Location: gournes, 30 m from bus stop, 15 km from Heraklion, 12 km from Heraklion airport, 160 km from the airport of Hania.
The hotel has 31 rooms.
Consists of one 2-storey building.
Beach: Public sandy-pebble beach 900 m away, 3 line. Entry into the water with a pontoon bridge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. The hotel is located close to shops, tavernas, bars and cafes of the village.

We loved it here. The rooms were always clean. The foods were great but it was mostly the same things maybe it can be more different but it was great. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly and kind. The weather was perfect for us.

Everyone at the hotel is so lovely and accommodating! We had a trip on the Friday the lovely Maria helped us and phoned them for us. We but would have missed breakfast that morning because of pick up times, the staff brought us some breakfast and fresh coffee in a flask the night before so we didn’t go hungry! Really good selection of buffet food changing each night. Highly recommend going to the Greek night with the BBQ and dancers! We had great fun and the food was lovely. It’s held every Thursday. Nice sized pool. The area is nice and quiet. The staff allows drinks by the pool side. Small supermarket and bakery/cafe 5 mins up the road perfect for any small bits might need. Beach is roughly 15 minutes walk away and is nice clear water with plenty of cafes if you want a drink or something to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

Employees are so helpfull, peacefull, friendly and smiley. It's so easy to have contacts. Creet has a various beautiful, georgeous, marvellous landscapes but not only the sea. Everything was all right. Very good exerience in this hotel. Perfect.

Cannot fault the service at this lovely little hotel. Maria and Manos, were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Marina who cleaned our room was very good as well. It was a little out of the way if you have walking issues as the beach and bars restaurants etc are 1km away. The WiFi is excellent and the Aircon is very good.

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

The staff is vere friendly, always glad and eager to help. The hotel has a beautiful pool, very clean ( cleaned every morning), the rooms are quite small and a little bit old-fashioned, but are confortable and always clean. The balcony where we stayed was cute, small but with the best view compared with the other rooms. I really appreciate the communication and the relationship that we established with Maria. She is such a nice and lovely person. Now let s talk about the food, at this hotel the food is delicious,very good quality, so no stomach problems. On every wednesday they organize a special Greek night where you can enjoy the local culture. The place, the experience, the staff worth and beats the outdated rooms in my opinion.

This hotel is perfect and also all of the people working here are very friendly and helpful, the rooms have everything you need and very clean, the food and drinks are amazing, great for transportation to anywhere you want to go. Limited things to do in gournes . Need to get a bus which are cheap but sometimes full , so can be a long wait .rooms adequate, what you would expect for 3star , kettle would be good . Meals adequate and warm, nice pool and bar area where you can buy drinks and snack food . Evening staff Maria and Manos are very efficient and helpful and make evenings at the hotel a pleasant experience. Greek theme night at hotel also s worthy experience
