IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD!!! please read the before booking we are four 18 year old girls on our first holiday abroad alone without parents! From start to finish this holiday was abysmal.We were treated with nothing but disrespect we were screamed and shouted at, they treated us with kindness for the first maybe 30 minutes and we were told we are all family but the minute we had a problem with something that was completely defied. We are four young girls the men who worked here got up in our faces, barged into our rooms when we were naked and told us we would be getting kicked out if we used our balcony (which we payed for) we were not loud we understood the rule of no going out there after 11 but they wouldn’t even let us out the before 11PM, we were told we had to go out 1 by 1 to smoke a cigarette and only got 5 minutes each. we were charged €300 euros for 4 of us for a week for aircon and wifi which is disgusting. Our room was dirty from day 1 got in around 4am was boiling hot took off our sandals and within 5 minutes the bottom of our feet’s were black…
When we tried to complain about the man coming into our room and screaming in our faces (which we videoed for our safety) they told us we would get arrested if we showed anyone and that they knew all the police around the area. The bathroom was unclean the toilet was clogged most days even though we didn’t put tissue down it. Any complaints we had were ignored. Towards the end of the holiday we were too scared to speak up as all of them would gang up on us. They said it was high speed wifi but it hardly worked. Our aircon blew out warm air half the time. We were pressured into wearing agean sky t shirts which were supposed to be a “souvenir” we also spoke to an older lady and man and they told us they had payed €60 euros between them for aircon and wifi for TWO WEEKS!!! we payed &
€75 each for one week!!! This place is clearly a scam they take advantage of younger girls and boys. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! unless you are a family with a MAN who can scare them off then you are not safe here!
We will never ever in our lives go back here even if we were payed too. Our mothers and fathers were scared for our safety when staying here! We were so scared to even go on our balcony in the day one of the workers would sit outside on the wall and watch us the whole time if we were out there.

False advertising for rooms. Owner tried to charge us higher prices and force us into superior rooms to make more money off us. We cancelled the entire booking in the end.

Bunch of tools cancelled my stay today after booking in September and decided to last minute to cancel it all what a bunch of muppets
