4 star hotels All-inclusive in Kos Town

Our one week stay was nice. we are the family with 2 kids. We had a lot of fun inside and outside. Some places and attractions are a bit worn, but overall it was nice. Food was delicious all day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do not understand why they close all pools at 6pm?. Some waitresses were not so friendly Entertainment team was good, fun and amusement for all age groups.

Rooms do the job, somewhere to sleep, shower etc, mattresses are very hard and the rooms are dated, but generally clean. Entertainment team were great, end of the season so not as much going on, but kids enjoyed the discos and evening entertainment. Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach. I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews. It's a very nice hotel, can recommend the harbour view rooms, other than that the rooms at the back don't have a particularly nice outlook. Staff are excellent, especially the lady at the front of the breakfast room. Still find the tourist tax unnecessary and just a money making scheme.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great service had 2 issues with the door to room and the safe, both were dealt within about 10 minutes. Great (slightly dated) hotel with 2 large swimming pools. Staff were all very friendly. Rooms were quite small and boxy and our room was surrounded by roosters that were very noisy everyday at 5am. Cocktails could have been better but the buffet breakfast was varied and good.

Overall, this was a decent hotel for an all-inclusive holiday, but it definitely is showing its age and could benefit from a refresh of the rooms and the equipment. Also, it is laid out over a hillside, so getting about usually involves walking a short distance up a steep hill and/or using stairs. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, definitely ask about what accommodations can be made.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is food, it was delicious and varied. Also animations were really fun thanks to the animators - i love you guys!! The Kos Town is within walking distance of the hotel, you can also rent a bike or different vehicle to explore the island.

We just went for dinner. The outside dining area was fabulous and we got a table right by the sea. The food was delicious but it was so slow we waited about 45 minutes for our starter. Then another 30 minutes for our main course. The staff started clearing up when there were still 3 tables with people eating. Only stayed here for a couple of nights back in 2016. The suite was functional and had a great view over the sea and harbour. Back in 2016 it was showing signs of being run down with stained carpet outside the suite.

Hotel is at a convenient location, minutes walk to the beach, however 20 minutes walk to old town, which we didn’t mind. Rooms were good. Special mention to the night receptionist, very helpful guy, not so much the reception ladies during the day. The bartender is sweet too.

The property has a nice pool and a cool bar, which gives a holiday vibe to the place. It is a bit far from the main touristic area, but very close to Lambi Beach. They allowed us an extra half an hour in the room at check-out, upon request and gave us some treats.

Fairly new hotel with basic spacious rooms. Usually a lot of all inclusive tourists here from western and eastern Europe. Front desk kind of friendly but also not trying too hard doing her job.
