A decent hotel in its category. Is the only hotel in Hersonissos, located right on the beach. Situated in a quiet location, but close to all the fun.

We just stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are a little dated and not to “boutique” standards. We stayed in an economy room. The shower kept over flowing all over the bathroom floor, the “window” was just a view of a wall inside the building. But the beds were super comfortable.
The sun beds you have to pay extra for, but with a discount. But if you didn’t get there super early (8:30 in the morning) they were all reserved. Which is a shame, because as hotel guests there should be enough beds available.
The location is amazing, just at the tip of the main beach strip with lots of choice of bars and restaurants.
So not a bad place, but definitely not a boutique hotel anymore.

Great location, near to the beach, center and bus stop. The room was good but there was no daylight during the day (economic room). It has been cleaned every day. Breakfast was tasty but monotonous so if you stay for a week, there's no choice more than eggs, cheese, sausages and yoghurt. The service was nice and helpful. Small minus for a small and separate pool without the sunlight. I recommend if you prefer to travel more or combine it with sunbathing. There's almost no parking near the hotel if you plan to rent a car.

Our stay at Kahlua Boutique was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable – just 10 meters from the sea, offering stunning views and the sound of the waves right at your doorstep.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, providing everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Waking up to such a beautiful view every day was a highlight, and the proximity to local attractions and restaurants made it even better. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape by the sea!

Very noisy street till ~4 in the morning. But balcony doors do the job, heared just basses.
We took room with seaside wiew. It worth money. At evening, balcony was our best place where to be.
Location is very good, as all tour providers are picking up from this place.
Full of shops and restaurants at the front street. Suggest to eat every time in other place or at beach front. Choise is very very big.

The Kahlua Boutique Hotel is the best place to stay in hersonissos if you like night life and fun. It’s located right on the beach. Food here is delicious, staff is very friendly. Stayed here for a week with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The new suites rooms are just amazing.

Staff made disgusting things.

why somebody can remove my personals, and provide this seats to someone that not from this hotel?

The staff should be taught etiquette and manners of dealing with guests.

Well maintained, beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was fantastic, refined and friendly staff. Beautiful view, cozy lighting. Swimming pool, very small, but for us it was not a must to be big. 1 Bad experience that the hotel itself cannot do anything about: We had booked for 7 nights. The first night we did not sleep a wink because of young people who were having a party in their room next to us. We had come to Crete to relax and come home refreshed. So this was particularly annoying. I did not complain the first night. The second night, exactly the same song. Then I complained to the reception. They got a scolding from the receptionist, but just continued. Night 3 was again a party for our neighbors, for us this was the 3rd sleepless night, and it was enough, I demanded another room, away from the nuisance. Fortunately we got it. Then we slept wonderfully for 4 days.

I came to the hotel following the good reviews, I must say that the review did not disappoint and it is a wonderful hotel, on the main street and on the sea, the rooms are beautiful, the pool is good, but the most important thing to mention positively is the reception staff who were wonderful and helped me with every little thing I asked for and with a huge smile beyond, Everyone on the reception staff was helpful and nice, especially the amazing Diana.

Really impressed with this hotel! I came with my partner for a week, we were both really impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of our room. The breakfast included is basic but decent, your average holiday buffet but I’ve had far worse. The pool is lovely and never too busy as the hotel is right by the sea. We ate in the beach bar once which you get 10% off at and the food there was INCREDIBLE. The mexican restaurant next door, El Peurto, is also owned by the hotel and was our favourite meal of the whole holiday. You also get a free drink voucher there for being guests of the hotel. The location is also amazing, it’s very central to everything in Hersonissos. We personally preferred to walk up the coast a bit more to use the beach as the beach directly outside the hotel was quite stoney, but that was just personal preference and there was lovely sandy areas just 5 minutes either side. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for Hersonissos. It definitely seems to be one of the nicest in the area for what we saw.
