We found it incredibly convenient to have so many options within a few minutes' walk. The bustling town center is also just a short 5-10 minute stroll away, making it effortless to explore the area's sights and sounds

They were extremely attentive and worked quickly to resolve the problem, which we greatly appreciated. Their professionalism and genuine concern for our comfort were a testament to their excellent customer service

This perfect location meant we spent less time traveling and more time enjoying our vacation. The hotel itself was great, particularly when it came to cleanliness and comfort

We opted to have our breakfast in the comfort of our room each morning, as it was a more relaxing option for us. Overall, this hotel offers a superb experience

Our room was a bit upside down, bedroom was upstairs, but the wardrobes were downstairs had to be careful when using them. It was a wonderful holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it

A Fantastic Stay with an Ideal Location and Excellent Service Our recent stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a huge part of its appeal is its prime location

Pool/Bar Area For us, there is a busy road to overcome which meant it's not quite as easy to simply nip back to the room as and when you needed to. As for the "no reserving sunbeds" rule, this clearly isn't acted on

€5 for a large beer is fine, considering what you're paying elsewhere, though somewhat disappointing to be charged €3 for a "Sprite", which turned out to be poured straight from a Lidl-branded lemonade 2l bottle! Breakfast We stayed on a B&B basis so went to the breakfast buffet each morning

This was outside the reception and over across a busy main road. Room As mentioned, we had to cross the a road out of Reception and then across a further busy road across to our building

The room itself is fine, but a little basic? We walked in and there were bunk beds in the main 'living' area, along with the usual kitchen appliances and a bedroom with two single beds

What I hadn't been aware of was the complex is spread across five different buildings, so by the time we got into our room, we felt detached from the rest of the hotel

The other lifeguard (Ianis?) is excellent at interacting with everyone too. Good idea with the QR codes around the pool so you order food/drinks to your sunlounger

The hotel's central location is a major advantage. It's a new and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. My family and I also gave it top marks for cleanliness

The hotel is beautifully located in a central area, making it easy to explore Kos, though the town itself was a bit less clean than we had expected

The highlight of our stay was definitely the evening bar staff!!! Michael and Georgia deserve a special mention, always friendly, engaging, and full of energy, they made our nights truly enjoyable and added a personal touch that made us feel at home

The people are amazing, so kind and as we dutchies say gezellig! Everyone was kind and helpful but our favorite was Michael he has the power to brighten any day! Rooms are clean and have everything you need

Excellent hotel which exceeded expectations. Superb location close to old town; but above all the general vibe, cleanliness, extremely friendly staff and very good amenities made for an excellent stay

What a wonderful hotel ! The standard rooms are lovely and have everything you need for your holiday. Comfortable beds, air con, twin sinks and a waterfall shower

The perfect place for your accomodation. Right next to the Port and City center, by five minutes walking

We traveled all over the world and this is the best four star hotel ever. Fantastic location with unbelievable ocean view, great clean room and wonderful service. The restaurant is so good and inexpensive too

A wonderful hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it. A solid 5-star hotel.

As for the breakfast everything was ok but they charge the coffee and it was so expensive. Actually they hadn't an espresso machine. They asked you if you want coffee without inform you that there will be charges

The view to the see was amazing but they don't have a parking area. That was a big problem as i couldn't find a parking spot near the hotel

Also, if you want water you have to ask the waiter to bring you a glass because you dont have access to a water machine

The room we were allocated was excellent with views of the harbour, was spacious and very clean. The only negative was there was a plastic toilet seat which moved when you sat down

There was a good choice for breakfast which included hot and cold options. All the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and usually had a smile and always acknowledged you

Jenny at pool bar and Ali in the hotel bar were delightful. The rooms were kept so clean and the housekeeping was excellent. Good breakfast and, once again, excellent service

Felt so comfortable there, travelling by myself. You could not ask for a better location. If you looking for a large, modern impersonal hotel then this is not you. It exceeded the 3 star rating in my eyes

If you enjoy shopping you will not be disappointed as there is a huge variety of shops in Kos. Overall an excellent holiday and would recommend a visit to this hotel

Family run and the team of staff from the reception to cleaners were fab, could not do enough to help and were always smiling. They all work so hard love the bar staff

Very beautiful family run hotel. We did not have a reservation but the owner was kind enough to give us his time and help us find the room even tho it was very late. Rooms are beautiful and clean

A mid-range city hotel in a great location In terms of price performance, it is in a good position compared to the average of the central island

The location is perfect – about 10 minutes to both the old town and Lambi Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's a family-run business that really makes you feel at home

It’s a nice hotel in general with friendly staff and an ok location. The only major problem was the bed which was way too hard to be comfortable.

For example, we thought my girlfriend had been bitten by a cat (turned out to be nothing), and the nightman gave us great advice to go to the hospital

On Kos, there are a lot of stray cats, and there was one particular cat hanging around our hotel. We gave it some water every morning, and it seemed really well-behaved

During our stay, we could ask any one of them for anything, and they would help us to the best of their ability

Clean rooms, kind stuff and at the heart of the town for a reasonable price

The bar and reception staff are what make this hotel so good. Spent a great 11 nights here with my daughter. Breakfast is brilliant especially the greek breakfast. Very central to all beach areas and town centre

location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town. all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception

Boris and family made our day with their hospitality during our day in Kos! We were able to keep our luggage at their hotel while we explored the island and they even helped us carry our bags and drove us to the ferry station

Rooms were perfect for us, big fridge, balcony, good showers, always cleaned, a safe and air conditioning. In a prime location! Again, the staff were lovely, family run. 30pm and we had to check out at 12pm

and the breakfeast: you'll never forget❤️❤️❤️. also, you are in the best location of Kos: all beach clubs nearby. which was important for me because I booked lots of tours in the early morning

they do everything to make you feel comfortable. I got a room there during high season when I had to change plans from one day to the other. they always find a solution even in high-peak times

He let us keep our bags in a a safe place whilst we went out to enjoy our last day and let us change in his personal quarter's. Would definitely stay again when we come back to kos ♡

Nice hotel with nice employees. Nice rooms in all sizes. Short road to the beach and to the city. Just a 3-minute walk and you are where everything happens.

One night stay, loved everything about this hotel, wrnt early and adked of we could leave our bags as not wanting to wander round Kos with them. Had a very warm welcome and was shown the lugguge room

Said we could use the pool if we wished. Weloved our room, it even had a little kitchenette in it, bathroom was fine with towels and toiletries and the room was a good size as was the balcony

The pool is more a dip but very welcoming and the beanbags comfy. The pool area is lovely and tranquil. We found breakfast had a good choice and we had an enjoyable stay

Great central hotel, rooms cleaned daily, breakfast not great but edible. But the barman/handyman Ross looked after us all and was very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable

We stayed here 3 nights and was brilliant! Hotel was gorgeous and the pool area was fab. We went to the pool in both morning and afternoon and there was a choice of sunbeds both times

The location of the hotel is good and very close to the city center, the cleanliness is very excellent, the quietness is wonderful, the receptionist is very nice, but the mattresses are bad, I recommend it to anyone who wants to take it for one night, no more

The 2 holland women are very kind funny and professional. The hotel is very near to old city port and city beach. They kept for us for 2 days big luggages for our trip in Astipalea

The important thing was that the rooms were clean and we did not have a problem with this. they let us leave our suitcases there for a few hours on the day we checked out

Just back from a 5 night stay. Excellent sevice and very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily, towels every 2 days. Fridge and kettle, air-conditioning on request for a fee and safe. Bar snacks spot on and alcohol

We arrived at 2am last Sunday morning, the guy at the reception kindly ordered some take out food for us, which was very appreciated! stopped us going to bed hungry after a long day of travel

All in all it was percect stay for us with an 8 month old baby your in the center of the town but when you close the window you cant hear the noise…my baby slept well thru the night… i would comeback to stay at jasmine again and definetly recommend this place as well…

It was an amazing experience , the room was spacious the bathroom was newly renovated… the kitchen was equipped with the essential stuff… the aprtment itself is clean very clean for that matter…

It needs to be noted that the hotel is located above a fairly lively bar, with music into the early hours of the morning. The bathrooms are in a need of updating, plus there is a lack of electric points in the kitchen

The Jasmine Hotel is located in a very good location in Kos, directly on the waterfront. The property is very clean and the staff are very good. In addition, it’s location is close to both ferry terminals

We only stayed for a couple of nights so the room didn't need to be cleaned so not an issue like in other reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, there's a great little supermarket close by too, handy for little bits

The breakfast is also good, it’s decent and fresh with a cheap price added to your room but definitely worths it because you’ll spend much more money if you want to have the same breakfast anywhere else on the island

The room was shining when we entered. We asked 1 time to clean the room and 3 times to change towels, and the sweet lady that took our requests, cleaned it all of the 3 times which was heartwarming

Rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with working AC and a lovely little balcony. There was also a fridge in the room. Given the high prices generally in Kos, the room was good value

Air conditioner was not working properly but since we only stayed for one night we didn't bother to do something. The location of the hotel is really good, close to the beaches and city center

It’s a clean hotel with a balcony overlooking the port and tour boats. At night, the view is beautifully lit. It’s located in a very central area. The breakfast is rich in variety and quite satisfying.

Kos old town with bars and restaurants just down the road. The hotel is in the center of Kos and there is traffic around, but if you ask for a quiet room they will do what they can to accommodate you

Nice hotel, good room size, reasonable cleanliness, excellent location in the center of the old city, close to the beach. But the facilities are old, the shower needs a refresh and the bed is uncomfortable

Back for a night at Catherine's. It is a nice, family run hotel. Very friendly, spotlessly clean, 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, very good breakfast. The rooms are quite small but they all have a balcony and a/c
