We spent half of our honeymoon here we were welcomed with beautiful gifts and friendliness, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean

The hotel of the dreams. The bartrender Angelo was an Angel from above. The bar was a pleasure to hang out, he is so friendly and make the best drinks I have ever drank. You have to visit and say Hello from Kimberlee to Angelo.

Excellent hotel! The rooms spacious with a lovely view of the pool, we could sit outside and relax or swim. 1 minute for the beach. Also the windows were soundproof so no matter the noise or music outside, the rooms were peaceful

The hotel as is ok. We had an apartment below grund which was ok big, but not very cosy. Cleaning was meh, but the people were very nice. Perfect pool for the whole family is one extra star.

Nice, friendly and easy. Good location close to everything. Nice view from the balcony. Not crowded when we visited in May. Don't forget ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Very nice hotel! Breakfest is very delicous served almost at the beach, there is drink bar with amazing drinks, swimming pool is clean and pretty. The view from the room is brilliant and the beach is super close to the hotel. I am very happy with the stay.

The rooms where alright. Regular cleaning and functioning AC. What makes me lower my rating was the bitter attitude from the staff and the route you had to take to get to the restaurant/beach. It was basically a back alley with cars and huge piles of trash.

We were here 10.2021. Room was fine, I liked general arrangement of hotel, where rooms are modelled as small houses. Pool bar was awesome, same for food included in all inclusive. The best vacation so far :)

Good place to have a relaxed summer time. Pools, bars, playground for childrens. 30 minutes from Chania Airport. Beach is a little bit windy and big waves.

We arrived a few days before the start of the holiday season so were disappointed that the on site "Waves Restautant" was closed for dinner for the full 10 days despite their banner advertising the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel. Good place and location. We needed fan or air-condition to pass the night. Our room had 2 tv, sofa, 2 sink, cafe table and kitchen tools ex. plate set, folks and knives. Get cleaning everyday but behide the bed and the lamps are still quite dusty🤒

Hotel apt was clean and comfortable and staff is alwas nice and ready to help. Be aware the beach is not for children , it is really deep right after you step in the water. The beach is the gravel type!!! We had to travel 8 km towards Chania everyday where is sandy beach and calm water!!!

We had a nice spacey room with sea view. We stayed there for one night, which was quite expensive, but for a family with kids this is definitely a place to visit. Very good bathroom and shower and good quality beds.

I have been staying in toxo several times and looking foward (hopefully) doing it again this coming summer 2025. Hotel is located nicely close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Also bus to Chania is very close. Hotel has 2x pools and it's not too bad to get yourself a spot by one of the pools. Nice hotel, will definitely come back. The interior of the room is a bit dated, but it's spacious, has air-conditioning if needed and a big balcony. The outdoor of the hotel is well kept, clean and very cozy with good sun beds. Good size pools for this kind of hotel. Friendly staff.

I've been her with my family for one week. We really liked the hotel and it's surroundings. The area is nice and clean. The pools are amazing. Just over the street you have a supermarket with really good prices. It's cheaper to by there than in the nearby area. An of course there is also "Mike" in the poolbar. So friendly and hard working to always give us the best service. I highly recommend this...

Wonderful experience of all-inclusive in Crete. The rooms are spacious, staff are polite and grounds are well maintained. The location is good with the main road being between 5-10 minutes walk away with the beach just on the other side of the road. The hotel have theme nights to vary the evening food options though the variety was excellent anyway. There was a small play area for the kids to relax...

Nice affordable all inclusive hotel to stay in Crete. We especially enjoyed interaction&welcoming from the staff working afternoon-evening shift. The split level apartment was nice & comfy with 2 full bathrooms. They left us note & sandwiches as we were arriving very late that day and missed all our meals for the day. Receptionist & bartender were also very kind & helpful ♡

Not too expensive. Breakfast food is just ok, floor of the rooms were quite dirty. No WiFi in the room, even though we paid for it. All in all ok for the price, but I would not come back again.

Yes I stay here two weeks,mostly I liked that bar at beach ,where two kind men service us.Thanks !!!In my room was not very good,I had to change my bed clothes and do all dishes. Had a one bedroom apartment in the last block of the complex. Liked a lot the location and peacefulness of the room. The room itself was spacious for one person but could easily accommodate 2 adults & 2 children. Great value for money, courtesy and professionalism of the staff are top notch !!! Rooms and entire hotel are always clean and comfortable. Quality of food as well as food price are very good. Although it's only few meters from the lovely sand beach of Agia Marina, there is also a lovely swimming pool with kids area, for those who want to have some rest from the beach.... We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Chania. Just a few kms / short drive to the main area of Chania. Our room was nice and clean. Slightly outdated. TV, small balcony, air con and small kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Hotel has a pool, we didn’t go in it as weather too cold but it looked nice. An excellent Greek restaurant around the corner (recommended by the hotel) and supermarkets close by...
