Perivolas Hotel

Wow, amazing hotel. We stayed in the floating villa and it was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. Very spacious with two private outdoor pools (one heated), some kitchen facilities and a large cave style bedroom with a nice comfy bed. The views from the villa are breathtaking and we could watch the sunset here without venturing out. The hotel is very close to the town of Oia (about 5 min easy walk), but this short walk means the hotel surroundings are very peaceful and away from the busy tourist area which is perfect. The food in the restaurant is delicious as are the cocktails in the bar. Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it. Being located on the edge of the town minimizes the tourist foot traffic, which really keeps the noise down and provides more privacy. The views are right out of a movie, and completely breath taking anytime of day. The staff is very kind, attentive, and goes the extra mile.

The sunsets at the property are amazing, rooms are great and quiet, and the best part is the hospitality of the staff! Seriously, you will not find a better hotel to stay! The shuttle picked us up from the airport late at night even though our flight had been delayed. They stayed up late to greet us with a welcome drink. The breakfast included each morning is spectacular! It included a breakfast bar of options and tons of made to order fresh juices, coffees, eggs, etc. On our last day they even let us have a late checkout and provided a shuttle to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again; it was the best!

Everything! Location, views, sunsets (oh, the sunsets!), service, food - it’s a spectacular place! The best thing about our stay was still however the staff - from reception to housekeeping and with a special mention for Vasilis, who was the most attentive and professional every single day and always remembered what we liked and accommodated my health restrictions with a smile - he is a true asset to the team. Great hospitality and cannot recommend enough!

We had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful in every possible way The food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious, and the way the tables are situated you have amazing views of the caldera and the sea. The breath taking views, the impeccable service, the scrumptious food, all make this a place that you never want to leave. They made us feel like we were celebrities. We could really get use to this type of "royal treatment". Best vacation ever!!!!

Amazing hotel with great service and incredible views of the Caldera. Rooms were large and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
We also had an amazing dinner while staying here!

Beautiful little property tucked into the side of a mountain, which means lots and lots of steps to climb, whether it's to your room, the pool, or to breakfast.

But it's totally worth it, however, for the views from the infinity pool, from your room's private balcony, or really anywhere on the property.

The rooms are decently-sized. Not huge, and the entrances and doorways are really small, simply because they're built into a mountain. Water from the tap isn't drinkable, ask for extra bottles of water, which the hotel was happy to provide.

The only complaint for us specifically was a room AC that couldn't really do the job, but because we were there during some of the hottest few days Greece has ever seen, I'll give it a pass.

Overall, a lovely property. Highly recommended.

Best hotel ever! Views are incredible because you get to see all Oia. Food is wow! Everything is so beautiful and the staff is so nice and helpful. The only problem is you won’t want to leave :-). Can’t wait to be back someday.

Perivolas met all my expectations and exceeded them. Being our first hotel on our first trip to Greece, Perivolas did not disappoint. The view was everything I thought of and more. The hotel has a very special vibe - it is quiet, timeless, incredibly romantic and exudes a subtle luxury. It is the perfect distance from the heart of Oia, a very short walk away but enough to shield you from the crazy crowds and tourists.

We stayed in the Infinity Pool suite, the suite was super spacious with very high ceilings, the terrace was very spacious as well (I did yoga on it one day), and the pool was a decent depth and size as well. The suite is also located in a very private spot. The shower which can be turned into a steam room was amazing as well.

We also ate at the hotel's restaurant one night - great view, great service, and amazing food! The price is also very reasonable for Santorini restaurants at this level.

Overall - I would definitely recommend Perivolas for your stay in Santorini!
