Great staff and rooms. We had an emergency allergy and they handled it perfectly. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The view from the room is just breathtaking! Highly recommended

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! The view was breathtaking, the location was perfect, the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was even more fantastic! I do NOT regret staying at Ducato. The price for the hotel is definitely worth it. If I ever come to Santorini again, I will definitely stay at Ducato again!

Great location, average breakfast, good service and good attitude. It has its own indoor pool, which considering the price is over 3500 yuan per night, gives it four stars. If it is a little cheaper, you can give it five stars.

My daughter and I had one of our best holidays here.. The service is impeccable and the staff are lovely. This is a great hotel with incredible views we will definitely be back

Excellent hotel, if you want a classic Santorini experience with amazing views and a spiral staircase then look no further. Antonia and Stavroula at reception are amazing. They use WhatsApp to communicate with all guests which makes their stay so much easier. We texted them when we landed and their colleague was waiting at the post office to take us to the hotel. They made us a welcome drink and showed us to our room. Everything was just a text message away. Made our stay so much easier and more beautiful. Tasos was amazing, he was our waiter and made breakfast on our balcony every morning. Every room has amazing views of the caldera and the service is impeccable. We highly recommend Ducato Di Oil for your Santorini holiday!

The staff at Ducato were amazing Stavroula, Antonia the young man who brought us breakfast every morning I forgot his name but he carried our luggage up all those stairs when we left today, the cleaning lady and Apostolis were part of the night. staff. All of these people made our stay so wonderful. Greece has wonderful people, it was wonderful to be around such wonderful, caring and hard working people. I am so grateful for our stay and can't wait to go again! Thank you Ducato Di Oia you are all amazing!!! PS So sad we had to leave!

The room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. But the real showstopper? The epic views. Waking up to the iconic Santorini cliffs and watching the sunset from our terrace felt like a dream.
The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the main domes and Oia’s famous spots, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private.
Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience with the warmth of genuine Greek hospitality. We’ll definitely be back

The hotel’s location is quite down the cliff, a lot of stairs. The photos of trip.com didn’t match our room and was completely different, we asked for a room change, although our request was met, we were met with some annoyed faces.
After the room change, we found that our room’s lock was broken and couldn’t be locked from the outside, we called someone from reception to try fix it when we left for dinner. After we returned, no one updated us on the situation of the lock, and the key was just left inside with our belongings.
Although the staff tried to be nice, you can clearly see their rolled-eyes and annoyed faces from different problems and no tips.
