Greta location in the old city close to everything. Breakfast is great with homemade pastries, homemade jam, Greek salad, warm croissants… nice owner. great value for the price.

Fantastic place, it's not the Four Seasons but they welcome you like old friends. The city is amazing and I wish I could have stayed longer than just 1 day.

Very good hotel, the rooms are nice and the breakfast good. We had an amazing time interacting with one of the employees, and got great recommendations. The hotel is also very well located

I stayed at Dias Boutique Hotel from June 2 - 4, 2024

The location is well located, a few minutes walk from the stairs leading to the Palamidi Fortress. (Note: It's well worth the going up, but make sure that your shoes have a good grip and that you are in good physical shape)
The hotel is also close to shops and restaurants!

- Our room was ok.
- Beds were hard.
- Furniture a bit old.
- We had to unplug some devices in order to plug our devices.

- In addition to its location, the biggest selling point is the breakfast. While the options are limited, the food was tasty, most of the options were homemade!! This really sets Dias apart from other hotels, where the food was "industrial".
- The employees were there to welcome us for breakfast and to answer any of our questions.

TLDR:
All in all, I think Dias Hotel is a good choice if you decide to visit Nafplio. Although our room was nothing exceptional, the hotel is well located and the breakfast was amazing. The employees were very kind and they gave us good suggestions (activities and restaurants)

The operation of this hotel is done by wonderful people! I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed talking with them! The accommodation is very good and loved the fact that rooms have ancient gods names! Really close to everything and breakfast was really home made stuff!

Spacious bedrooms, nicely decorated. Three minutes walk from KTEL long-distance bus station and in the old town with all main attractions nearby. Most helpful owner (Michael) offers knowledgeable insight into the history of Nafplio. Be sure to ask his advice on what to see and do locally and seek tips on your onward travel plans - nothing seems too much trouble.
Complimentary wi-fi access. Standard breakfast buffet - unremarkable by international standards, but as good as most Greek hotels offer. Reception desk not manned overnight: key to outside entrance door provided for access after hours.
No lift and all rooms on first floor or higher - so possibly not suited for those with mobility problems. Bj
