Anita Hotel

This review is in two parts one about the quality of the hotel and two about the service from two outstanding attendants (Stella and Sophie).

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend anyone staying herep. I recently came on vacation to Greece with my grandad and Mum, from day 1 there were issues with the rooms, the water not running nor did the showers work at all let alone producing hot water. We left and came back 1 week later thinking new rooms might be better. once we arrived I tried to take a shower where it dribbled ice cold water for 5 minutes and half way through washing my hair turned off completely, the sink water did not turn on for half an hour, later that day the aircon in my mums room nor mine worked and neither did the wall plug for power to charge our phones.
The next day I was informed to not flush toilet paper down the toilet because the pipes are old and get blocked, that night the drain in my room started over flowing with water, when I went downstairs to report the problem I was told someone will be up to take a look. No one at any time offered me another room nor to discount the room price or offer us a an apology. I spent the remaining days staying with the hotel with a shower that leaked ice cold water, and I was unable to use my bathroom.

In the better light of things
Stella and Sofia (Sophie) are absolutely amazing front office and Bar attendants and are both extremely way to good for this motel in my eyes they both are the ONLY reason why I marked service as 5 stars. Stella went out of her way to provide my family with the best possible service with everything and information from the in house bar, restaurants around the city and even the best massage in town. 10/10 service from Stella! Deserves a pay rise!

Sophie is absolutely top quality as well she recommended good restaurants to visit and always had great banter and talks also helped me with upcoming information about the Olympiacos events and provided drinks from the bar 10/10 and deserved a pay rise as well!. If either of them are ever in Australia I would be extremely happy to write them a written reference and recommend them to any employers! Thanks again for everything!.

The room was clean and tidy, however the sheets smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping also threw out some of my clothing and the hotel has not been helpful in either finding or compensating the loss of items.
