Description
The hotel overlooks the Bay, spacious rooms with equipped kitchen, fresh air and silence. On the territory there is a wood stove and a small Church. Opposite the hotel is a minimarket with all the Essentials. The centre of Hersonissos with its shops, bars and restaurants about 1.5 km away. Please note that the hotel is located on a hill – there are descents and climbs and steps. Recommended for a quiet family holiday, away from city bustle, and for those who like to travel independently.

Location: 25 km from Heraklion airport, 1.5 km from g. Hersonissos, in the village of Piskopiano, on a hill overlooking the sea. A bus stop is 1.2 km away.
Evening entertainment: Hersonissos (1.5 km).
The total area of 12,000 m2.
Consists of one main building and nine separate houses in Bungalow style, each with its own name.
The hotel has 89 rooms (all with equipped kitchen).
Beach: Public sandy-pebble beach is 1.5 km away. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – fee. Umbrellas, sunbeds by the pool – free of charge. Towels – the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. There is a Shuttle bus service to the port of Hersonissos.
The bus to Hersonissos (3 times a day according to the schedule; to the beach 1500 m).

The breakfast was very nice and the poolside bar was great for drinks, luch and snacks. We ate at Oliva restaurant what a beautiful view! Again staff there were brilliant.
The steps have been mentioned a lot, yes there are steps in and out 60 of them so not for you if you struggle with mobility.
The pool is nice and clean. I think it would benefit from a lifeguard if only to stop children constantly jumping and diving all day long. If you want a peaceful swim go early.
We had a fabulous 11 days here and hope to return next year 😀
The pool area has been renovated and now there are plenty of various sunlungers to choose from. There is no more jacuzzi, but in my opinion pool area is more atractive than it was in 2021. You don’t need your towels, they can be borrowed from the hotel. Standard rooms are good but could be better. Superior rooms have great view and modern styling. All rooms are cleaned every day and towels and sheets are changed every other day. The food was delicious and portions were big. Staff is always nice and helpful. Everyone that we met spoke English. Location is ok. It is about 30 minutes on foot to the sea and the bigger city. It is nicely communicated with the airport. There is a lot of people in the village, but not as much as in the center of Hersonissos so it is more peaceful and quiet. Also, if you want to go to the city, you can always use the hotel bus to get there. Upstairs from the hotel is shop open till midnight with all the necessary things if you need something.
Additional information: WiFi was not that good. It was definitely better in the morning and in the room. It had some issues by the pool, which I think is worth noticing. Also, there is small area with playground for children, table tennis, bilard and coin football. By the pool there is a bar and sometimes there are live concerts. In the Oliva restaurant there were also live concerts and traditional Greek dancing shows. Every Friday in the hotel are yoga classes for the guests. If you would like to rent a car, hotel staff is very helpful and can organize this for you.

Are room was really nice please see photos very modern and extremely clean very clean all over hotel covid safety is very high making sure you are well protected keeping you safe,the result has lots of bars very friendly people could not recommend enough amazing hotel and lovely bars to choose from lots to choose from.
The food from the bar and the restaurant is made to order and is of very good quality.
Why this hotel is only a 4 star is unknown to me as it shames thd 5 star hotels on the island that I have stayed in.
