Victoria Hotel

Επισκευτηκαμε το ξενοδοχείο σαν group, δεν υπήρχε συνενοηση με την υπεύθυνη κρατήσεων και μάλιστα στο τέλος μας χρέωσε και το δωμάτιο του οδηγού,πράγμα ανοικουστο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν παρα πολύ μικρά και τα τρίκλινα ήταν με προσθήκη ραντζου. Οι υπεύθυνοι του ξενοδοχείου αγενεστατοι και αρνητικότατοι. Απογοητευτηκα με πάρα πολύ όλοι μας. Το μόνο θετικό είναι η θέση του ξενοδοχείου αλλά δεν υπάρχει θέση πάρκινγκ πουθενά! !!αντιεπαγγελματιες !!!!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι απαίσιο με έλειπες (έως καθόλου ) καθαριότητα (βρήκαμε μέσα στο ψυγείο ξεχασμενους λουκουμάδες που μοίραζαν και η απάντηση της υπαλλήλου ήταν οτι "εντάξει μωρέ , μάλλον το ξέχασε το πρωσωπικο"), τα δωμάτια είναι κάτι τρύπες με το air condition να μην έχει λειτουργία​ για κρύο αέρα , το πάτωμα ήταν καταβρόμικο, η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε , ή ντουζιέρα δεν είχε πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να γεμίζουν ολο το μπάνιο με νερά και το χειρότερο από όλα ΜΥΡΙΖΕ ΑΣΧΗΜΑ...(Σιχαινόμασταν να κάνουμε μπάνιο ) Όσο για την θέα δεν υπάρχει τίποτα το φοβερο ούτε θάλασσα ουτε αλλο κάστρο

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war schrecklich. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und haben zwei Zimmer bezogen. Meine Freundin, in Zimmer 41, hatte Bettwanzen im Bett. Sehr unangenehm die ganze Geschichte. Der Hotelier war unfreundlich und hat sich kein einziges Mal entschuldigt. Auch hat er nicht den Insektenvernichter kommen lassen, sondern die Wanzen von Putzfrauen erledigen lassen. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel.

A 2 star hotel in every respect. Broken toilet, broken switches. Very basic furnishings and a horrible breakfast. Plus the staff, who looked unkempt - especially during breakfast service. The room was reasonably clean, the beds not bad.

Why don't you give me just one night on Saturday? and we who work on Friday and can only have one night, by force because you have nothing to do on your Friday at your minimum, you leave out your customer who has supported you and stayed already twice to you and have we brought people? (and of course also the last ones), I was expecting a different treatment. and especially for the end of October. and only for this reason delete. Well, let's talk about those, and you can say yours and everything is fine. keep the customers of the two nights +. but you just lost a stable one. I'm not sorry that I won't stay there again, an opportunity to meet other owners, luckily you are too many in the great city of Nafplion. I'm thinking of you, although you certainly don't need it from what it seems.
