Santorini Secret Premium

Our stay at Secret Suites Hotel in Santorini was absolutely unforgettable! We booked four rooms for our first time visit to the island, and from the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The hotel is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the ocean from every room. Our room, in particular, faced the sea and offered panoramic views, allowing us to enjoy both sides of the island’s incredible coastline — truly a sight to behold.
A special thank you to Sophia at the front desk, whose service was exceptional. A day before our arrival, she called to ensure we had clear instructions on how to reach the meeting point. Upon arrival, she arranged for our luggage to be transported from the meeting point to the hotel, making the check-in process smooth and effortless.
At check-out, Sophia continued to impress. She even packed a lovely breakfast for us to take with us on our early morning flight — such a thoughtful and generous touch that made a big difference.
If you’re planning a visit to Santorini, I cannot recommend Secret Suites Hotel enough. The combination of stunning views, exceptional service, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place overlooking the caldera. Some of the hotel rooms are above Oia’s thoroughfare whilst most are below, alongside reception, black rock restaurant (where breakfast is served) and a small gym. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It’s well maintained and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was extensive and the food great; this can also be ordered to the room. The restaurant is 50 or so steps from the throughfare. There is good Wi-Fi throughout, and two outdoor pools - they are not large but can be a nice place to cool off; one of the pools has a bar area.

Our stay at this resort was the highlight of our trip to Europe. Everything from the accommodation and food to the 5 star 24/7 room service was phenomenal. This is the only resort we will stay at whenever we come back to Santorini.

Stayed here for our 30 year wedding anniversary. We were treated like royalty, such a friendly, welcoming staff. It was spotless inside and out. Clean rooms & bedding, comfortable beds. Not only would we stay here again, we ARE. Currently planning our 2025 return.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, smartly designed with a HUGE round bed. Plenty of space on both sides of the bed with a very large closet. Gorgeous bathroom with bright tiles, long counter space & big shower. Staff will literally do anything you ask, available 24 hrs a day & responds very quickly. They take excellent care of their guests. Beyond gorgeous views, perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Oia. Breakfast is generous & pretty delish. Food & drinks are very pricy…but that’s the same throughout most of Oia. Housekeeping was great as well. My only small criticism would be the cocktail menu could be a little better. Bartender was wonderful personality & service, but the all around drink recipes/presentation could use a level up. Cocktails all over the area were really amazing & they were just pretty good at the hotel bar.

What an incredible place to stay! From the massive room (which included a large day bed type lounge in the lounge room) to the hot tub balcony with the most incredible views we've ever experienced in a hotel, it is hands down, the most fabulous place we've ever stayed! The staff were brilliant, and especially Theano, who was soooo lovely and always stopped to chat and make us feel so special ❤️ The many many stairs can't be avoided in Oia (if you want those stunning views) but they are worth it!! The hotel is amazing. The staff is well trained, friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and well maintained. Location is outstanding, cannot find a better place in Oia. What stands out from my experience at this hotel was Kostas, the GM. He is an amazing person. Very hospitable. He went out of his way to deliver my missed daughter bag, which she left behind, to the ferries port. Definitely recommended and will come back soon.

Best location for convenience. Beautiful view! Clean, cool, comfortable and inviting two floor suite. Swimming pool was perfect with views of Caldara, also beautiful views from every level of the suite. The breakfast was amazing and table service with many options. Theano greeted us and gave us a wonderful tour… she was a pleasure to talk to and I felt comfortable asking questions. The service was fantastic all around, from servicing the room, restaurant Black Rock, luggage help, and our fantastic driver through the hotel Zisis( not sure of spelling). It’s hard to put into words how wonderful everything was and my family truly had a wonderful time and would HIGHLY recommend Secrets Santorini Premium!

From the very beginning our welcome to the hotel was first class. Our bags were immediately transferred for us and we were welcomed with a view that amazed from the first minute until we left. The team could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was amazing and worth the walk to the restaurant but it did feel so decadent to have it brought to our room and enjoy our own private balcony. The room sizes are very generous and our welcome bottle of champagne was just the ticket to start our stay.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The food, staff and views were amazing. We had our own jacuzzi and it felt very private. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. The location is great! Right in the caldera and close to all restaurants and shops.
