Agamemnon Hotel

I booked a superior double room with a small balcony directly facing another hotel in the back alley. Here’s the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Panos the front desk staff went the extra mile to help us expedite an express laundry service at €15. He was very helpful and pleasant in assisting us
2. Basic breakfast included
3. Accessible location in the town area
Cons:
1. No view besides staring at another building very close by opposite
2. The wifi was very weak (non existent), i had to use my mobile data
3. No toiletries or hand towel provided
4. One panel of the shower door was missing, water was gushing out the shower area, the toilet was not well maintained at all
5. It was very noisy, every vehicle that passed by the alley could interrupt our sleep, as early as 6-7am there was cars and garbage trucks waking us up
6. The pillow was too soft and the bed already had a dent on the hard wire bed even before lying down. It was not comfortable.
