After a late night arrival we were greeted at the villa by Mike who immediately made us feel welcome and even gave one of our party a lift to and from a late night shop to get food, drink etc. The villa is just wonderful very clean and all the rooms are great with each one having access to outside. Fantastic location, breathtaking view. Very close to the beach and conveniently surrounded by minimarkets and restaurants. The studios are very spacious and well furnished, however the air conditioning does not always work and the wifi is a bit weak. It has a beautiful swimming pool facing the sea. Great spot with an amazing host. We didn’t miss a thing. The Villa was very luxurious and clean with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, a spectacular rooftop and nice pool. Angelos as the host was a great help and very fast responding to any questions we had. We definitely would come and stay again on the hill house villa.

Luxurious villa with an amazing host! This place is amazing, elegant but really comfy with breathtaking views of the bay of Chrissi Akti. The roof garden is the perfect spot for a BBQ and cocktail party...and there is nothing better than a morning swim in the pool with a view of the sea and the horizon! What an amazing resort! We have been travelling around Europe for the past 7 weeks and this was our final stop. It was the perfect way to end our vacation. Great place to relax. Everything is on site making it perfect for those who are willing just to chill: there's a shop, a pool, sauna and SPA. We were half board and would not book as half board again,breakfast is good with wide variety of options however dinner was a total disaster. Nice place with half-pension. The pool is VERY cold. It's a 15 minute walk from the beaches and a beach volley-complex. It's a good distance from the city center. If you go here, definitely rent or bring a bike :).

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

It can’t get any better than this. Rooms are perfect, with central air (not common in Greece), very clean. The pool is amazing. Antonia is an awesome leader of the hotel. You feel so welcome and she tries to do everything that the guest are satisfied. You really feel that the staffs are a family. The hotel is so clean and the apartment quiet. I would come back !!!

Our last day in this hotel. We have been here for 1 week after spending a month in Crete. Best hotel so far. Reception & Bar are super helpful and great people. We stayed in room 222 as a family of 4. Such a big split level apartment with 2 bathrooms. Underground parking, a short walk to the main road but super quiet. The hotel is perfect. I would recommend this for young families, older families....

Great everything! Service is exceptional! Number, pool, bar is ❤️. Hospitality and comfort. Love Crete and now Toxo Hotel. Thanks for our perfect stay. Right in front of the hotel is two stores: grocery and fruits/vegetables. Very good location! Near the beach and number of tavernas (also take away) where you can find tasty dishes and drinks. Can't wait to return here next time. Thanks again 🙏🙋...

It's a fabulous complex, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to take this complex with me anywhere I went on holidays.

I went there for two weeks and it was amazing.The manager was so cool I like her and the bar had very good drinks.I hope o get the chance to go there again
