Andronis Arcadia Hotel

We stayed in the hotel in August 2024. It's a fine hotel, but there're better options on the island. The staff tries to be helpful, but turning this into practice is a different story. My partner couldn't expose too much to direct sunlight due to medical conditions, so we requested to have a cabana booked - one of very few spots properly providing some shade. Staff confirmed our request, but the next day it simply wasn't there and no one helped us. We texted the reception on Whatsapp, they told they'll get back to us and... they never did.
The is good, but no quite up the hype, for instance cheap MDF bathroom doors don't stream 5 star hotel.
Breakfast were great, though!

For the price of this hotel and the restaurants, the food in comparison to other areas on the island was just mediocre. These restaurants charge you a fortune for food that is good, but by no means reflects those prices. Perhaps we’re a bit spoiled but they claim to have the best of the best on the island and that simply isn’t true.

Some of the staff was a bit overwhelming and we could never get a club cart on time, forcing us to take about a 10 min walk uphill in the heat in order to not be late for our excursions. There was maybe one time out of the 6 times that a cart was actually readily available and on time.

They also lacked in communication with regards to my spa appointment so I couldn’t do the main portion of my spa experience. They did discount the piece I couldn’t do, but what really made up for it was the cute group of kittens that were waiting for me after my service. But then the spa manager came and saw me and my massage therapist playing with them and started talking poorly about the kittens and made them leave. She was not very friendly at all.

We stayed in the Natura suite and it was not as luxurious as I thought it would be. The makeup wash cloth had makeup on it already from someone else which was gross and the lights barely worked in the room.

Overall, it was a nice hotel but for the cost of everything, we were incredibly underwhelmed. Much better food and drinks on other areas of the island with way better views.
