A modern hotel with a gym, pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff who speak excellent English. A very good breakfast is included in the room rate.
Rooms are clean and spacious and have balconies.
For me the only drawback was that although it is not far outside the town centre, it’s a steep walk along a road that does not have clearly defined pavements (sidewalks). For those of us with mobility issues, this is a problem. NB I did check on Google maps before booking and they claimed the walking route is ‘mostly flat’!

We had the loveliest stay at this hotel. Not only was it very tastefully put together, all the facilities and amenities of very good standard, but the staff there really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and it made such a huge difference to how much we enjoyed our time there. Will absolutely be returning and highly recommend

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable with fresh linens, and the view was truly beautiful. What stood out the most was the staff — they were not only professional but also warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable

We stayed for 7 nights and had a great time! The rooms are kept clean every day, the breakfast is good, but the best part are the staff which are so kind and friendly, always there to help you or recommend you places to visit. Would absolutely come back to this hotel!

The pool is not kids friendly as it is deep everywhere. The pool was also quite dirty. The breakfast was advertised to be good but it was a disappointment. Cheap in quality and taste. The positive side is that they offer a parking spot and quite large and comfortable rooms. In general rooms were very clean.

Loved our stop in Rethymno
I communicated a late arrival due to missed plane. They were aware and responded to that. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. Great view from dining area on roof. Great walk to the tourist area by the water.

Comfortable and friendly
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extra special with the homemade treats. The pool was a plus for cooling off at the end of the day.
