In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

This is without a doubt the best all inclusive resort I have been to in a long while. The rooms, facilities, food, beverages, and most of all staff helpfulness is way beyond 5-star quality

Plenty of umbrellas and chairs but not cluttered around the edge of the pool which is nice. Just a heads up the beach is loose, rounded rock like much of the coast but it's still very nice to swim and lay on chairs

Great stay! Good service, good food and nice facilities. ? we rented bikes and biked over the mountain to kissamos. And we walked over to Afrata beach ca 10 km. A lovely hike! Beautiful views! ?

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. I highly recommend this place

One of the best meals I have had in Greece. The service, environment, music and food was incredible. We left our 5 star resort to visit here for dinner and were blown away

The overall app experience was disappointing (yet seemingly vital for bookings), and the restaurants were apparently full every night (despite being half empty when in them)

The staff were absolutely amazing and the weather was just perfect, even in mid October! We went with our son who was 6 months at the time and he all Had just the best time

Our stay at the hotel was really elevated by the very friendly and polite staff. Clearly well trained personnel and a nicely clean hotel. The beach is a stone beach so it’s a good thing that the pool area is huge

Might I suggest a kids-free area in the main restaurant? Not everyone wants to experience the sounds of kids doing their thing at every meal. But all in all a very enjoyable place

All in all it was a very nice holiday and we will definitely come back to this hotel, but during another time of the year. In the end of September it can be very windy and therefore a bit chilly sometimes

So far the best 5 star hotel in Greece I have ever been to, according to the beverages and food thats being served. Also the whole hotel team is very friendly and always in a good mood

Euphoria Resort - What you see is what you get! That could be the catchphrase of this hotel. The resort is exactly the way as shown on the pictures. Especially the food is really good

What a wonderful resort, the best we've been so far. Everything is excellent, the service is great, the rooms are very comfortable and all the resort is kept tidy and clean

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

The entire hotel area is huge. As a result, the stay was very relaxing and invites you to relax

I really enjoyed every meal (and haven’t stopped eating!). it was one of the nicest I’ve ever come across. I staid just two days and felt like they were so friendly and ended up chatting with a few of them regularly

We had a lovely stay at Grand Bay Beach Resort. I've never met such nice and dedicated staff, they were constantly making sure we had everything we needed

They also paid extra attention to the hygiene and covid-19 restrictions. It's really convenient that next to the hotel there is a bus station and we could easily go to Chania

I loved this resort deeply! It’s located just by the beach with many rooms having a view on the seaside. Same for the restaurant that’s by the beach as well

Just a dream! The main swimming pool has also a bar that allows you to order drinks from the water

I staid in a junior suite that was really beautiful, spacious, with balcony over the sea and a private infinity swimming pool that was going around the building

The beds are a little hard, but for someone like me with back problems, it's no problem. We've had no problems with the bathroom either. There's a super market and buss stop over the road and the village is 1km away

I like that all staff was very friendly. Specially owner of hotel all the time smiling and welcoming to every one. Hotel follow government restrictions about covit19 that's make you feel safe. Thank you

Our room is a good size for two people and we have a nice sea view on the pool facing side. On this side there's no sun on the balcony until late afternoon. But it's a godsend as it's also nice when a breeze blows

We have been here since Saturday night. We arrived very late, so the owner opened the kitchen and served us with pizza and red wine. I must say that after reading so many negative reviews on the net

Great value for the good price. People who run the hotel were absolutly kind and cool :) -for them nothing is impossible. Food was great- fresh fish, traditional crete cuisine, good breakfasts

The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best, but the hotel room and pools are awesome.

Friendly service, clean rooms are surrounded by beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees. Very good location for discavering the western part of the island by a car. The only disappointment is the kitchen equipments

Nice Village, location near to famous beaches balos, elafonissi, falasarna. Good for childs with nice swim pools. Rally kind barman and pool wather.

If someone wants to cook , let them forget about it

Kolymbari harbour was a short walk away and hosted some beautiful fish restaurants. The beaches are quite pebbly but we found some lovely quiet areas to spend the day snorkelling and chillaxing

Nice quiet complex with very nice staff. Pool facility and rooms always clean. In the immediate vicinity there are a few nice restaurants with direct views of the sea.

Very relaxing (very quiet) place for young couples or the people who has reached the wisdom (because of age :). A little bit is far from the center, but after a short walk you get the tavernas and markets, souvenir shops

The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gardens were well tended. The breakfasts were very enjoyable. All in all, we loved our stay at the Chryssana and would definately go back

We have just returned from a week at the Chryssana beach hotel, Kolymbari, Chania, Crete. The hotel was excellent, very clean and tidy with lovely rooms (with sea views) that were serviced every day

The family who own these apartments make it special. They are so friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. People return year after year. It has a pool and bar and there are 2 good restaurants within a minutes walk

There is roofing near the pool and bar, so you have a choice whether to expose yourself to that hot Greek sun. There's chess, checkers and backgammon games and a variety of simple cooked fare available at the bar

Hi all we are currently at pergamos village suites great family run place nice pool pool bar a great place for a cold beer and snacks and a chat bus service to chania and all other places are very frequent clean buses would recommend car hire as there's lots of places to visit PS vassilias the owner gives a welcoming ? or soft drink when you arrive rooms are clean and regular bed linen and towels change...

The famiky are lovely and cant do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Restaurant next door is convenient and serves lovely local dishes

Quiet and strategic position to reach the beaches of the west coast. Nearby there is a supermarket and bars. A few steps away is the seafront and many restaurants

Best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were really nice and accomodating, making sure our stay there is perfect (manager, bartenders and waiters all together) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern, and over all very very calm (the "no children" helps)

The combination of these, with the constant concern of the Owner Nikos Vrouvakis how to take care of you, results in you feeling satisfaction for your choice to go there for food, but also the desire to go again

Staying in this villa has been one of the highlights of our holiday. We have enjoyed nice breakfast in the wide balcony with views to the sea. The decoration of the villa is just exquisite

The welcoming by the owners couldn't have been better, with fresh water, fruit, raki and great conversation. There was also more fresh water in the fridge, which was very appreciated

Car park is just in front of the villa. The attention to detail is evident since the first minutes that you enter here

Excellent villa! Good access from national road, equipped kitchen, large swimming pool with jacuzzi. Just 1 minute from the sea. Some good restaurants in walk in distance. Peter was an excellent host!

Villa Georgia and Crete are both beautiful. Peter and Georgia met us a the villa to make sure we understood how things worked, and were there for us when the weather turned nasty too

As we had a bad argument with the owners of the villa i had already posted a very bad review of 1 star ! The problem is solved now and i like to apologize for my behavior
