I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and warm – you feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. Every single team member radiates genuine hospitality, not just a polite smile but true kindness and care.

The breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. There was something for every taste – from fresh fruit and crispy bread rolls to hot dishes – all beautifully prepared and presented.

A special mention goes to the reception: no matter what question or request I had, I always received quick and helpful answers. Whether it was tips for excursions, restaurant recommendations, or small special requests – everything was handled with patience and a smile.

Conclusion: If you’re looking for a hotel where service and warmth are top priorities, this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotels locations is great. Beach and an amazing food street nearby & only 15 walking minutes until old town.
The guys working there are also very friendly.

Room looks good & was clean when we arrived.
However, we had a Lot of issues with it:
- Air conditioning was always locked, Had to call the reception multiple times a day.
- room door only locked when performing weird workaround steps. We found the room not being locked 2 times during our 8 day stay which ist absolutely inacceptable
- Sometimes very bad smell comes from the bathrooms sink and toilet

For the price it was okay, would probably try another hotel next time.

I stayed in this hotel two years ago. The room was newly renovated and excellent with a spacious terrace.
The staff was extremely friendly.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was ok, but it can be even better. So I hope they've improved it in the meantime.
I would come back to this hotel again.

We are currently staying here and love it. We had seen some poor reviews so we're a bit wary. We are not in the main hotel but its only a stones throw away. Breakfast is amazing, fresh and varied. Great room, huge with great air conditioning and a big balcony. Centrally located for bars, restaurants, medieval and old town. Roof terrace is great to soak up the sun. Don't be afraid to book, you won't be disappointed

Stayed with friends in the Atlantis hotel and had great time. Very clean, friendly staff helped me with injured ligament, bringing ice all the time. Dinner and breakfast was perfect so as atmosphere at the balcony which is cafe. And totally fantastic roof top bar with most amazing view at Rhodes. Instagramable rooftop. Location is close to the beach so as to the old town, but not at the windy side.

Before arriving at the Atlantis Boutique Hotel, we were very hesitant about our choice, as there were quite a few discouraging reviews. But as soon as we arrived and entered the room, we changed our minds. Everything was perfectly clean, and although the room was small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were more than enough, and we never once had to go looking for food elsewhere. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. What’s more, the location is excellent – the entire old town is within easy reach. We would confidently recommend this place and would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

The process that started with the bad room given to us continued with us being forced to sleep in that room by the hotel staff. Our room was changed the next morning, but no one from the hotel staff came to meet with us, they did not get information about the issue and did not even apologize. Even if the issue was not related to us, it is a complete disaster for any hotel staff to think that anyone could stay in that room and make such a decision. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that they even changed the curtains the next morning but forced us to stay in that room. We tried to sleep that night with difficulty breathing. I have been working in the service business for years and I know very well what customer satisfaction is. I suggest these hotel staff to change the job they are working in. Because they are amateurs and do not know their job. You do not care at all about this bad experience you gave us. I am sure of that

Unfortunately, our stay fell well short of our expectations. The photos used on Booking appeared to showcase the main building, which gave a misleading impression. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see that the reality did not match the presentation. Additionally, Ms. Vera, who introduced herself as the reservation officer, was not helpful in addressing our concerns. We found the level of service to be lacking in professionalism. I had hoped for more transparent communication and a guest-oriented approach. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this property.

On This trip, My nbr 89 to the greek Island Rodos, I stayed at the modern and stylished Atlantis Hotel in the new part of town yet near Windy Beach, on the west side, and the city center, Mandraki harbour and Old Town. The room I had was at the 4th fluor and I liked it very much also because I had seaview look as I am used to in my normal Hotel which was fully booked. Pleasent to try something new also. Balcony was nice and secluded and with washing lines for towels and clothes etc. The cleaning was really good, the towels of best quality and nice ameneties in the bathroom which I loved for the wash bassinet and dusch. I had unfortunately some problems with my one underleg and the Maitre de Restaurant, Mr Dimos was so helpfull to arrange in-room breakfast for me after my wishes! Such great service. Also the front desk staff were helpfull. I can recomend the Hotel and would love to be back sometimes, maybe in 2026. I travelled with danish touroperator TUI.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight after a delay to our flight to be informed that there was a electrical fault with our room so we would have to stay a night at another hotel 20 minutes away in a taxi,we were told that a taxi would pick us up in the morning and our room would be ready, I called to arrange the taxi at 9 am in the morning after a night with very little sleep to arrive back to atlantis and told the room would be ready around 2 pm,we had to leave our cases in the bar area and carried our other bags around the town in 30 degree heat rather than waste the day because it was just a 3 night break and we had lots we wanted to do, after complaining to our operators we were told the manager was sorting it out, we had nothing not even a apology! Our little 3 night break ended up not being what we were expecting
