During our recent family vacation to Crete, we had the pleasure of staying at the stunning Marilissa Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.

The hotel is beautifully situated along the coastline, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Our family suite was spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities, a cozy living area, and a large balcony perfect for enjoying the sunset. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room made us feel right at home.

One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of dining options available. Marilissa Resort boasts several restaurants, each offering delicious local and international cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured an impressive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and traditional Cretan dishes.

The resort also offers a range of activities for families. The location of Marilissa Resort is another significant advantage. It is conveniently close to charming local villages and beautiful beaches, making it easy to explore the rich culture and natural beauty of Crete.

Really cute hotel, with a very family atmosphere. Really very nice staff, and the rooms are big and clean! You really feel very comfortable! The only drawback is that you can hear the arriving planes, especially at night.

I have spent the past 12 days here and am very sorry to have to leave. I had a very courteous and friendly welcome here, the staff are always happy to help guests and the small size of the facility makes you feel like you are in a family environment, very peaceful and relaxed. The whole facility is extremely clean, the cleanliness in the rooms is excellent and the rooms are very.spacious, the pool and surrounding area are always tidy. The area is quiet, although there are supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty salons, gyms, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants nearby. But most importantly, perhaps, is the ability to reach the seashore within a few steps and enjoy a breathtaking view.
The hotel is also well served by transport that can take you to Heraklion and the airport or in the opposite direction in a matter of minutes, as you wish.
I am very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend the Marilisa Hotel to people I love.

Went for 1 week trip. Very nice location close to everything. Beautiful hotel, chill, nice and varied meals, confortable rooms, and very close to the beach. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. We had a great time staying there. I Hope you will enjoy it too. 💯

My family has visited this hotel many times over the last 15 years. Every time we enjoy our stay! The staff is very friendly, personable, and accommodating. While the whole staff has been wonderful, I would like to pay a specific complement to Eleni, whose attentiveness and kindness made our stay most enjoyable . The location is great for easy access to all sorts of vacation preferences.

The pool & bar were a particular favorite of mine and offers good shade on hot days and good shelter if it happens to by windy.

As always, we will return!

I downgraded the rooms but at this price they are not bad. Unfortunately the food is poor. Unless this is Greek cuisine?!? The pumpkin soup tasted like an unseasoned roux. Nice people, willing to help, warm water, . Be careful when shopping because they say one thing before buying and another at the checkout. . I recommend this place. Swimming pool under the balcony. 200 meters to the sea

Very much friendly employess everybody working here was very friendly and nice to us.
No dedicated sunbeds at beach but it's only a few steps away so staying at Pool sunbeds and walking to beach everytime works.

Family friendly and generally fine except evening food. They also take care of stray cats.

Dinner buffet was rather bad / below average of other hotels level in the past.Preecooked food and mostly room temperature/"cold".
If you are hungry get lunch at tavern opposite road side of the hotel or breakfast only. Delicious and price is OK.

Intimate hotel. Quiet and cozy. Service very nice. Rooms cleaned daily. The food is monotonous but good. I have a reservation to the management about taking more care of the cat family in the hotel. It is forbidden to feed the cats and they were very hungry. they should have their own corner and bowls with water and cat food. They often drank water from the pool. I personally bought them water and food bowls. I gave them dry food every day during their stay, which they ate greedily. I am asking the management to take better care of animals because it is also an advantage of the hotel. apparently the hotel Marylisa is called the hotel of love. so the name obliges.!!!!
