I liked it very much! Hospitable owners, room cleaning, free wi-if. I'll be back again.

The exterior, the food and the service was great. I would wish for a proper espresso machine instead of the nespresso. Ventilation on the bathroom did not work

It was extremely soft, and was creaking so much, we woke up when turning in the sleep. What was not acceptable: The pool gutter is made of worn out plastic

Complaining for that to F&B manager, his answer was that in other big hotels the waiting time is 40-45 minutes!!!! He mentioned that had strict orders from the top management as next year the hotel will operate as a conference center!!!!???

I stepped on it, and it broke, which led to me falling and fracturing my toe! They need to fix and exchange the weathered plastic to metal

The beach is lovely and the fact it's right by the hotel is a good selling point. The pool area is nice but looks like it will be busy in high season. Overall, not a 4 star, definitely 3

The hotel is across the street from the beach, but they have a tunnel to go under the road safely to get to the beach. They have enough pool chairs for everyone and provide you a towel

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool area and friendly staff. Beach chairs and service available, and is 5-10 min away from other restaurants and beach locations and chairs. They also have a wonderful masseuse

The pool is large, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. It helps that the beach is literally across the street

A very inviting and pleasant place, the rooms are spacious and there is a balcony. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The pool is very large and clean. A big disadvantage is the depth of the pool is impossible to stand

The breakfast is with seasonal fruits, nice vegetables, there is everything you need. The location is convenient - meters from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center

Inexpensive hotel at the beach of Kalamata city. Small but cleans rooms, pretty nice sea view. Central location, many entertainment options at the area.

Rooms are fine, nothing special but good soundproofing and AC. 30, pool suitable for kids (we have a 3yr old) and nice little private beach with rocks

I highly recommend this secluded hotel, which offers access to a pool with a lifeguard and a very quiet private beach. The hotel also features a breakfast, a restaurant, and a beach bar by the sea

The hotel is situated at a beautiful location just opposite of the beach. Amazing view, amazing cleanliness and such a great area inside and outside the hotel. The staff always ready to help you and always with a smile

However, the breakfast could use more variety. To access the sea, you can either cross the road or use an elevator provided to get to the other side. You can also enjoy snacks like club sandwiches or salads

The Akti Taygetos Resort is located a 20-minute drive from Kalamata. You can also take a taxi to get there, but renting a car is recommended for easier travel around the area

we were off schedule with sleep! Lovely breakfast, with numerous choices. Lower deck area near the sea, and another short flight of stairs to a cozy narrow beach area

Excellent location on the sea with spacious rooms, clean and service from the staff in all infrastructures (reception, bar, restaurant, pool, beach). Excellent breakfast but also a restaurant worth trying

We stayed in Messinian Bay for 5 nights in August 2023. Three families with 4 kids age 5-10 years old. The hotel is situated right by the sea, there's a private beach in front

The hotel is perfectly sited with seawiew from all the rooms. The rooms are nicely decoreted, and the cleaning was perfect. The breakfast was nice with eggs, bacon warity of cheeses and some fruits

Pleasant room, with balcony overlooking the sea. Ate there that evening, and left with leftovers. Coffee is available, for purchase through tout the night at the lobby bar

Beach is stony, no sand, so I kept my sandals on,which dried quickly. Not far from Kalamata proper, with a few sights to see

The room is very clean, spacious and pleasant. The only problem is the busy road where the hotel is located. on the balcony it is impossible to relax or hear the sound of the sea because the passage is incessant

The hotel is very well located for getting lost on foot in the city. You can also easily walk along the beach and swim there. The hotel staff is very welcoming and very friendly, extremely kind

Convenience is a major plus, with numerous attractions and amenities within walking distance. However, the overall atmosphere and room quality left something to be desired

We had sodas by the magnificent pool (they serve cocktails if you like). There are 2 lovely banquette rooms near the pool. It would be fantastic to have a wedding reception at this place. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great views and breakfast buffet! On the negative side, it’s way up on a hill, roads not easily walkable and the road surface very rough for most small cars

The walk to the lobby from parking lot is way too steep for older people or people with a disability. Large rooms, tiny tv, quiet surroundings

The breakfast is good and in a room with yet another beautiful view of the bay and the city. It does have a steep access but,the front desk person came out to help with luggage without my asking

Great modern Hotel. Recently renovated. My family and I stayed in the large family suite and I have no complaints. Absolutely perfect. Would love to stay again

Cannot describe how mush i felt like this was too much for me. I felt real luxury every time i set foot here, rooms were amazing and were really comfortable

Such a nice little stay in Kalamata! The staff was the highlight, absolutely above and beyond, we were greeted at every entrance and they were very attentive and helpful with anything we needed, they even gifted us some cookies and olive oil for Christmas! It’s centrally located, less than a 10 min walk to the port and beach, and about 15 min to the city center

The hotel is small, 28 beds, located 5 minutes from the sea front and 15 minutes from the city centre, in a peaceful, residential area. It is immaculate, and everything has being thoughtfully provided

The Garden City is located 5 minutes from the sea front and an easy stroll into the pretty old town. There is a plethora of coffee shops and taverns close by. The hotel is pristinely clean, light and airy

We had a junior suite, super king bed, mini bar etc. The bed was incredible comfortable and the shower very powerful. There are black out curtains so you sleep iundisturbed. Bottles of water are replenished every day

Everyone we encountered, from the delightful housekeeper who prepared our room so beautifully, to the reception staff, waiting staff and Zoe (manager), went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect

But what makes this perfect little hotel really stand out, is the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone treats with you with warmth and kindness. Zoe, Pagnotis, Evangeline you really are super stars

Hotel is very spacious and looks nice. The beach is just across the front road. Facilities includes a pool and lounge bar. But the hotel’s fixtures are outdated and old

Very nice location and friendly staff. The food was also good at the restaurant and very decent prices. Nice pool, and right by the sea.

The staff were always very helpful, especially Christina on the front desk who organised us for restaurant suggestions, several taxis and a car hire when no other service providers were able to on short notice

Stunning view, amazing staff, excellent breakfast. One note: the vegan savoury options were rather limited and most of the bread selection had milk in it, but there were still plenty of vegan options

After reading some reviews I was a bit like "what am I going to find".. but everything was ok, the room was clean and tidy. Very good. Nevertheless, you can always have a look at the room beforehand.

The hotel is located right on the promenade, which is nice. Free park is available just 20m away. We only spent one night there, but would definitely return

Rooms and premises are ok if you're not too picky or too "vanilla". The location is great since it's just 6 meters from the beach and away from bars (so it's quiet enough)

It could be cleaner but that does not include the bathroom and bed which (which are very clean)
