Spent a week here in October with my family. The hotel was absolutely beautiful- the renovation was great. Our room was spacious and lovely. The swimming pools were also great. This is a lovely hotel on the edge of Kalamata. Refurbishment has been done very well and staff went out of their way to help. Pool and gardens are lovely as photos suggest. Some great restaurants in the town which is easy to reach.

I brought my group here and they were all doubles but for some strange reason the hotel Which is the best together and makes them up as singles. After explaining that the customers were all double rooms they fixed it up for us however the following day they made them up a single as again which is really weird especially as I was a single I got a full double bed.

Stayed for one night with a small group tour of 14 and our guide . Check in was time consuming as they needed passport details . All the other hotels on our trip had been provided with these in advance. We had requested a walk in shower , which was lovely. The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

Overall great place to stay . The breakfast buffet was great with amazing views on the roof top. The dining experience was great also . Clean rooms and very walkable. The beach access is across the street with sun-beds on it. Would recommend as a short stay in Kalamata.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

Good size, clean and comfortable rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Carpet in hallways are looking tired and dirty. Hallway paint can use some refreshing. Good variety of options for the breakfast offering.

The hotel is wonderful. 100m from the Kalamata beach and only a short walk to great restaurants, it is a great place to stay.

The overall resort was nice, breakfast was tasty, so was the dinner, the rooms are spacious and it didn't feel cramped with 4 people. However, the room was dirty; random blue hairs in the sink, the bedsheets were stained, so was the blankets, the beds were creaky, and also the railing on the upper floor was broken. The hotel is nice but needs some reno. The carpets in the main areas are pulling up. The room was large and bathroom was decently sized. The shower has a half piece of glass and no curtain so water gets all over the floor making it an unsafe situation. The balcony was nice looking out over the ocean. Customer service was top notch! Our group lost our luggage thanks to Sky Express and Paris at the front desk went above and beyond to locate and have it delivered. The pool is large, the rooms are clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. It helps that the beach is literally across the street.

Very fine resort with access to the beach, excellent restaurant. Secure, private, quiet, away from city center. To go anywhere you need to walk or have a car.

Lovely venue I got talking to the gardener. What a lovely chap . Randomly had a very long conversation. Later on in the afternoon he was still working there. I asked him if he was not tired. He was elderly type gentleman. Apparently I found out it was the owner. What a humble person.

The name is a bit misleading. This accommodation is more like a luxury apartment resort with five star amenities. The rooms are cleaned well and the beds are comfortable. One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. Our daughter had the time of her life thanks to the fantastic animation team. Gaia truly made our daughter’s holiday special. This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

The building is old. Love the architecture. Our room was spacious and clean. They provide a magnet that you attach in the room to run lights and air. Bed was low to the ground and really firm. Every time I moved it squeaked. Shower was decent. You have to step up into shower so if you are short you need stuff to grab onto. Air ran on low so really never cooled down to a comfortable temp. Oh this place is just wonderful! It is walking distance to restaurants and other food places. The staff are just so friendly and go over the top for you, will call you a taxi, recommend places, help you take your suitcases around. For a 2 star hotel, it is absolutely AMAZING. We got a nice room on the third floor overlooking the messinian golf. Our stay was really pleasant and staff was very helpful! Except from a few details such as that the window lock was not working and we had a narrow shower space this hotel’s experience was above a two star hotel and recommended.

For a 2* star hotel, it is clearly above this standard. The rooms are clean and the guest service is great. You feel welcome from the start and are given all the information you need. The rooms are clean and there is a small lift to the upper floors. The reception is manned 24 hours a day and what is of great use for guests with cars is that there is a certain number of parking spaces at the hotel...

Pleasent and clean good locatiin

Second time to Greece, first time with a child. This hotel has gone above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Kalamata area. It's not to far from the main city and real close to some amazing beaches.

Rooms and premises are ok if you're not too picky or too "vanilla". The location is great since it's just 6 meters from the beach and away from bars (so it's quiet enough). It could be cleaner but that does not include the bathroom and bed which (which are very clean). Overall, a nice experience

Decent service, good wifi, this hotel has a great view of Kalamata air conditioning and a fan are available too. The problem is the rooms weren't that good themselves; nothing fascinating to be honest. Some outdoor chairs were unstable and the bathroom was horrible. It is ok to stay there for a few days but not any longer.

Hotel Nevada is a small family-run hotel near the Kalmata waterfront. The room was clean and homely.Dimitris and Vasillis (the owners) were very friendly and helpful, ready to satisfy any request I had.

Wonderful accommodation to spend your vacations!! The hotel is really clean and the rooms are comfortable. It offers a very helpful service and the owners are friendly. The apartment was sparkling clean, exactly as it looks in the pictures. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. On the basement there is a bakery that you can have breakfast and they even deliver coffee in the apartments. Of course you could prepare breakfast at the apartment since there were all the necessary equipment. Even a milk foam maker for your cappuccino!!!

The position is perfect. The staff are great, very helpful and a lovely bakery downstairs, perfect for your morning coffee and pastry on your balcony. 🙂
