Staff made disgusting things.

why somebody can remove my personals, and provide this seats to someone that not from this hotel?

The staff should be taught etiquette and manners of dealing with guests.
Rudeness in communication with the client is unacceptable

Nice in the pictures, but not nearly as nice when you get there.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that we were disappointed with what we paid for. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

The room: we paid for a sea view, that was nice.. however the room, very veery small and whenever you would take a bath, it would transform it into an infinity pool as the bathroom is also small and the water would get into the room as soon as you turned on the shower.

The beach: we had the unfortunate luck to have some rain (2 days). During these days the beach got dirty and the water near the shore as well. NO ONE bothered to even attempt to clean the beach or the plastic bags or containers brought on by the rain and waves, nonetheless they came to charge you 9€ / day for staying on the WET SUNBED PILLOWS (which everyone including us set aside and we used them without, because they were absolutely soaked - they didn’t bother to put them aside while it was raining either).

The breakfast area: SO DIRTY! The containers, the area around them.. so dirty. We only had breakfast there on the first day and then found other better places to have breakfast at, and way more tasty food.

The last thing that comes to mind is the noise!! Such loud music until 1-2 AM , makes your relaxing holiday go to….
Would not stay here again.
