main areas are pulling up. The room was large and bathroom was decently sized. The shower has a half piece of glass and no curtain so water gets all over the floor making it an unsafe situation. The balcony was nice looking out over the ocean. Customer service was top notch! Our group lost our luggage thanks to Sky Express and Paris at the front desk went above and beyond to locate and have it delivered. The pool is large, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. It helps that the beach is literally across the street.

One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. And the coffee tasted great. Need to drive a few minutes to get to the ocean…….And the beaches are everywhere. Loved the place.

Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. Our daughter had the time of her life thanks to the fantastic animation team. Gaia truly made our daughter’s holiday special. This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

The building is old. Love the architecture. Our room was spacious and clean. They provide a magnet that you attach in the room to run lights and air. Bed was low to the ground and really firm. Every time I moved it squeaked. Shower was decent. You have to step up into shower so if you are short you need stuff to grab onto. Air ran on low so really never cooled down to a comfortable temp.
