Great hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly cats. If you stay here Orangina (the orange cat) is very sweet and loves food. There is also a calico mother with 4 kittens, she is scared but friendly when you are kind. Please be kind and try to feed them, they are great company and just need some food and love! (The hotel says they feed the cats themselves from time to time but they are all very skinny. So they could always use some more food). The staff are friendly especially both Achilles servers. The breakfast could be improved especially the fresh fruit section but nothing to worry about. The rooms are a lot to see as they are converted 300 year old fishing caves. Plus the view is amazing throughout the hotel. If you are planning to visit Oia this should be your first choice. It's close enough to the center to visit, but you still have privacy (the center is very busy and filled with tourists taking pictures in other people's hotels).

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset—it made for a truly memorable and picturesque experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The complimentary airport transfer was a great convenience and much appreciated. Throughout our visit, the staff were attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly and comfortably.

Wow, amazing hotel. We stayed in the floating villa and it was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Very spacious with two private outdoor pools (one heated), some kitchen facilities and a large cave style bedroom with a nice comfy bed. The views from the villa are breathtaking and we could watch the sunset here without venturing out. The hotel is very close to the town of Oia (about 5 min easy walk), but this short walk means the hotel surroundings are very peaceful and away from the busy tourist area which is perfect. The food in the restaurant is delicious as are the cocktails in the bar. Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it. Being located on the edge of the town minimizes the tourist foot traffic, which really keeps the noise down and provides more privacy. The views are right out of a movie, and completely breath taking anytime of day. The staff is very kind, attentive, and goes the extra mile.

The sunsets at the property are amazing, rooms are great and quiet, and the best part is the hospitality of the staff! Seriously, you will not find a better hotel to stay! The shuttle picked us up from the airport late at night even though our flight had been delayed. They stayed up late to greet us with a welcome drink. The breakfast included each morning is spectacular! It included a breakfast bar of options and tons of made to order fresh juices, coffees, eggs, etc. On our last day they even let us have a late checkout and provided a shuttle to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again; it was the best!

Everything! Location, views, sunsets (oh, the sunsets!), service, food - it’s a spectacular place! The best thing about our stay was still however the staff - from reception to housekeeping and with a special mention for Vasilis, who was the most attentive and professional every single day and always remembered what we liked and accommodated my health restrictions with a smile - he is a true asset to the team. Great hospitality and cannot recommend enough!
