Hotels All-inclusive in Kolymbari

A very friendly and personalized welcome, impeccable and smiling service everywhere, superb infrastructure, a wonderful swimming pool, the cuisine is very good and made with fresh and quality products, the cocktails are excellent, the room (upgraded) was very comfortable

But the only thing which upset us was the cleaning service. For this price u pay and facility it is, cleaning was a joke. We have a 2 year old boy so cleaning is everything for us. But it was a nightmare most of the time

Finding sand and stones on the floor after service left was a joke, we had to call 2 times for them to even come to clean. Dirty cups, floor, terrace, also took and threw from our room a good fruit, just a joke for us

We spent 10 amazing days here, everything in this resort is really amazing. Food, rooms with shared pool (recommended), service, options for kids (water park and kids club)

But as we found out they also had good cleaners just not for our part of rooms. We had a premium suit so there was no chance to clean the room like they did

But except for cleaning, everything was perfect and we recommend this place for families and everyone who just loves to enjoy days off

As I have a health condition I was looking for a good quality hotel in a quiet setting with easy access to good quality meals, I found this in the Avra Imperial hotel

My room was in the Residence Collection (Adults only) which was lovely and quiet with a stunning large pool, plenty of decent seating and restaurant/bar

If you like swimming or gym you will like it here but when you go food a drink you have to sit down and they take your order then another brings your drink and believe me they are not quick food was good plenty of a selection drinks wasn't bad kebabs were nice by the kids pool why there I don't know also the soft ice cream at the same place was nice

The amenities of this hotel are amazing! The beach is not so welcoming and that's a pity but the pool is very nice. We had our room upgraded from a garden view to a pool view. The Half board service is wonderful

This is a nice hotel, it looks very impressive. Food both breakfast and evening meals are varied and good. We used one of the restaurants on site one evening, and that was very good

This was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff, either reception, restaurants/bars or concierge who were extremely helpful and pleasant

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

The entire hotel area is huge. As a result, the stay was very relaxing and invites you to relax

This is without a doubt the best all inclusive resort I have been to in a long while. The rooms, facilities, food, beverages, and most of all staff helpfulness is way beyond 5-star quality

Really a nice place. Kind and helpful staff. Wonderful food and drinks. Great possibilities to train and be active. Highly recommend.

Plenty of umbrellas and chairs but not cluttered around the edge of the pool which is nice. Just a heads up the beach is loose, rounded rock like much of the coast but it's still very nice to swim and lay on chairs

Great stay! Good service, good food and nice facilities. ? we rented bikes and biked over the mountain to kissamos. And we walked over to Afrata beach ca 10 km. A lovely hike! Beautiful views! ?

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has air-conditioning. I got swimming pool next to my room, so I can swim and do sunbathing as much as I want. I highly recommend this place

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

I would say that is 3 star hotel. however, everything is quite good and clean, the food is quite delicious too.

Really lovely hotel, room had fantastic sea view, located right on the beach. Great selection of food and drinks availble. Staff were amazing especially Mateo, Kostas and Andreas

Only negatives were the AC in our room wasn’t the best and the small number of sun loungers along the pool next to the swim up bar. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach though so you can always get beds

They also paid extra attention to the hygiene and covid-19 restrictions. It's really convenient that next to the hotel there is a bus station and we could easily go to Chania

Hotel is nice and clean,very good food in restaurant,staff lovely and helpful. Kids loved the pools. Very good for family break.

Friendly service, clean rooms are surrounded by beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees. Very good location for discavering the western part of the island by a car. The only disappointment is the kitchen equipments

Nice Village, location near to famous beaches balos, elafonissi, falasarna. Good for childs with nice swim pools. Rally kind barman and pool wather.

If someone wants to cook , let them forget about it

Breakfast was good and one had a good choice of dishes, warm and cold, sweet and fruity etc. The rooms are nice and quiet spacious. From the balconies you have a nice view of the sea

The food is amazing, the chef is great. The pool is a decent size, and the spa treatment is also really nice. The rooms are clean and of decent size. Really enjoyed my stay there and would go back for sure

Really nice hotel right on the coast. Although it`s not the newest establishment, it is regularly renovated. The reception staff was always helpful and friendly

I really recommend the low season, as it is much less busy then and you can enjoy nature and the beach. Additionally this hotel is very cheap at the end of October

Location is mad convenient to explore all the west part of crete. The rooms are cozy, up to date, clean, have nice view and easy access from the outside. People working there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Lovely hotel, great location, supermarket just up the road and around the corner, staff had excellent customer service and were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean, bed was comfy

The beds are a little hard, but for someone like me with back problems, it's no problem. We've had no problems with the bathroom either. There's a super market and buss stop over the road and the village is 1km away

Our room is a good size for two people and we have a nice sea view on the pool facing side. On this side there's no sun on the balcony until late afternoon. But it's a godsend as it's also nice when a breeze blows

We have been here since Saturday night. We arrived very late, so the owner opened the kitchen and served us with pizza and red wine. I must say that after reading so many negative reviews on the net

Great value for the good price. People who run the hotel were absolutly kind and cool :) -for them nothing is impossible. Food was great- fresh fish, traditional crete cuisine, good breakfasts

Quiet and strategic position to reach the beaches of the west coast. Nearby there is a supermarket and bars. A few steps away is the seafront and many restaurants

The host Nikolas was very friendly and very accomodating. For quite a basic hotel, it was great. Very pleasant atmosphere, and we felt even the maid went the extra mile for us too. She was great, as was our host Nikolas

Wifi not the best, shower not the best, but we can't complain, and we were there for 2 weeks. For a leaner budget on accomodation, I'd highly recommend. VERY relaxed, friendly and helpful service

Best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were really nice and accomodating, making sure our stay there is perfect (manager, bartenders and waiters all together) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern, and over all very very calm (the "no children" helps)

The combination of these, with the constant concern of the Owner Nikos Vrouvakis how to take care of you, results in you feeling satisfaction for your choice to go there for food, but also the desire to go again

The famiky are lovely and cant do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Restaurant next door is convenient and serves lovely local dishes

The family who own these apartments make it special. They are so friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. People return year after year. It has a pool and bar and there are 2 good restaurants within a minutes walk

Hi all we are currently at pergamos village suites great family run place nice pool pool bar a great place for a cold beer and snacks and a chat bus service to chania and all other places are very frequent clean buses would recommend car hire as there's lots of places to visit PS vassilias the owner gives a welcoming ? or soft drink when you arrive rooms are clean and regular bed linen and towels change...

There is roofing near the pool and bar, so you have a choice whether to expose yourself to that hot Greek sun. There's chess, checkers and backgammon games and a variety of simple cooked fare available at the bar

Highly recommended, nice place to relax with super friendly owner. It feels like home and on days we did not visit other areas we just relaxed at the pool surrounded by olive orchards and flowers and trees

Two minutes walk away you'll find Modus Car Hire, who were able to address that requirement at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend Pergamos Village for a wonderful stay on Crete!

Excellent villa! Good access from national road, equipped kitchen, large swimming pool with jacuzzi. Just 1 minute from the sea. Some good restaurants in walk in distance. Peter was an excellent host!

Villa Georgia and Crete are both beautiful. Peter and Georgia met us a the villa to make sure we understood how things worked, and were there for us when the weather turned nasty too

Staying in this villa has been one of the highlights of our holiday. We have enjoyed nice breakfast in the wide balcony with views to the sea. The decoration of the villa is just exquisite

The welcoming by the owners couldn't have been better, with fresh water, fruit, raki and great conversation. There was also more fresh water in the fridge, which was very appreciated

Car park is just in front of the villa. The attention to detail is evident since the first minutes that you enter here

We had an amazing time here! The house itself is huge and comfortable, the pool were amazing, and the views are incredible!! The location is perfect for doing beaches and Chania, and it's walkable to many delicious Greek restaurants

Nice complex of 4 apartments with pools. We stayed 4 nights in Villa N1. To the sea walk 4-5 minutes in a straight line, the water is clear. The kitchen is well equipped, a lot of dishes, but only one large pan

Very equipped villa, with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. Air conditioning in all rooms, 3 bathrooms, very comfortable beds. and the best things are the pool and the sea views

Was just brilliant, Apartment No.4. Great view of the sea. Very good Tarvenen in walking distance, great sandy beach: Falarsana in 15 minutes. CLASS PLANT.

There are some kitchen accessories missing (kind of annoying) and the sea in front is not the best, but it's a great spot to visit the area around
